I have also read the news. To be honest, what is happening to Chelsea today is not a good situation and it will really affect their performance next season. It's more likely that Todd Boehly wants young players to develop into strong ones for the future.
Then Toddy shouldn’t blame coaches for Chelsea's poor performance. If he wants to transform the young players into strong ones, then it’s a matter of time, it’s not something that can be done within a short period of time. coach have to start building the team gradually, but it’s just annoying to see Chelsea management sacking coaches every season. If Toddy Boehly is trying to build the young players at Chelsea, then he should sign a well experienced coach, and the coach should be given time to do his work. Changing coaches frequently won’t solve their problems, it’s rather going to add to their problems.

All have their own standards including Todd in this case even though it cannot be denied that the way he has managed Chelsea since his arrival to replace Abramovich is not very good because there are too many interventions and interference in the management of players and coaches but it is his right because he has the power.

But if indeed he wants to see Chelsea's performance improve then I agree because after all this is about a matter of process and it is difficult to change a club that is in chaos to their best performance because it takes a lot of time.

Actually, if only his relationship with Poche some time ago was still improving I think there is still hope in the end for Poche to stay and Chelsea's performance could be better than this season for next season, it's just that because of the tenuous relationship it makes it more complicated.

The team management who always interferes in the team's coaching will always feel hurt by the results at the end of the championship and this has been clearly accepted by the Chelsea team in the last two seasons. From these results, the team management should be able to reflect that every coach always needs time to go through the process better so that the coach does not have to be immediately fired and look for a new one to train their players. And if something like that still happens to Chelsea next season, of course they will never get good results in the Premier League.
It feels like the two seasons that have passed are enough for the Chelsea club to understand this. That it really takes time to build a squad so that it becomes a strong squad. And it can't just be built in one season. even Mikel Arteta to build Arsenal to its current level took several seasons. And in the first and second seasons, Arteta actually didn't make rapid progress at Arsenal. but the club still trusted Arteta and Arteta then answered that trust with good results in the end. And Chelsea must learn from the Arsenal club about this. And maybe if the club can be more patient then Chelsea will return to being a respected team in the Premier League like before changing ownership. During these two seasons, Chelsea was no longer considered a team that frightened its opponents. And that's really a concerning thing considering how Chelsea was in the past. And I think it's time for Chelsea to rebuild its reputation so that it gets better. And yes, this can be done by giving more time to the new coach at this time. Even if at the start of the season the results are not very good then that must be understood. Because the adaptation process for each team requires different time. some can walk fast and some are slow. And the most important thing is the final result.
New players and a new coach. There is a delay in the gears meshing. But what about Chelsea? They made this damn mess themselves. Man, this constant boss switch is crazy. Have a look at Arteta at Arsenal. They stuck by him when things got tough. Now what? They're getting what they deserve. But Chelsea just can't seem to get past their own problems. There's more drama between them than a Real Housewives reunion, and it's wrecking their game.

Plans of action and formations? Of course, those are important. But that's not all of Chelsea's problems. No one is in charge and there is no strategy. In a storm, they're like a ship without a rudder. They'll keep sinking until they fix that. It looks bad on you, dude. They're the joke of the Premier League right now. It is tough for them to see a way out of this mess.

I think that as soon as their new coach sets a winning streak - they will immediately confirm that they did not make a mistake with the coach. And while they are losing, have even a losing streak - the management will really think that they made a mistake with the coach. Chelsea didn't do too badly last season in my opinion and there is no point in changing the coach because it was towards the end of the season that they picked themselves up and started to turn things around

Enzo Maresca has a track record of winning some trophy but he has not independently won the Premier League on it own, it has alway been a merge manager with Guardiola and all that credits goes to Guardiola because he is the only person they know as the true manager. If not for Chelsea that called him to represent the team as the new head coach, I might not know him because even when Leicester City called him, I didn't pay attention to his contract.

Now that Chelsea need a good place in the Premier League, he need to assure the management that he is capable of leading the team to the permanent side which is either staying in the first place by winning the Premier League or don't go below 4 place otherwise the faith that met the sacked coaches is going to meet him as well. But if he survived this pressure and do well, he will enjoy his stay in Chelsea as Todd Boehly hasn't gotten a better coach since he bought Chelsea FC.
This is a case where they hope that the student will surpass his teacher, but I have not yet seen such a case, so for Boehly this may just be speculation based on expectations. But on the other hand, they are constantly doing something, changing things, trying to create a team that can win, at least they would like to achieve this. But the coach is not the only thing that needs to be changed in the team in order to start winning, there are problem positions in almost every line that need to be worked on, so Maresca’s task will be very difficult.

