The hope of getting the team's performance out of decline is always a priority for management. Changing coaches is common in a club when the team's performance is not as expected. Chelsea management has high hopes for Enzo Maresca, they consider Enzo to be the most appropriate figure to improve Chelsea performance after he was successful with the previous team.
Changes in the squad began to be made gradually, since Enzo was appointed as head coach, management immediately dipped into their pockets to bring in new players. Next season there will be several new faces in the Chelsea squad, Enzo must be able to fulfill management's expectations after they have worked hard to see his team can compete in the title race.

Manchester United have many weak points that need to be strengthened; if not, they will continue facing difficulties in their matches, and next season will be more tough than last season, so if they don’t start their preparations now, it won’t be a better season for them again. The fact that their coach always tries to see that he uses the available resources to make things possible for them and they still fail to get back to their performance makes me think that they must get new experienced players to join the squad.

As for Chelsea, we can’t say anything about that team as of now because we don’t know whether their performance will get better next season or not because Chelsea always wants quick results, which is impossible. They don’t give their manager time to restore the team's performance; all they want is to get everything back in a short period of time, and it won’t happen by changing different coaches. They need to assign an experienced coach and give him some time to see how things turn out for them.

What Journey? Irksome to see when they compare Chelsea and Manchester United. Funny enough, they're no rivals in the Premier League Competition. They're not in the same shiii together, let that sink in.

Yeah, Manchester United has longer term plans with Erik Ten Hag and that's perfect. As for Chelsea, kets see if they'll give Enzo Maresca freedom first, if they can, then fine he'll successfully achieve whatever he wants but, if not, I don't know what will happen but there'll be enough managers vacant for the job then.
Chelsea should do well to mix experience and the young together. This was key to the success of Jose Mourinho with Chelsea. Who wouldn't miss Abrahimovich?
I wouldn't believe it before now if it'll be this way, because he made Chelsea and also made them the most decorated English Premier League Competition in European Football/ Competitions in the last decade.

That's your own opinions... Allow Erik Ten Hag work on Manchester United while you work on you doubts. You don't see it happening don't mean it won't happen ....... A lovely day ahead to you 

Yes, Mikel Arteta succeeded in building Arsenal's performance significantly when he took over the club and since then Arsenal has continued to compete with top clubs and in the last 2 seasons Arsenal has competed in the title race with Manchester City. Arsenal had not played in the Champions League for a long time but when Arteta coached Arsenal the club slowly found success again and ended up in the Champions League zone got a ticket to play there even though Arteta had not been able to win a major title but Arteta had done his best for the club. It took a long time for Mikel Arteta to build Arsenal into a consistent club. He has coached Arsenal from 2019 until now but competing in the title race has only happened in 2 seasons. Hopefully next season Arteta can give Arsenal the title.

IMO Chelsea has had a pretty bad season since Todd Boehly took over ownership of Chelsea, the club has become unstable and is having difficulty competing in the Premier League until now Chelsea continues to try to improve itself but still the difference between Chelsea is very striking compared to before where they were seen as the most successful club in the world. Premier League but now his performance is doubtful. I doubt that Chelsea's performance next season will improve because their performance at the end of last season was quite improved but at that time they are still being coached by Pochettino, while next season they will be coached by a different manager.

At first glance, Chelsea management policies seem to be at odds with their long term plans. On the one hand they want to build depth in the squad with a foundation of young players, but they don't retain managers who help these players develop gradually, this is clearly incomprehensible. I think Chelsea management and officials only think about trophies, and don't really care about the process, that has been their style for a long time. Todd Boehly will likely not be as successful as Abramovich, and the two have similar habits when it comes to firing coaches.

Pochettino legacy squad will largely be Enzo Maresca mainstay next season, and to manage them Enzo Maresca certainly needs time to adapt. We know that Enzo Maresca is contracted for the next five seasons, but if he fails to get Chelsea to finish in the Champions League zone, Todd Boehly will kick him out sooner. We'll see whether Todd Boehly plan will work as expected, what is clear is that the competition for trophies next season will be even more difficult. Hopefully the change of manager will get Chelsea back on the right track, so Enzo Maresca should be given time to prove it.

Before a coach is signed, the management always has the hope that the club's performance is going to improve. The same thing is happening to Enzo, everyone is expecting a better performance from the coach, but we don’t know how the coach is going to perform yet until the season starts. A coach might be performing well in a particular team, and when the coach decides to join another team, his performance might reduce, so I can’t really wait for the season to start so that I can see the pattern that he is going to be using, and I hope Chelsea performance next season will be better than last season.

