It is because its only 1 point for each team instead of 3 points for the winner so it matters alot when big teams like these clash then the optimum outcome that you could hope for is a draw. Either City or Liverpool would be standing on the #1 spot right now if either of them won the game but to be honest, I would love to see another team apart from City to win the EPL this season so the draw was pretty good actually

The results this week were very beneficial for Chelsea especially. Because they won against Southampton by 3-1. Manchester United drew with Everton by 1-1 and Liverpool - Manchester City game also ended in a draw by 2-2. After this results, Chelsea managed to take the lead from Liverpool by one point. Im not sure wether you do understand the meaning of the word 'dark horse' or not but Chelsea is not a dark horse, they always have the potential to win the league. Both team had solid results so far despite that the overall team's quality is lower compared to most of the EPL team

I know the meaning of that expression, but you may have misunderstood me. I meant that there's no excitement around Chelsea this year, despite the start of the season. It's as if they act quietly and decisively, kicking their opponents to the curb in every round. That's what I meant by "dark horse".

Xisco Munoz who was appointed in December last year and helped Watford to promote in to Premier League has been sacked and now former Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri who helped Leicester to win their maiden PL in 2014 has now been appointed as new Watford manager and has already signed 2 year deal. Watford's management seem restless but they are doing decent IMO.

Anyway Xisco really did a great job and hope he finds a club to manage soon.

It's in Chelsea's favor with a 1-2 point difference from the other clubs, the other challengers would of course be happy with Liverpool and Mancity's draw but it was a quality game with lots of interesting games.
This season will be a little different from the previous one, which is far from the first standings, but this season does look tight from the start, it is likely that until the end of the season the other team challengers will also maintain and also provide quality games throughout this season.

Guardiola can build up very good tactics for clubs he manages but his problem is he is very unstable with his decision for important matches. He want to find perfectness and sometimes he makes weird decisions for important matches.

If he succeeds, we will call him a genius with such decisions. Finally Pep failed in Champions League from Bayern to Manchester City. In the last season, he chose Gundogan and that can be reasons why Manchester City lost that final match.

In the match yesterday, Manchester City have some great chances when they attracted Liverpool players in one swing and sudden have shots in another swing. They played very smoothly and Liverpool scored two goals with great passing and shot from Salah. Without two moments of Salah, Manchester City would win the match.
