Ange Postecoglou's failure in his efforts to maintain Tottenham's consistency was triggered by injuries to several important players. This is the most logical reason why a coach cannot maintain his team's performance throughout the season, but Ange Postecoglou has basically proven that he can bring meaningful change to Tottenham. His journey and work next season will be awaited, but I wouldn't put Tottenham on my favorites list.

Arsenal management is not taking it slow, you know the nature of Arsenal transfer, they don’t have too much money to spend quick form players, they do make sure the player worth the amount they are buying him which is why they lose a lot players to other rival teams. They lose Mykhalo Mudryk to Chelsea just because of money, and I know they are not regretting the actions because the Trossard they signed on his behalf performed very well.

They want to add more scorers to their squad, they are trying everything possible to get a reliable striker and a support to some players like Saka, Odegard and some other important positions that will help them lift trophy next season, and I am sure with the performance Arsenal display last season, they should overtake Manchester City in the next coming season to win the Premier League.

Enzo Maresca has a track record of winning some trophy but he has not independently won the Premier League on it own, it has alway been a merge manager with Guardiola and all that credits goes to Guardiola because he is the only person they know as the true manager. If not for Chelsea that called him to represent the team as the new head coach, I might not know him because even when Leicester City called him, I didn't pay attention to his contract.

Now that Chelsea need a good place in the Premier League, he need to assure the management that he is capable of leading the team to the permanent side which is either staying in the first place by winning the Premier League or don't go below 4 place otherwise the faith that met the sacked coaches is going to meet him as well. But if he survived this pressure and do well, he will enjoy his stay in Chelsea as Todd Boehly hasn't gotten a better coach since he bought Chelsea FC.

Chelsea's finish wasn't good enough to get them to the Europa, I don't think they were going to deni them if they had won the the spot at Europa, they could ha e qualified for the Europa if they had put in a few more effort to get them to the Europa. He has a mindset of wanting to bring in stars, key players and using them to get to the top of the league again in such away they will redeem their glory days and they he could be able to probably build with them from there to getting a solid team that will be able to continue in that spirit from the top to maintaining a status att he top because one important thing Chelsea needs at this point is a way to get to the top of the premier league table and maintaining a position within the top of the table as they have always been in their glory days. Hopefully they can be able to achieve that with their new coach.

The chances that Chelsea to do very well in next season,  it will literally take them a season or probably half of the season to getting to blend with the tactics of their new coach of which isn't same as that of pochenttino which they were already getting use to, this is usually one of the biggest challenge of teams when they get to change coaches at the end of a season and wants to start a new season with a new Coach.

Maybe that’s just what Chelsea's owner still fails to understand. How will you sack a coach just because of their poor performance in just a season? Pochettino's performance wasn’t so bad towards the end of the season, and he was sacked, which is still surprising me up until now. They should have given him more chances so that he will be able to work on the team's performance. If the current coach's performance isn’t really good, then I am sure he will be sacked, which is not supposed to be so. Just single season is not enough to build a club that their performance has been kind of poor.

If Tottenham manager wants to succeed with the club then he should consider signing new players of quality to the squad. Tottenham have been a very good team right from when Mauricio Pochettino was coaching the team but it seems like they don't have that strong force to move the club further that's why even during the time of Pochettino in the club they always fluctuate in their matches but for an uprising team like Tottenham Hotspurs they need more consistency so that they can aim at a trophy and to achieve that requires the club to sign new players that will lead the team to victory. For now the club may not have enough money to buy much players but they should manage and buy professional footballers so that they can make some difference because last season they played so well at the begining but after some time they started losing matches even conspicuously which led them to the position they finished the table last season but regardless of their flop they tried their best so they should think of how to ignite their strength in the upcoming season.

Doubted when he took on the job, coach Ange Postecoglou surprised everyone when he helped Tottenham fly high to the top of the Premier League table at the beginning of the season, with the best start in the club's history. Mainly rotation players which would be starters in any other team, that is the hardest thing to acquire for a big team.

Players would like to play, they would rather get full playing time at Everton, then not play a single minute at Arsenal, unless the money difference is huge of course. Most players like a chance to show themselves, so that means if you want to get a great player and tell him that he is going to be a bench player and only sub in if they ever need him, you are going to mostly fail. City does it very well, Arsenal needs to start doing it.

Chelsea did well towards the end of the season but it was a bad end for them after they were not given the opportunity to play in the Europa league despite finishing in a position that is deem fit to make them qualify. Chelsea sacked their coach after the season, this was what no one saw coming and have signed a new contract with Maresca, Leicester City’s former coach that brought them back to the premier league after the relegation. I am expecting Chelsea to do better this coming season and this is not something they should joke with to avoid disappointments like they did in the last season. Chelsea needs to improve their performance but they keep failing but after last season I’ve seen much improvement in them and will do well next season in my opinion.

I have also read the news. To be honest, what is happening to Chelsea today is not a good situation and it will really affect their performance next season. It's more likely that Todd Boehly wants young players to develop into strong ones for the future. But realistically I prefer Mauricio Pochettino's opinion. To become a champion, you need experienced players who have a high level. Chelsea couldn't just rely on young players then Todd Boehly set a target that Chelsea had to become champions. That will take quite a long time. But I think Pochettino also can't accept this condition because he has to wait years to build a squad with young players now.
