Why did you decide that Guardiola would not want to renew his contract with City? It seems to me that even he himself has not decided this yet, this is one of the strongest clubs, what else does he strive for? Unless PSG wants to invite him so that he can win the Champions League with them. But I’m not saying this seriously, it’s just a joke, because for this it would probably be better for them to invite Ancelotti. Even if he decides to leave, he will not announce it in advance, because this could affect the team’s results.
Pep Guardiola is a great coach and I know that top clubs will definitely not leave him unemployed if he leaves Manchester City but what is certain is that the club will try to retain the coach and persuade him that Pep Guardiola renews his contract and continues to be at Manchester City for a long time. Manchester City has found its glory again while being managed by this coach and the club certainly doesn't want to let Pep leave just like that. But this all depends on the coach's decision whether he is willing to continue staying at Manchester City for the next season Manchester City is not the only club big in Europe.

If Pep Guardiola does not renew his contract with Manchester City I am sure there will be many top clubs fighting for his signature and Pep Guardiola will get a new challenge by coaching another big club, he has never experienced being a coach of a Serie A, Bundesliga or League 1 club, who knows he wants to try it and gain more coaching experience and he can experience titles in various leagues if he trains a big club and competes in the title race.

Don't forget the time when they didn't have Ten Hag in the team Manchester United had many problems and they didn't have a good station in the Premier League at all but Ten Hag helped them to get improve and have better performance. However, he was not successful enough compared to many other teams but I think Ten Hag is a good coach for Manchester United and he was just not lucky enough to have a better place in the league.

First of all, I do not think he was unlucky. I also do not think he is necessarily a bad coach. For some reason, the decisions that Ten Hag has taken did not work out at all. At the same time, the players that he had brought in also did not perform well enough. A lot of people are of course angry at Ten Hag that he brought in Antony for 95 million and he did not do anything in the whole season.

-.-
Well, Ten Hag has guided Kobbie Mainoo to the first team, to a place in England's Euro 2024 squad after just one season and he feels grateful to his teacher. Mainoo feels satisfied to be able to continue accompanying coach Ten Hag at MU.

Mainoo is so innocent and pure. I won't exaggerate, MU spent a lot of money and brought in a series of famous stars to finish 8th on the Premier League rankings. MU was eliminated from the Champions League group stage and the fourth round of the League Cup. Ten Hag led Man Utd in 114 matches, including 34 losses, 17 draws, and 66 wins, with a win rate of 57.89%. This number is not too different from the team's two most recent official coaches, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (54.17%) and Jose Mourinho (58.33%). But anyway, he will have more time to build and lead MU towards success. Let's wait and see if Ten Hag is a good coach or just trying to pretend he is good.

If ETH is actually able to improve the situation of Manchester United I will actually admit that he is a good coach and we just did not give him enough time. But so far, especially looking at the season that just ended, it does not look like things are going to improve a lot in the next season. if he is able to bring in good results and also able to make the players like 95 million's Antony who are not performing well right now, somehow perform well and bring in better results from them as well, I think most of the people who are hating on him are going to admit that he is actually a good coach and he was just unlucky.

For a club to be able to win the English Premier League for a fourth consecutive time, I don't think there's any lie when one says that they have the league under their grip. Manchester City have been the dominant team in the England Premier League in the past 7 seasons as they've been able to win the English Premier League title in 6 of the last 7 seasons. However, I'm of the opinion that they were able to be this dominant over the years because the other top clubs in the league have refused to live up to expectations of English football fans. Other traditional big clubs in England like Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and even Arsenal haven't been consistent like they used to be and that's why I think Pep Guardiola's dominance of the English Premier League might not continue for a long period.
There's been some managerial changes in some of the top clubs in England like Chelsea and Liverpool and I think it'll increase the level of competition in the league starting from next season.
Yes, like it or not, the history of the Premier League has changed, the era has changed. In the past, Man United was the only club that really dominated the EPL, it cannot be denied that Man United had even won 20 EPLs, followed by Liverpool and Arsenal. But that was their era.

but for now, at least in the last 7 years, Man City has dominated the EPL champions. As you said, 6 of the 7 Premier League championships have been won by Man City. Only in 2019/2020, Liverpool took over the cup by becoming the top standing at that time. And Man City at that time was in 2nd position.

