In the last two seasons we have seen Manchester United spend 96 million on Antony, and 75 million on Hojlund. And the performance of these two players did not go well with United. Ten Hag is heavily funded by Manchester United management. Ten Hag is adding players to the squad as per their choice. But these players are unable to adapt themselves to the gameplay of Manchester United. I would say this is Ten Hag's failure. He is unable to find suitable players for his squad.

This season too, Manchester United management is providing big funds to ten Hag to buy players. But I think Ten Hag will be a waste of money this season too. He can't find the right players for the squad. I would have been very happy if the Ten Hag had been sacked this season by the Manchester United management and a new experienced coach had been given the reins of the team.

Yeah, that's an excuse for him, he's got a lot of players and needs to try a lot of combinations. But I look at other coaches who come into the position and many of them manage to get the players to start winning. Maybe not the first time round, yes, but they clearly haven't had as much time as Ten Hag has. Others would have been fired a long time ago if they were him.....
Don't forget that Mason Mount and Onana were also actually failed purchases made by Ten Hag. Hojlund is slightly better while Antony whichever way we look at it is not suited to playing at Manchester United. The problem with purchasing Ten Hag is that he focuses on players who play at Ajax, this season every decision to purchase a player is not entirely under Ten Hag control, Ineos Group is playing its part in order to minimize the recurrence failed purchase. Manchester United management is aware and no longer gives full control over players because they have learned from last season that they do not trust the decisions of the players chosen by Erik Ten Hag.

In my opinion, the recruitment of players this season will be a little different and will likely have a positive impact, as long as Erik Ten Hag only gets a 50% share of new players and Ineos Group 50% .

The Ten Hag spent a lot of money adding new players to the squad but failed to stabilize Manchester United's performance. The team was at the eighth place in the table. Manchester United may not have fired the Ten Hag to win the FA Cup, however. However, it is unlikely that Manchester United will be in the top four of the table next season.
However, during the season break and also this transfer window, Ten Hag is again doing the same thing where he is targeting several players who will be brought in to strengthen Manchester United next season and of course Manchester United will spend large amounts of money.

Of course, everyone will say that what happened in the Manchester United squad by spending large amounts of money but not showing satisfactory results was Ten Hag failure to build team and make the players adapt easily to have solid performance.
But we are talking about real things, all of this does not result in Ten Hag being fired, in fact preparations for the upcoming season have shown that Manchester United has again provided large amounts of capital for Ten Hag efforts to rebuild the team.
This is Ten Hag for two seasons making many changes and also making various efforts to build team according to his vision, but all of this has not resulted in anything brilliant in the Premier League or European competitions, after all Ten Hag is not Alex Ferguson who is able to work well.

What is clear for sure is that Manchester United management still trusts Ten Hag and with this large financial support it is hoped that Ten Hag will be successful according to their expectations.
Only thing is, we see how Manchester United develops next season, whether he will succeed with all his efforts so far or not.

There is no other way than adding new quality players to the squad to be able to add strength or improve the team's performance, despite the fact that it will take time to adapt rather than forcing existing players who are never able to develop.
In fact, if we look at the start of Ten Hag's arrival as Manchester United coach, he has brought in quite a lot of new players, but he has never succeeded in improving the team's performance.
I know that everything takes time and a process, but now Ten Hag's time is limited, maybe he only has a chance for 1 more season if he doesn't succeed in improving the team's performance, so whether he wants it or not, Ten Hag has to work extra hard and I think adding experienced and quality players in the Manchester United squad will be quite helpful.
To me isn't just more about signing in new skillful and experienced players into the team to step up their performance, To me,  it all about utilizing them for a positive results. Erik ten Hag has been given quite a lot of time in my opinion to show full working, but it nearly that all those amount of time given to him almost ended up being a waste time and resources, if not for the fact that he was able to lift the FA cup last season, which seem to cover up his mess and kind of calmed the situation and the pressure down at the momen.

Now given that he has been offered another ample of opportunity to prove his credibility, let's see what's he's gonna come up with the Manchester United's aquad this season, and which if he fails, I don't think he would have anyone to put blame on if he didn't do well and ended up getting sacked.