Arsenal looks like they are taking things a bit slow, but if they want to win the league then they need to do a lot better and they need to get some more players that can help them. Mainly rotation players which would be starters in any other team, that is the hardest thing to acquire for a big team.

Players would like to play, they would rather get full playing time at Everton, then not play a single minute at Arsenal, unless the money difference is huge of course. Most players like a chance to show themselves, so that means if you want to get a great player and tell him that he is going to be a bench player and only sub in if they ever need him, you are going to mostly fail. City does it very well, Arsenal needs to start doing it.

Could it be that they're waiting for the European Competition to come to conclusion first before they start making these moves? Most importantly, they should make sure they sign up an experienced striker who can lead them next season and score enough goals that Gabriel Jesus couldn't afford to do. No comparison but Gabriel Jesus has been way below good, maybe even average.

As for the case of rotation, they'll need to get a player who can replace Saka right now Incase he is Injured and also Thomas Partey, these are two areas I think they'll be needing.

Who comes on the first eleven has got to do with the decisions and plans of the coach, I don't know how it goes so my comment would be short and brief. In defense, they're solid, don't think they'll be needing additional defenders.

Ange Postecoglou managed to make a surprise in the first half of the season because he was able to make Tottenham firmly at the top of the standings, but unfortunately, Ange Postecoglou failed to make Tottenham consistent, making it difficult for them to maintain their position in the top four. Maybe, because they don't have good squad depth, then the results are not optimal when rotating players. Therefore, I also agree that Tottenham needs several players who must be obtained in the transfer market later. Because of course, Tottenham also needs main players and second tier players who have good quality if they want to become strong competitors in the title race next season.
Ange Postecoglou's failure in his efforts to maintain Tottenham's consistency was triggered by injuries to several important players. This is the most logical reason why a coach cannot maintain his team's performance throughout the season, but Ange Postecoglou has basically proven that he can bring meaningful change to Tottenham. His journey and work next season will be awaited, but I wouldn't put Tottenham on my favorites list.

I really hope that Manchester United can compete closely at the top of the standings next season. It may be true that this is a difficult thing to come true, but I have a lot of faith in the depth of the squad and the coach's strategy next season should only get better because of his experience. Manchester City will still be the favorite, but there must be one team that can thwart their dominance next season.

Arsenal management is not taking it slow, you know the nature of Arsenal transfer, they don’t have too much money to spend quick form players, they do make sure the player worth the amount they are buying him which is why they lose a lot players to other rival teams. They lose Mykhalo Mudryk to Chelsea just because of money, and I know they are not regretting the actions because the Trossard they signed on his behalf performed very well.

They want to add more scorers to their squad, they are trying everything possible to get a reliable striker and a support to some players like Saka, Odegard and some other important positions that will help them lift trophy next season, and I am sure with the performance Arsenal display last season, they should overtake Manchester City in the next coming season to win the Premier League.

Chelsea did well towards the end of the season but it was a bad end for them after they were not given the opportunity to play in the Europa league despite finishing in a position that is deem fit to make them qualify. Chelsea sacked their coach after the season, this was what no one saw coming and have signed a new contract with Maresca, Leicester City’s former coach that brought them back to the premier league after the relegation. I am expecting Chelsea to do better this coming season and this is not something they should joke with to avoid disappointments like they did in the last season. Chelsea needs to improve their performance but they keep failing but after last season I’ve seen much improvement in them and will do well next season in my opinion.
Chelsea's finish wasn't good enough to get them to the Europa, I don't think they were going to deni them if they had won the the spot at Europa, they could ha e qualified for the Europa if they had put in a few more effort to get them to the Europa. The sack of pochttino has never been such that has sit well with me because I believe that he would have been able to still do much better than they have done in the just concluded season but then they weren't patient enough with him because they felt he didn't have the mentality they desired of him.

He has a mindset of wanting to bring in stars, key players and using them to get to the top of the league again in such away they will redeem their glory days and they he could be able to probably build with them from there to getting a solid team that will be able to continue in that spirit from the top to maintaining a status att he top because one important thing Chelsea needs at this point is a way to get to the top of the premier league table and maintaining a position within the top of the table as they have always been in their glory days. Hopefully they can be able to achieve that with their new coach.