Premier League Winners:
https://www.marca.com/en/football/premier-league/winners.html

So it is undeniable that Man City's progress since 2018 has developed very significantly, yes, the change of club owner is also one of the reasons so that they can optimize the purchase of players who are indeed very talented.

For example, if someone still underestimates Man City and says that the EPL position can easily be taken over by another club, then that is not entirely true. It's possible, yes possible. but not ha; The easy one. Because, they will continue to compete. We have seen how fierce the competition between Man City, Arsenal and Liverpool is this season, it is really tight. Therefore, we definitely admit that the EPL is a league that is often said to be the fiercest and tightest because many top clubs come from this league. It's just that, for now, other leagues have actually started to increase again.

Chelsea management who are still in trouble makes the situation more difficult even as much as any money they spend in the end will not have a big impact as long as the management has not changed.
Like wasting money in vain without any results, making this mistake will always be remembered by fans and in my opinion this shouldn't be a big problem when Chelsea management brings in the wrong players and this has all been done by any team.
And on the one hand, this effort was carried out with good intentions, speculating on bringing in new players, hoping for maximum contribution, but the only mistake that occurred was that Chelsea management was unable to measure the amount of money spent and whether it was equivalent to the players they would recruit.
€100m + bonus is a very large amount and if it is given to a player like Osimhen, it is certainly equivalent to Osimhen achievements and Chelsea will definitely get the maximum contribution from players who can guarantee their achievements.

This musin is actually Chelsea's performance under Poche's care is good enough because the increase has been felt in terms of the standings but it must again experience a reshuffle that makes the situation the same as the previous seasons where Chelsea will return with their transition that could have been that could have been will have a greater impact in terms of performance.
It would be a shame if Pochettino was fired while he was starting to find a little success even though he couldn't get to the top of the standings, but at least this improvement is a sign that Pochettino has given his best and the new coach who replaced Pochettino at this time, to be honest, I don't doubt it, but it provides an improvement in Chelsea performance will be a tough task.

Quote
In the end this will be a situation like gambling again for Chelsea because after all they will get doubts for the beginning of the season let alone the current coach (new malatif) can be said as a coach who is normal without any achievements that really make us believe that he Can manage Chelsea well.
However, this is what Todd Boehly wants to immediately restore Chelsea glory days instantly but it will have a bad impact if they have a habit of replacing new coaches which will further worsen the situation.
In fact, it may take quite a long time for a coach to return to the glory days and Todd Boehly always doesn't give a chance to coaches who fail to bring Chelsea to the top of the standings.

It's a shame when they spend a lot of money but it doesn't have a positive impact and in fact it tends to decline in performance, so the players they bring in are completely useless. I hope that in the future they can be more careful in bringing in players, because what they are betting on is their performance and also the money they spend will be wasted.

The main reason for Chelsea's poor condition is their bad management. Management, coaches and players do not have a good relationship. Chelsea changes coach every season but to no avail. Chelsea's performance under Pochettino last season was quite good. Especially in the last few matches of the season, the Chelsea team has been able to play consistently well. But coach Pochettino left Chelsea because of a bad relationship with the management

However, Chelsea needs an experienced coach if they want to improve. If the coach is not experienced, we will not see the improvement of Chelsea's performance. Chelsea management is trying to add Osimhen to the squad this season. But even with Osimhen in the squad, Chelsea cannot do consistently well unless the Chelsea coach is experienced enough.

They do not necessary have to be a reshuffling because the coach can use the same playing style that the previous coach used with some little adjustments and he can get a good feedback from the players. What is important in coaching is the mindset that you set for the players to use when playing a serious game. The previous coach did not have a good mindset for the players, he always gives them an average fighting sprint and when the players are losing, they can not comeback to win the game because the coach has not made that a part of their training. The new coach should not make toon many changes to the team or they will have to start all over again and this is when they will have some challenges as they will have to build a new relationships from the start.
Yes that's right. In my opinion, the most important thing is not to do too big an overhaul because it will happen again. Because often every time a coach changes, the team ends up not developing and it is difficult to be consistent in every match. The squad that Poch left behind was actually very good, there were lots of young and talented players, but Poch was unable to maximize the skills of his players, which resulted in him being fired. Now under the tutelage of new coach Enzo Maresca he doesn't need to make too big changes, moreover he is a coach who has a mission like Pep Guardiola, of course he has his own way of making the team more solid by taking good approaches so that the players have the enthusiasm to win in every match.

