Is it not a farmers league as the bundesliga where one team is always dominant? Yeah we understand what you mean, the Premier League is the most competitive league for decades so if a team can win the title 5-6 times in a row, it means that the competitive title is no longer worthy of the Premier League the meaning is the same as Ligue 1 which is dominated by PSG and Bundesliga which is mostly dominated by Bayern Munich.