Manchester united is going to provide the big funds to ten hag. I remember Manchester United will give Ten Hag 50 million euros this season. That's not much for him as he tries to overhaul the team. Also, Ten Hag has many players to buy in the summer transfer.
But Manchester United may add more funds for Ten Hag. This would be when he feels it's not enough for him.

Manchester United is now considering selling its naming rights. This is to raise more funds for Ten Hag. They will do this only if Ten Hag asks United for more money beyond the 50 million given by United at first. I think 50 million will be enough for Ten Hag. If he decides to recruit young talents, he can make swap offers with other clubs. And it requires a very smart strategy for him to do that.

Players are the problem, Manchester United will make more signings in the transfer window. Erik Ten Hag have fought criticism and won, in all these challenges, he never gave up or thought about leaving Old Trafford, rather he bounce back with more exciting tactics for games and he apply every single one of them and having won two titles for the Red Devils in two season stayed. There's more golden opportunities for Erik Ten Hag and he's now considerable as a promising headcoach and leading the path for Manchester United.
It is true that players are an important factor in the strength of a football team, but having many new players does not provide a guarantee that they will be able to return to being more active. Sometimes new players have to adapt quickly to the team they previously had. As long as their relationship with other players is good, the conditions on the field will create excellent teamwork. Erik ten Hag must immediately get Manchester United back on its feet and successful again so that it doesn't disappoint its supporters.

When Ten Hag signed Antony, Onana and Hojlund, I thought Manchester United's problems were solved, I never knew we would see even worse performance than before. Ten Hag has coach Antony in his former team, I'm wondering why the player is struggling to improve in the Premier League, is it because the league is more difficult than the Eredivisie? Take Onana for example, this goalkeeper was unable to save many goals, and Manchester United conceded many goals last season that they had never conceded before. Many managers buy to build players, but when Ten Hag brings a player to the United, their careers end, and it is all Ten Hag's fault. I don't even know what they paid for Mason Mount because signing him is a waste of money.

However, Manchester United will never be as serious as other teams. Other clubs are signing players, while Manchester United is bringing in a new sporting director and an assistant coach. I have just heard that they want to buy players, but no agreement has been made. Manchester United needs 5 or more players to improve their performance next season since we need to see changes in their games with the way they performed last season.

Players come and go but the club will remain. The situation of Ten Hag against the players he had little issues with wasn’t even something knew that hasn’t happened before but since it was Manchester United many escalated the whole thing and it was even sadden to blame him entirely. The most painful part of a that fans thinks he didn’t get the best out of Sancho who I didn’t think any coach got better off. This was the same player that Ten Hag actually made to go to the mountains just to get a therapy for over two months when the league was going on, only for the lad to come and think he can come to training anytime he wants. He is still United player but selling him will certainly be the best option out of the lots.

Every given solution lies on Enzo to provide by making Chelsea formidable with the players available. Let's see what he can truly offer as Chelsea's head coach "good or poor performance".
I trust Chelsea management not to have Enzo stay more than a season if they didn't see Chelsea appear at the top of the Premier League table at the end of this forthcoming season in few weeks time.

Chelsea management are currently busy signing new players and letting some other old players to go on loan or been sold out. Enzo gonna be building the Chelsea team from scratch, leaving Pochettino tactics aside to come up with a new team tactics of play to dominate every match like Manchester City or Arsenal

Any coach coming to manage Chelsea after what the management does to any coach that fails to meet their expectations should be aware that they’ll get a cask letter sooner than later. They are the type of team that wants quick result, so if you’re signing up as a manager for them, you should be ready to give them what they want in their first season, or get ready to lose your job anytime during the season. This mentality of Chelsea management needs to change because it’s killing young and potential players that suppose to be doing well as time passes on, but they’re stick to more and more repetitions and going back to what they’ve learned before.

We cannot expect United to have a new coach because the club board has given Ten Hag the authority to return to coach United next season. Actually, many fans want Ten Hag to be fired. But it seems that Ten Hag's success in winning the FA Cup and successfully qualifying for the European league made the club board choose to keep him. On the other hand, Ten Hag has actually succeeded in rotating several young players from the academy and I think that is an important reason to keep him.