Manchester United is not supposed to expect instant improvement results because they have appointed a new coach even if new players are added to the team. They need some time to sync together. From the wing to the midfield and straight to the attackers there is no good connection. Most times I watch them play they have good players, but the connection make them to have poor finishing at the end of every match.

I will agree with them that if they put in money the team and the club can be revived. Only if the money has been put in signing the wrong players, then it will be a problem for them. Chelsea made such a mistake last year and they shouldn't repeat it this time again.

Manchester United and Chelsea are two most prominent clubs in the premier league but their performance is not encouraging and not something to speak highly good of in recent times. They both have their Individual problems and with the preparations for the next season, I haven’t seen or can see any change coming to them now. Manchester United needs new players in some positions but they’re not putting it into consideration and just looking at another side differently which looks like they’ll still depend on the former players. Chelsea that always wants quick results have changed their coach again and expect him to give them quick result again. This is not something easy if only the management knows. It takes time to put together a formidable squad, if it’s that easy, they should take on the coaching jobs themself.

I don't see a difference bitcoin Manchester United and Chelsea they are both in the same vehicle. At once upon a time Manchester was better than Chelsea but when it comes to struggling both clubs are currently struggling, they all have a problem with their midfield and even their defense is just as bad as every other part they use in operating.  And if Chelsea want an instant result they won't go anywhere because they are changing their priority of fixing the club than wanting to win trophies instant belief me they will just end up been worst than what they have been experiencing. Ten is actually trying is best to do everything at his best and if it is about investment I feel Manchester united will do better than Chelsea.



Since Chelsea incidence i know the management would have asked Tento improve at the cost of his job so their is hope that Manchester United will have to get better that is if ten wants to keep is job. Then did not really part in the transfer window not that sure but their was rumor of them wanting to sign Yahya idrissi  but I don't think they later went through with the deal. Every club actually needs younger players to improve the club's quality. They should just leave Chelsea alone and let them do what ever they want if it is results then they will get  and if they don't get then what if they get they deserve.

At least with the new coach now Todd has hope that Enzo can change Chelsea to be better than before although surely this can be realized will be very difficult to do but on the other hand we also cannot judge as if Enzo will not be able to bring Chelsea.

Doubts are definitely there and indeed it is a fairness because previously also when Poche just came at Chelsea not a few people doubted Poche's achievements but in the end he was able to succeed in bringing Chelsea in the top 6 after 2 seasons had to be in the middle standings so it was doubted from the beginning that it would also not go well in the end.

The current situation is still complicated for Chelsea's problems where they will still be demanded in the shadow of great expectations but their conditions are not too good to realize that.

Most times the fate of the team as it has to do with their performance and results have got a very strong dependency on the decisions of the head coach, and this is in the function of his tactical approach, his strategy and the players he permits to play certain games and at certain times, all this put together have been the reason why a very greater part of the blame has always been shifted to the coach whenever it is that the team isn't doing well enough at a particular period in time.

Player coach relationship has become very important and vital in that a situation where there's a rift between them both, neither will function optimal because there will be some bias which will lay around which in turn will affect the productivity of that player a d by extension the team. It's always good for the players and coach to have a very relatable or cordial relationship as it Forster's their ability to be able to really get to do much and achieve much, even when there are problems, they could together brainstorm and get a better way to improving their tactics so the best of results is all they are going to be getting by the end of every game and the season as a whole.

Situations where there's a bridge in this kind of relationship, you get to see the laspsis  that turns out obvious as to what the players are getting and what the productivity of the team, the coach may even get frustrated because the players Amy not be completely cooperating with his tactics and the instructions for them to follow will be slacking. This is one of the biggest considerations that leads to a team getting rid of their coaches when they fail or sometimes get to lay off some players and send them on a loan contract.

Manchester United's performance wasn’t that good last season, even though they won the FA Cup, their performance was so poor in the Premier League because I never expected them to end the season in the position in which they ended it. Manchester United's poor performance was caused by some players who were injured, and I am sure they will be back before the season starts. Also,  Manchester United should sign some new players. There are some players who are playing for the team like they are being forced to play for the team, players like that should just be allowed to join other teams or should be on the bench till they are ready to play well for the club.