Now, indirectly, Chelsea is slowly starting to improve, maybe Chelsea will start to stabilize and return to glory in the next 2-3 seasons at most. Because Chelsea's current atmosphere in the Boehly era is not as chaotic as when he first bought him, all positions are slowly starting to have clearer duties, such as the role of director, scouting, finance, everything is going well for a club that has experienced major turmoil. I still believe Chelsea will return to the Roman Abramovich era.

Mindset in football has a lot of relativity to it but firstly before we start putting everything on the coach, the players should have a personal mindset of there own and it appears no body is talking about that just yet, I know and wouldn't doubt the influence a coaches mindset and morale can be on the players but just like every regular and normal human, a mind of your own matters a lot t some point after which comes the external influence which has a role to play and going by this I wouldn't want to completely agree with the concept of the former coach not really having that winning mindset the players needed to produce results.

If much importance is placed on the mindset to the point of making it paramount then I think a possible total reshuffling should be done because the tactics and style of play is usually determined by the mindset, if the mindset is average then a tactics for an average playing style will most likely be used most often and same applies to an aggressive mindset for winning too. Consolidating on the former coaches style will still mean to a great extent getting similar results and the former coach was adopting a progressive pattern and wasn't in a rush to get an unsustainable result at once but only a few understood this.

It's difficult if the coach doesn't make changes, because they also definitely have differences in playing style and that means they have to make small changes to make the squad what they want. That is something that will definitely happen, because even though the two coaches may have the same philosophy in the game, they will also definitely have different characters, including differences in seeing the character of a player who is suitable for them.

In football there will always be changes, even though they may have played very well in the previous season. like Leverkusen with Xabi Alonso, they have been extraordinary this season, but won't they make changes or a few touches for next season? I don't think so, they will still do it, because they need it. There are definitely gaps that they have to fix that make them have to do that.

I don't fully agree with this because we know that Chelsea is the team that has spent the most money and brought in star players in the last few seasons but in reality they failed to compete at the top of the standings, Chelsea clearly lived up to the fans' expectations but unfortunately the coach was unable to provide the best game for the club. Manchester City stands on a different side when they have great players and a genius coach they dominate the Premier League for years.
They are indeed a team that allocates a lot of money to bring in players, but what they do is a waste of money because the players they bring in ultimately do not contribute to improving Chelsea's game or performance. I don't know what was wrong with what they did, whether this was because they appointed players in a hurry or they only looked at the names of the players without looking at their overall performance which ultimately resulted in the players they brought in not making a contribution and I could even say that it was failed transfer.

It's a shame when they spend a lot of money but it doesn't have a positive impact and in fact it tends to decline in performance, so the players they bring in are completely useless. There's been some managerial changes in some of the top clubs in England like Chelsea and Liverpool and I think it'll increase the level of competition in the league starting from next season.
Manchester City can finally establish themselves as the current English league ruling club, the ability, quality and also mentality possessed by Manchester City so far have certainly made it easier for them to be able to win consecutive championship trophies and continue to be title contenders in the last 7 seasons, Guardiola ability to formulate strategies and also financial support from the team management of course makes Manchester City continue to be able to maintain their consistency until Right now, what you're saying isn't entirely true, right now of course all teams have a great desire to win, but not all teams can live up to the expectations of their fans as you said.

Performance and finances are of course the main reason why other teams are not able to win the league, we know that so far Guardiola has managed to build a team with consistent performance and also has good squad depth, this of course will be difficult for Guardiola to do if Manchester City finances are also a little bad, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool have of course experienced a decline in poor performance in the last two seasons after internal problems in the their squad, while Arsenal in the last two seasons have begun to rise and become strong competitors from Manchester City in the fight for the Premier League title.

