If Manchester City is going to win against Arsenal, I don't think the absence of De Bruyne will stop them from winning the match. Guardiola brought Gundogan back to replace De Bruyne, who regularly had injuries. I think Guardiola knows what he's doing after resigning Gundogan from Barcelona, while some people believe that Guardiola did not understand what he's doing to bring another midfield player who is going to be 35 years old soon, and Gundogan is the best person to strengthen the midfield with Kovacic and Rodri are also fit to maintain the midfield position.
This match is currently being discussed and each of us has an opinion, I personally agree that Manchester City are favourites to win apart from playing at home, they also have a better record with the same squad however, I think it will not be easy because Arsenal will try not to lose points. On the other hand, it is also predicted that both teams will play defensively so that there will be only a few goals for example 1-0 or 2-0 and this is an interesting option to bet on under goals.
This match will definitely be a favorite match this week, because we know both have almost ideal strengths in competing in recent seasons and I am very sure Arsenal will try hard at the Etihad to embarrass Man City as Arsenal were overtaken in the final round of last season, of course with this Arsenal holds a grudge and I think this match will be difficult to guess which way will get 3 points, because both are in a balanced performance, you could say so.
Seeing their previous game I think this match will end and end in a draw, because both tend to want to maximize the match well and I think both teams will score goals and end in a draw.
That is also my prediction, if Arsenal does not win the match, I believe the match will end in a draw, Arsenal is in top form this season, and this is not the first time they have played against Manchester City, we saw how Arsenal's defender prevented Haaland from scoring goals last season; Haaland did not score a single goal in their last two Premier League meetings, while Arsenal still has the same defense to play at Etihad this season, and if Manchester City win the match, I think they are lucky. I will not take the risk of betting on Manchester City as the favorite team this weekend, despite the fact that they will be hosting the match.

Still, no confirmation regarding De Bruyne's condition. He subbed off at the mid-game against Inter Milan, but i think it's to prevent him from getting another injury. And i hope he will be fit when his team is gonna face a clash against Arsenal on sunday.
Also, no confirmation from Pep if De Bruyne was injured. He knew De Bruyne might be injured if he kept playing him against Inter for full time. So, he took prevention act.
We can also assume Pep subbed him off to play mind game before their clash against Arsenal.
I'm not sure if this is true, but I read on Fabrizio's official page that De Bruyne will miss the match against Arsenal because of an injury he sustained against Inter Milan. Guardiola substituted him to prevent a long injury because De Bruyne has been an important player on the team. De Bruyne's condition seems serious against Inter Milan, so I assume the player is tired from playing in international competitions. Guardiola needs to give him time to recover in small games because he will be needed for the next Champions League matches, such as against PSG and Juventus.