I'm not sure Todd Boehly wants to maximize young players, because if Todd Boehly wants young players to be stronger and for the long term then Todd Boehly does not fire coaches so often. Because after all, maximizing young players for the long term certainly requires a long process, but in fact Todd Boehly is quite visible that he is unable to appreciate a process because he is too quick to fire the coach. After all, the young players in the current Chelsea squad are many choices made by Pochettino and thus, Pochettino should still be at Chelsea to improve the quality of the young players of his choice and not fire him.

Many are pessimistic about the performance of Manchester United and Chelsea next season, of course quite a few are optimistic about them too. Manchester United decided to continue their collaboration with Ten Hag, while Chelsea acted more aggressively by firing Pochettino and appointing Enzo Maresca as the new manager. In my opinion, the opportunity for these two elite clubs to rise is very open, but they must immediately resolve various deficiencies in their respective main squads. In this summer transfer window, Chelsea will likely continue to prioritize young players to recruit, while Manchester United may also choose to invest in the same way. The fundamental difference between the two clubs will be seen in the speed of the adaptation process, and it is likely that Manchester United can recover more quickly than Chelsea.

Of course, every coach needs time and the right approach to build a team and achieve success. When Pep Guardiola came to Manchester City, he also needed time to adapt but his experience and coaching abilities have given him more advantages so the team is developing better. Chelsea's case is of course different, they bought too many new players without considering old players to stay longer so that the team is more balanced. Chelsea's management is clearly very poor, but they are in the process of finding themselves.

Chelsea and Manchester United are different, you can't say they are the same. Manchester United management tends to trust coaches longer than Chelsea, so Ten Hag has the opportunity to improve it next season. Chelsea were really bad in their approach to the coach, they couldn't give the coach a chance for a second season, Pochettino was the previous victim.

Well for the whole management and clubs owners of these clubs are all fixated on the fact that the manger is the cause of everything that's going on with the club and you can't actually blame them when you see the efforts  these managers put and also the nature of their player-coach relationship is just something that one can't speak off.

I have to say, they think that if they throw money at the problem, they can fix it. In the business world if you overspend and have the money for it, you could likely solve most of the issues, you could rebuild the whole business to make it profitable if you want to, sometimes it fails but it's a great benefit and most likely will work if you know what you are doing.

However, in the football world it's not like that and we have to realize that we are going to end up with something that will not be the same, and we should consider how we could make a change, it just won't work any other way. I have to say we should consider the fact that we are going to see something that will change big time and that will be the most key point here. Chelsea just needs to wait some more.

De zerbi has brought many changes during his coaching at Brighton so far, Brighton who has been considered a mediocre team so far in the English league is actually able to compete with big teams and make them play in the European league for the first time, De Zerbi ability to coach Brighton of course makes many big teams want to recruit him as a coach but instead he prefers to coach Marseille which is indeed no better than Brighton,  De Zerbi  departure certainly causes sadness for Brighton fans after all his achievements during his time Brighton coaching so far.

Brighton currently has a new coach but for some reason I doubt if Fabian Hurzeler can provide many changes and improve Brighton performance next season, currently Fabian Hurzeler is the youngest coach in the English league, so it is quite curious for me how capable he can improve Brighton performance next season, and to be honest it seems that he will be very difficult to adapt to the English league game later which does have differences significant compared to the Bundesliga.

Manchester United entrusted Ten Hag again and gave him another chance to bring his team to play better even though there was actually no significant progress in the EPL last season, but Manchester United management still gave that trust which was not given by Chelsea management and the chairman of the board. for not retaining Pochettino, who is actually said to have made Chelsea a better team, he should have gotten the opportunity given by Ten Hag. I'm sure Chelsea will be a difficult and quite strong team in the next season if they succeed in retaining Pochettino.

The lack of patience on the part of the Chelsea camp meant that they had to let go of Pochettino, thus giving a new coach like Enzo Maresca the opportunity to become the new Chelsea coach, so it may take more time to adapt, hopefully Chelsea management and the chairman of the board will be patient in this case if in the end Enzo Maresca cannot provide any trophies next season and does not bring any development to the Chelsea team and also hopefully Manchester United can perform better than last season so that retaining Ten Hag is not something to regret in the future. 

Next season, Manchester United will still have a little difficulty getting super good results if they don't buy any young players to complement their weak lines. Because apart from the Manchester United coach who must have more ways to make the team more developed, of course the player factor is also quite an important factor to look at because this can also have a better influence on the team. Likewise for Chelsea who are still quite egotistical and want instant results through new coaches who always change every season so they always don't have much time to make improvements and will still have difficulties next season.