Ipswich Town is just a promoted team that will likely be relegated again at the end of the season. There is a very large gap between the depth of the Ipswich Town squad and a top Premier League team like Liverpool
How sure are you that Ipswich town are going to be related again? I know they have just been promoted to the premier league, and they can’t be competed with top premier league clubs, but their are some weak clubs which they can be compared with. Nobody is saying they will be winning the premier league tittle or ending the season in top 6, but they can still be in premier league till another season, they might not be relegated. I will like to see how they perform in their first match, and even if they lose, that doesn’t mean they won’t be performing well or winning subsequent matches that they are going to be playing.

Ipswich Town will probably try to do well throughout next season even though they are very underrated. Of course it's natural because on paper Ipswich Town is not a quality team like many other teams. Even if in the end Ipswich Town have to be relegated, then that is a natural thing for them. What they need to do is fight.
I am also underrating Ipswich because they lack quality players, but I am not concluding that they are going to be relegated again, their performance might even be better than some weak clubs in the Premier League, and Ipswich Town will do everything in their power to stay in the Premier League.

Still faulting and blaming the coach till this moment? Y'all should do well, you must have read and heard, Erik Ten Hag is not the central issue of Manchester United, I cannot explain to you if you cannot see that. The management of Manchester United are doing well to get players at most tackling from the backline. The coach can only do well when he has good structured footballing environment and also players.

This is not a time to blast the coach, he has shown himself how much of a good coach he is and can be because he is always improving with his decisions and tactics.
It's a thing of joy to see that Manchester United owners backed him because I can't even tolerate the information of Gareth Southgate becoming the next Manchester United coach.

Erik Ten Hag's fate will not be at stake, what are you even saying? I know you did wanted him to be stacked, but he has been retained. Lol.
Y'all should try to not let your hate for a coach or player stop you from making proper analysis.
What happened last season should be understandable because there were many problems faced by the Manchester United team, which meant that Ten Hag did not have many options to develop the team.

I think Manchester United management has taken consistent steps to continue to have confidence in Ten Hag and regarding the many criticisms I also think it is normal because fans have been waiting for a very long time for their favorite team to rise again, but for those who understand that it is not the case. It's easy to continue supporting Ten Hag, which is the right step to achieving success again.

Manchester United has been in decline since the departure of Alex Ferguson, and that has been a long time and until now there has been no coach who has been able to return Manchester United to the point or peak of its performance like before so that is a job for management to complete and I think the steps that must be taken What is being done is proceeding as is currently being done.

Ten Hag is not entirely to blame and his success in presenting the FA trophy last season should be able to cover it up and create new confidence for him to be entrusted again to build Manchester United next season.
I also share the same sentiment as you bro, Eric ten hang is not the sole cause of the problem of Manchester united, because upon all the bad season they had, he still manage to win something tangible with the club, so that shows that if the environment is right, he can always deliver the desired result as the manager of Manchester united.

Secondly, am saying this because their are lots of better managers that has came to Manchester united in the past which has performed even more terrible than him, so that shows that the major problem of Manchester united is the way the club is structured, from the top to the bottom, so let not pin everything on the manager.

Lastly , if you look at other bigger clubs, they are working on ways to improve the club to a better height, but in the case of Manchester united and it leadership, it's totally different, till changes are made, nothing is going to change regardless of who is in charge of the team.

If Pep Guardiola really leaves Manchester City, I think Manchester City will definitely experience changes, but these changes will either be positive or negative. because according to the news I read a few weeks ago, when Pep Guardiola left, Haaland would also leave Manchester City and of course that would cause Manchester City to experience a decline in performance. but if on the other hand, Pep Guardiola would stay at Manchester City, I think Manchester City would be able to dominate again.

~Snip
Yes, Guardiola's contract will expire in 2025 at Manchester City, so it wouldn't be wrong if, for example, from now on Manchester City management immediately prepares a potential replacement. The reason is that from several media reports that I read, it seems that Manchester City management will not extend Guardiola's contract next season. Likewise with Guardiola, he seems to be getting bored at Manchester City, because he has achieved a lot there, so Guardiola doesn't seem to want to extend his contract with Manchester City.

Apart from that, if for example Manchester City changes coach next season there will definitely be changes. Because each coach certainly has a different style and strategy, therefore changes will definitely occur. But I'm not worried, because Manchester City's management and analysis team are truly experts. So what is certain is that after Guardiola's departure, Manchester City management will definitely look for a replacement and will definitely choose a coach who is truly suitable for the Manchester City players. Currently, Manchester City management says Arteta will be Guardiola's replacement. However, this is still just a plan so the possibility of this happening is still very small.

