Don't forget that Mason Mount and Onana were also actually failed purchases made by Ten Hag. Hojlund is slightly better while Antony whichever way we look at it is not suited to playing at Manchester United. Now given that he has been offered another ample of opportunity to prove his credibility, let's see what's he's gonna come up with the Manchester United's aquad this season, and which if he fails, I don't think he would have anyone to put blame on if he didn't do well and ended up getting sacked.

Manchester united is going to provide the big funds to ten hag. I remember Manchester United will give Ten Hag 50 million euros this season. That's not much for him as he tries to overhaul the team. Also, Ten Hag has many players to buy in the summer transfer.
But Manchester United may add more funds for Ten Hag. This would be when he feels it's not enough for him.

Manchester United is now considering selling its naming rights. This is to raise more funds for Ten Hag. They will do this only if Ten Hag asks United for more money beyond the 50 million given by United at first. I think 50 million will be enough for Ten Hag. If he decides to recruit young talents, he can make swap offers with other clubs. And it requires a very smart strategy for him to do that.

There is no other way than adding new quality players to the squad to be able to add strength or improve the team's performance, despite the fact that it will take time to adapt rather than forcing existing players who are never able to develop.
In fact, if we look at the start of Ten Hag's arrival as Manchester United coach, he has brought in quite a lot of new players, but he has never succeeded in improving the team's performance.
I know that everything takes time and a process, but now Ten Hag's time is limited, maybe he only has a chance for 1 more season if he doesn't succeed in improving the team's performance, so whether he wants it or not, Ten Hag has to work extra hard and I think adding experienced and quality players in the Manchester United squad will be quite helpful.

When Ten Hag signed Antony, Onana and Hojlund, I thought Manchester United's problems were solved, I never knew we would see even worse performance than before. Ten Hag has coach Antony in his former team, I'm wondering why the player is struggling to improve in the Premier League, is it because the league is more difficult than the Eredivisie? Take Onana for example, this goalkeeper was unable to save many goals, and Manchester United conceded many goals last season that they had never conceded before. It is true that players are an important factor in the strength of a football team, but having many new players does not provide a guarantee that they will be able to return to being more active. Erik ten Hag must immediately get Manchester United back on its feet and successful again so that it doesn't disappoint its supporters.

Players are the problem, Manchester United will make more signings in the transfer window. Erik Ten Hag have fought criticism and won, in all these challenges, he never gave up or thought about leaving Old Trafford, rather he bounce back with more exciting tactics for games and he apply every single one of them and having won two titles for the Red Devils in two season stayed. There's more golden opportunities for Erik Ten Hag and he's now considerable as a promising headcoach and leading the path for Manchester United.

Any coach coming to manage Chelsea after what the management does to any coach that fails to meet their expectations should be aware that they’ll get a cask letter sooner than later. They are the type of team that wants quick result, so if you’re signing up as a manager for them, you should be ready to give them what they want in their first season, or get ready to lose your job anytime during the season. This mentality of Chelsea management needs to change because it’s killing young and potential players that suppose to be doing well as time passes on, but they’re stick to more and more repetitions and going back to what they’ve learned before.


Ten Hag did well towards the end of the season and gave the team a trophy that even Arsenal that finished in the second position didn’t get any trophy despite their exemplary performance last season. Ten Hag is still on average level to me if we’re to consider is rating in the club since he joined. I think he did well in bringing players from academy to play on the high level, that integration of young players into the main team will help them to reduce their spendings during the transfer windows on the long run. Let’s see what he does in the next season, if he can utilize his chances more this time around.

Yeah, that's an excuse for him, he's got a lot of players and needs to try a lot of combinations. But I look at other coaches who come into the position and many of them manage to get the players to start winning. Maybe not the first time round, yes, but they clearly haven't had as much time as Ten Hag has. Others would have been fired a long time ago if they were him.....