Ten Hag did well towards the end of the season and gave the team a trophy that even Arsenal that finished in the second position didn’t get any trophy despite their exemplary performance last season. Ten Hag is still on average level to me if we’re to consider is rating in the club since he joined. I think he did well in bringing players from academy to play on the high level, that integration of young players into the main team will help them to reduce their spendings during the transfer windows on the long run. Let’s see what he does in the next season, if he can utilize his chances more this time around.

That’s what everyone and the management hope to achieve with Enzo, they want to see him imitate what he did at Leicester City but in the premier league it might be a bit difficult and might take longer than he did at Leicester so Chelsea Management should learn to give managers time and give Enzo more than a season to develop the

I've mentioned times without number that the problem with Chelsea lies on their coach, I feel like he lacked the ability to effectively manage the players at his disposal. I don't think it is true to say that Chelsea lacks the squad depth they require to challenge the status quo but lacks the ability for effective management of those players. We have the likes of Romelu Lukaku who haven't been used effectively yet a lot of money have been spent on his transfer and so on.
It was very obvious that Pochettino couldn’t manage the players well but some people are trying to blame the players that that they are not good enough or they are inexperienced. With the transfers done in the past few years Chelsea have brought in good quality players but haven’t found the perfect manager to put them at their best form, now they have appointed Enzo Maresca so let’s hope he will be different from all the past coaches and bring change to the team. Let’s hope he manages the players well enough to bring out the best in them.

I have read from several sports media, which said that the problems that occurred at Manchester United were a problem with United's management itself. Omar Berrada reveals one of the main problems that has put MU in the difficult position it is in now. according to him, MU often buys players at prices that are too expensive, "overpaying". MU is now looking at a new chapter, there are changes at club level. the entry of Sir Jim Rattclife as a new investor was followed by several reshuffles, including the appointment of Omar Berrada as CEO. in recent years, one big problem that has become apparent is the habit of paying too much to bring in new players. even before Ten Hag became manager of the Red Devils, MU had brought in several players at high prices, said Berrada.

As for the players Ten Hag wants, such as Antony and Hojlund, the transfer fee is a matter for Manchester United management. yeah, if I'm not mistaken Ten Hag once stated that. Well, correct me if I'm wrong. Now Manchester United are hunting for several names that they will bring to Old Trafford, but so far I haven't really followed any developments. We'll see what Ten Hag and Sir Jim Rattclife will do with the changes he initiated.
By the way, I'm not a supporter of The Red Devil, in fact I often say this. however, in my view Ten Hag is a competent manager. Unfortunately, last season the situation and conditions were not at all in his favor. as a result, United was only able to finish in mid-table position. Well, what is certain is that Ten Hag is still in charge of Manchester United and we'll just have to wait and see what he can do after the new competition starts.

Adding new players to the squad in preparation for the upcoming season isn't really a bad idea actually, because if you fail to strengthen your squad then you may have to face some difficulties during the football season because other managers would fortified theirs with new players so i think it is a step in the right direction for coach Ten hag but the question here is what kind of players is he looking forward to recruit before the season commences, the team is in dire need of great players that can scare opponents and also show character and professionalism when faced with great challenges.

Both are valid. It's just a matter of time to sign Marc Guiu based on reports from Fabriano.
Meanwhile for Omari Kellyman, the deal has been fixed for signing Omari Kellyman from Aston Villa with a £19m deal..
That young Attacking Midfield is one of the great signings for Chelsea with a contract for the next 6 years.

Source: Chelsea sign Omari Kellyman
Source: Chelsea complete Omari Kellyman signing!

And there is also the option to extend the year. Oh yes, Omari Kellyman will start training with his team-mates at Chelsea starting in pre-season which will be held next month. Now we just have to wait for other fantastic signings that can really strengthen the squad enough, so that it can be different from last season.

Looks like Chelsea and Aston Villa have a lot of interest in each other's players  Cheesy.

Anyway, this 18 year old kid who looks really skinny, can be a great asset for Chelsea in the upcoming years as a midfielder. He has shown a really good performance in the Aston Villa U-21. He has seven goals in 12 matches in the premier league two and that is really good for a midfield player. His contribution to his team was also pretty decent. he does have a knack of picking up yellow cards from time to time Tongue, but not often though. But I think as time goes on, he will get more experienced and know better.