And if for example Guardiola stays at Manchester City, then what is clear is that Manchester City will definitely continue to shine in the English or European leagues. Because of course the squad that Manchester City has will definitely become more mature and the chemistry that is developing at Manchester City will definitely be good (coach and players). However, it seems that Guardiola will choose to leave after his contract expires, because he feels he has got everything with Manchester City. Then, if for example Halland left Manchester City, this would indeed be a matter of concern for Manchester City, but what is clear is that Halland is not the only forward player that Manchester City has. So in my personal opinion it doesn't matter if Halland leaves, because without Halland Manchester City will definitely still be fine.

Manchester United is one that I am paying attention to now, because up to now they have not been able to give the best in their performances, in fact they look like they are continuing to decline if we look at the end of this season in the English Premier League. They are one of the big teams in the English League or even in Europe, they have experienced glory in the past but now that glory is far away from them.
Next season is the season where Erik Ten Hag's fate will be at stake, because the decline in this season means many people don't believe in Erik Ten Hag now. However, Manchester United management still gives him the confidence to stay with Manchester United next season.
He must be able to prove to himself that Manchester United was not wrong in making a decision. However, if he still applies the same pattern as before, then I am pessimistic that he will be able to make Manchester United even better.
During Ten Hag tenure as coach, Manchester United saw their performance improve in the first season he served as coach and the 2023/24 season was Ten Hag second season but they appeared very unsatisfactory in the Premier League even though Ten Hag managed to win the Cup FA.
If you look at Manchester United in the past, it was glory that will really be very difficult to return to in the future, there were no truly great players like before, Manchester United in the past was team that became home for the players European star.
I think that in the future it will be clear that the competition will be very difficult, which could make Manchester Uniter team that is indeed filled with pressure, changes may occur but never significantly in short time.

We see what will happen, the Manchester United team officials still seem to have confidence in Ten Hag and indeed the 2024/25 season will be the deciding factor that will truly be the answer to Ten Hag future with Manchester United.
If he remains the best and is maintained then we can all only accept it and whatever it is, great hope is in Ten Hag hands as the leader of Manchester United in moving towards much better direction.

Yes, I agree with you that Chelsea will not be able to compete with top clubs for various reasons and the main reason is as you have explained when Chelsea brings in players by spending large amounts of money but these players cannot contribute as the manager wants.
A change of coach is one of the reasons why Chelsea might not be able to compete for the Premier League title because a change of coach always requires more time to adapt to understand all the Chelsea players and be able to provide a stronger performance, but I'm not sure that will happen.

My prediction is that Chelsea will only end the same as last season and will get unsatisfactory results even as fans don't believe it anymore.
Maybe I would have more faith in Mauricio Pochettino.

I would be more confident if in the future Arsenal or Liverpool will get better results to compete for the PL title but still Manchester City is still my favorite club and will not be defeated as long as Pep Guardiola is still around, I am sure this reliable coach will always try to win the title PL in every season.

In the EPL, Manchester United's performance continues to decline, which of course results in them having to finish in 8th place and of course it is very different when compared to last season such as 2022-2023, where at that time Manchester United managed to finish in 3rd place at the end of the season. Indeed, Manchester United is a big team and in the past they have also won trophies 13 times. Of course it is very unfortunate for Manchester United at the moment because their performance has dropped in the EPL and of course many fans are disappointed.

Yes, of course now Erik ten Hag is still given the opportunity to continue coaching Manchester United and it seems like Erik ten Hag is still lucky because he is still being retained by Manchester United but in my opinion there is no harm in keeping Erik ten Hag and giving him the opportunity to make Manchester United perform well in the season which will come.

Of course Erik Ten Hag has to prove it next season, so we'll see what he does. but personally, after seeing Manchester United win against Manchester City in the FA Cup, I am convinced that Manchester United has great potential to be even better next season and of course in the FA Cup final, Erik Ten Hag succeeded in making a good strategy and formation so that this does not rule out the possibility in the season. in the future he will make a good strategy which will ultimately result in Manchester United finishing in a good ranking at the end of the season.