The chances that Chelsea to do very well in next season,  it will literally take them a season or probably half of the season to getting to blend with the tactics of their new coach of which isn't same as that of pochenttino which they were already getting use to, this is usually one of the biggest challenge of teams when they get to change coaches at the end of a season and wants to start a new season with a new Coach.

Maybe that’s just what Chelsea's owner still fails to understand. How will you sack a coach just because of their poor performance in just a season? Pochettino's performance wasn’t so bad towards the end of the season, and he was sacked, which is still surprising me up until now. They should have given him more chances so that he will be able to work on the team's performance. If the current coach's performance isn’t really good, then I am sure he will be sacked, which is not supposed to be so. Just single season is not enough to build a club that their performance has been kind of poor.

In his first season as Spurs coach, it seems that Ange Postecoglou is not so bad even though he failed to take one step closer to bringing Spurs to the champions league next season. In return, Spurs will take part in enlivening the European league and that is enough to motivate them again apart from entering the EPL next season. The question is, can Ange Postecoglou bring Spurs to be even better? even though we know it is still quite difficult for him to lead Spurs to win the title.

So far, Spurs have not heard of any new recruits and perhaps since being left by Harry Kane, their attack line is not as productive as before and therefore I hope they can recruit a good new striker to make it easier for them to win. Apart from that, perhaps they should also pay attention to other improvements in defense because we know that they often concede unnecessary goals which delay their progress in the competition for the top four.

If Tottenham manager wants to succeed with the club then he should consider signing new players of quality to the squad. Tottenham have been a very good team right from when Mauricio Pochettino was coaching the team but it seems like they don't have that strong force to move the club further that's why even during the time of Pochettino in the club they always fluctuate in their matches but for an uprising team like Tottenham Hotspurs they need more consistency so that they can aim at a trophy and to achieve that requires the club to sign new players that will lead the team to victory. For now the club may not have enough money to buy much players but they should manage and buy professional footballers so that they can make some difference because last season they played so well at the begining but after some time they started losing matches even conspicuously which led them to the position they finished the table last season but regardless of their flop they tried their best so they should think of how to ignite their strength in the upcoming season.

At least, Ange Postecoglou has devoted his energy to making Spurs better than the previous season when Spurs were left by Antonio Conte. initially, many doubted Ange Postecoglou, especially since Spurs lost Kane who left for Bayern Munich. at the start of the season, Ange Postecoglou brought Spurs to the top of the standings, although it didn't last long. At the start, Spurs experienced an unpleasant situation, when the disadvantage came against Chelsea. at that time, Spurs received two red cards. then their performance declined plus several players suffered injuries, which resulted in their performance being unstable. had stumbled in the last few matches, but Ange Postecoglou brought Tottenham to finish in fifth place in the Premier League.

The season has changed, and currently Tottenham Hospur is targeting several new arrivals as the team needs. Reportedly, Spurs are planning to bring in a player who occupies the midfielder position. they are reported to have negotiated with one of the clubs still from the Premier League and apart from that, Spurs are also reportedly eyeing the striker position, several names are on their radar. but so far, I have not received any other information regarding the recruitment carried out by Tottenham Hospur. so, let's just wait for further developments. I think they definitely have plans in this transfer window, because competing with other elite teams will be difficult for Spurt if they don't make improvements, especially if they don't bring in some new arrivals. Regarding your question, whether Ange Postecoglou can make Spurs much better than before. Doubted when he took on the job, coach Ange Postecoglou surprised everyone when he helped Tottenham fly high to the top of the Premier League table at the beginning of the season, with the best start in the club's history. Coach Ange Postecoglou also helped revive striker Son Heung-min, It can be said that Spurs are one of the teams with the strongest attacking style in the Premier League this season. But Tottenham suffered a serious decline after that and lost their ticket to the Champions League. Coach Ange Postecoglou needs to prepare for a "brutal" summer at Tottenham. He needs to completely change the Spurs. The management should leave the decision-making power completely to him. What I want Ange Postecoglou to pay attention to the most is that attacking capacity must be a priority for improvement, if Spurs want to become a truly competitive team in the new Premier League season.

Actually if you look at Tottenham's performance at the beginning of the season whoever the coach is they are always like that because if we look at last season too when they were handled by Conte they did the same thing but towards the end of the season again and again they always failed to make a breakthrough at the end of the season which made their performance seem ordinary in the end.