Personally, I think the problem is both and indeed yeah the coach is probably the main factor, when the new coach is unable to make all the players into a solid team then the results are not optimal. Apart from that, Chelsea management also has the same role in Chelsea's failures in the last few seasons, they are impatient and want to see instant results while sometimes coaches need more time to change the team for the better.
The coach will be the first person to blame when a team fails to perform well, but we also have to see how Chelsea management always makes hasty decisions regarding their coach. The reason is that they don't give the coach much time, in fact they only give the coach one season and then they fire him.
Many teams fail in their first season with their coach, but in their second season many finally make good progress and now Chelsea is not doing that.
Pochettino, for example, had to be fired at the end of this season, even though in terms of his game I think he could show progress, Chelsea were not satisfied so they fired him. It is very difficult for a coach if he is only given a very short time.

The biggest problem that I can see with Chelsea is that they are changing the coaches like they are changing pages on Calendar. lol.  Tongue Just give someone enough time at least. Another thing, I don’t know if someone else has noticed this or not, but Chelsea has been choosing coaches that doesn’t make sense. They probably had a chance to get Zidane or Luis Enrique when they got Graham Potter. So that decision did not make much sense to me. And every coach that comes in the managerial position of Chelsea starts to spend money like crazy.

I guess they have to do that because they need their own players according to their own tactics. But the problem is sometimes those expensive players do not perform at all. I really thought that when the last coach, Pochettino, was bringing in good results they were going to give him more time. What’s the point if you keep changing the coach by not even giving him one year?

MANCHESTER UNITED REACH AGREEMENT WITH NEWCASTLE UNITED FOR DAN ASHWORTH TO BECOME NEW SPORTING DIRECTOR

Manchester United have reached an agreement with Newcastle United to release sporting director Dan Ashworth from his "contractual obligations" as the 53-year-old looks set to begin his role at Old Trafford. Ashworth was placed on gardening leave in February after Newcastle reportedly demanded close to £20m in compensation, but a deal between the two clubs has now been reached.

Manchester United and Newcastle have confirmed a deal has been agreed for sporting director Dan Ashworth, with the 53-year-old set to begin work at Old Trafford immediately.
Newcastle placed Ashworth on gardening leave back in February after he revealed his desire to join Manchester United, with months of negotiations following to agree a compensation fee before Ashworth could begin his new role.

Newcastle and Man Utd released a joint statement on Monday, which read: "Newcastle United and Manchester United have reached an agreement for the immediate release of Dan Ashworth from his contractual obligations at Newcastle United.

Frankly, I haven't followed closely what's going on within the United club lately. Last I heard, there was talk that Eric Tan Hag would leave the team, and I even knew he left. Last season wasn't actually a bad season, at least there was an FA cup won. I have looked at the transfers and rumored players and it looks like this season could be better for Manchester United and Eric Tan Hag.

On the other hand, Ten Hag has actually succeeded in rotating several young players from the academy and I think that is an important reason to keep him.
Ten Hag succeeded in gaining the trust of club officials to continue his tenure at Old Trafford, although we are aware that quite a few fans hope that Ten Hag will be fired. The FA Cup trophy, being a face saver for Ten Hag in front of club officials, and perhaps his long term plans with Manchester United young players will be interesting for Sir Jim Ratcliffe to pay attention to. Of course, budget support will flow to Ten Hag, especially if they succeed in releasing several players to the Saudi Pro League, Manchester United will get big profits that can be used to buy new players. If Ten Hag plans to build a squad depth made up of young players, it seems that this will affect their chances of becoming a team challenging for the title in next season.

Yeah, club management has many reasons to keep Ten Hag one of them as you said, is the FA Cup trophy and perhaps they realize that the problem is not entirely with the coach, sometimes player factors also have a real impact. If you ask me of course I would like to see Manchester United have a new coach but if the club management still gives it time, that's not a bad thing to consider.

So far Manchester United has not spent any money to bring in players but they have 6 new players who came on loan last season and one of them is Mason Greenwood, he was one of the important players a few years ago but reportedly this player will be released to the French League and Marseille is the club most interested. Manchester United has 3 players in the Right Winger position and 3 in the Left Winger position so Mason Greenwood is not really needed.