It was very obvious that Pochettino couldn’t manage the players well but some people are trying to blame the players that that they are not good enough or they are inexperienced. With the transfers done in the past few years Chelsea have brought in good quality players but haven’t found the perfect manager to put them at their best form, now they have appointed Enzo Maresca so let’s hope he will be different from all the past coaches and bring change to the team. Let’s hope he manages the players well enough to bring out the best in them.

Looks like Chelsea and Aston Villa have a lot of interest in each other's players  .

Anyway, this 18 year old kid who looks really skinny, can be a great asset for Chelsea in the upcoming years as a midfielder. He has shown a really good performance in the Aston Villa U-21. He has seven goals in 12 matches in the premier league two and that is really good for a midfield player. His contribution to his team was also pretty decent. he does have a knack of picking up yellow cards from time to time , but not often though. But I think as time goes on, he will get more experienced and know better.

The biggest problem that I can see with Chelsea is that they are changing the coaches like they are changing pages on Calendar. lol.  Just give someone enough time at least. Another thing, I don’t know if someone else has noticed this or not, but Chelsea has been choosing coaches that doesn’t make sense. They probably had a chance to get Zidane or Luis Enrique when they got Graham Potter. So that decision did not make much sense to me. And every coach that comes in the managerial position of Chelsea starts to spend money like crazy.

I guess they have to do that because they need their own players according to their own tactics. But the problem is sometimes those expensive players do not perform at all. I really thought that when the last coach, Pochettino, was bringing in good results they were going to give him more time. What’s the point if you keep changing the coach by not even giving him one year?

MANCHESTER UNITED REACH AGREEMENT WITH NEWCASTLE UNITED FOR DAN ASHWORTH TO BECOME NEW SPORTING DIRECTOR

Manchester United have reached an agreement with Newcastle United to release sporting director Dan Ashworth from his "contractual obligations" as the 53-year-old looks set to begin his role at Old Trafford. Ashworth was placed on gardening leave in February after Newcastle reportedly demanded close to £20m in compensation, but a deal between the two clubs has now been reached.

Manchester United and Newcastle have confirmed a deal has been agreed for sporting director Dan Ashworth, with the 53-year-old set to begin work at Old Trafford immediately.
Newcastle placed Ashworth on gardening leave back in February after he revealed his desire to join Manchester United, with months of negotiations following to agree a compensation fee before Ashworth could begin his new role.

Newcastle and Man Utd released a joint statement on Monday, which read: "Newcastle United and Manchester United have reached an agreement for the immediate release of Dan Ashworth from his contractual obligations at Newcastle United.

Frankly, I haven't followed closely what's going on within the United club lately. Last I heard, there was talk that Eric Tan Hag would leave the team, and I even knew he left. Last season wasn't actually a bad season, at least there was an FA cup won. I have looked at the transfers and rumored players and it looks like this season could be better for Manchester United and Eric Tan Hag.

Ten Hag succeeded in gaining the trust of club officials to continue his tenure at Old Trafford, although we are aware that quite a few fans hope that Ten Hag will be fired. The FA Cup trophy, being a face saver for Ten Hag in front of club officials, and perhaps his long term plans with Manchester United young players will be interesting for Sir Jim Ratcliffe to pay attention to. Of course, budget support will flow to Ten Hag, especially if they succeed in releasing several players to the Saudi Pro League, Manchester United will get big profits that can be used to buy new players. If Ten Hag plans to build a squad depth made up of young players, it seems that this will affect their chances of becoming a team challenging for the title in next season.

Yeah, club management has many reasons to keep Ten Hag one of them as you said, is the FA Cup trophy and perhaps they realize that the problem is not entirely with the coach, sometimes player factors also have a real impact. If you ask me of course I would like to see Manchester United have a new coach but if the club management still gives it time, that's not a bad thing to consider.

So far Manchester United has not spent any money to bring in players but they have 6 new players who came on loan last season and one of them is Mason Greenwood, he was one of the important players a few years ago but reportedly this player will be released to the French League and Marseille is the club most interested. Manchester United has 3 players in the Right Winger position and 3 in the Left Winger position so Mason Greenwood is not really needed.