But on the other hand, that's what always happens for them and I think it will continue to repeat itself because even though we know that Tottenham are strong, they are only a stumbling block as a dark horse not as a contender for the championship considering their capacity cannot be like that. It's just that with Tottenham as a stumbling block for big clubs in the competition, it makes the EPL more interesting because the EPL always shows a situation like this where EPL clubs cannot be predicted in terms of performance even though we know that the champions are more narrowed down to a few clubs but for their performance they always show a very interesting thing.

At this point, I think people are just waiting for City to lose their dominance themselves. Look at Bayern, Leverkusen had amazing results, but Bayern sucked all season long too, lost to Leverkusen terribly. I think it is clear that some team will do great one day, but also clear that we need to see City start doing not so great eventually. For the time being, it is a "failed season" for them when they win the premier league and nothing else. Which goes to show you that they are way better than anyone else.

Winning premier league would be the biggest achievement any other team could dream of, it is not even an achievement for them, hell fans did not go out to celebrate that much, it was just a few thousand people. Imagine being bored of winning premier league.
Every good thing had to go one day with it's all by nature same happen to Bayern Munich with they were dominating club in Bundesliga for the last decade but suddenly things gone against them, and even they were having all weapons but fail to achieve their best which is not surprising same thing waiting for the Citizens with currently they are dominating in Premier League and things are going as they wanted which is surely amazing but one day they also have to lose this all with this can happen in next season or after this season as well because many players and coach is also near to his contract end which could be big turning point for them.

Even they are doing their best for having all things well-prepared for this all but no one can stop the changes which are always happening around us now we are having few clubs which are doing their best and having good chance of overtaking them.

Arsenal were in a really bad situation when Arteta took over. They were not playing legendary football like in previous years. Despite this, it managed to become very successful in a short time and now appears as one of the biggest teams in Europe again.
There is a similar situation in Chelsea, actually the situation of the team is not so bad but they cannot achieve success. Towards the end of the season, their performance increased significantly and they started not making mistakes. Maybe they'll manage to continue like this next year

Although Chelsea did not start the season well, this team played very well at the end of the season. The interesting fact is that Chelsea won the last 5 matches of the season. Still I don't know why Chelsea management sacked Pochettino. Chelsea's overall performance is poor due to some bad decisions by Chelsea management.

If you change the coach every season, nothing good can be expected from the team. Coaches also need time to get to know the players. At the same time, players need time to adapt to the new coach's match strategy. But the Chelsea management is not interested in giving this time to any coach. This is why we have seen such poor performances from Chelsea over the last few years.

Maresca is a newcomer to the Premier League, despite having previously worked with Pep in Manchester City. Maresca has never felt Pep's pressure as a manager of a big club like city. This is similar to when Chelsea decided to sign Potter from Brighton.

The quality for the Premier League is clearly greater than that of the Championship. I recall everyone hyping Burnley once they returned to the Premier League and went back to the Championship. The competition in the Premier League is extremely tough for a new coach coming from the Championship.

I believe Maresca will not be at Chelsea for long, and he may face numerous challenges as a head coach. And, once again, Todd Boehly has burdened him with a large number of inexperienced young players.
Enzo Maresca is not new comer as Premier League manager team because had experienced when becoming Pep Guardiola assistant manager for Manchester City around two season.

It's all about Pochettino's conflict with Todd Boehly about player transfers; Pochettino has lost respect for Todd Boehly since Chelsea's humiliation in the Carabao Cup to Liverpool last season. I was watching when Pochettino overlooked Todd Boehly, and rebuilding a club without seasoned players is extremely difficult.
I recall reading a lot of reports that Todd would allow Pochettino to easily acquire and trade players, but things did not go as planned. Todd was constantly altering his attitude, and he wanted a coach who could buy young squad teams to fight with the major teams.

To be honest, I didn't like the news that he would likely bring a player from Leicester City to Chelsea.

I have also read the news. To be honest, what is happening to Chelsea today is not a good situation and it will really affect their performance next season. It's more likely that Todd Boehly wants young players to develop into strong ones for the future. But realistically I prefer Mauricio Pochettino's opinion. To become a champion, you need experienced players who have a high level. Chelsea couldn't just rely on young players then Todd Boehly set a target that Chelsea had to become champions. That will take quite a long time. But I think Pochettino also can't accept this condition because he has to wait years to build a squad with young players now.
