Pochettino can not do better even if he is given more coaching time at Chelsea because this is a manager that coached Tottenham but no trophy if not that PSG was grounded already before he was able to get 3 trophies within his 18 months of coaching the club so Chelsea's management team sacking Pochettino is the best in my own opinion. Enzo Maresca may look inexperienced but since he succeeded in bringing back Leicester city to the premier league we should accord him some benefits of doubt because if he uses the experience while coaching Leicester and use it for Chelsea they are likely to make good improvements.

Enzo Maresca can still turn things around for Chelsea just that it's gonna take him time since he is just coming from the championship to the premier league so the experience is not gonna be the same but with time he will adapt and possibly make a difference.
If our view is oriented towards the results that Chelsea can achieve next season, I assume Pochettino is more worthy of the time and opportunity than Enzo Maresca. Not without reason, as we know that Pochettino no longer needs to start from scratch, no longer needs adaptation, and what is more important is that he understands the players better. So Pochettino opportunity to lead Chelsea to achieve greater success, it is proven that Pochettino succeeded in bringing Chelsea to finish in 6th place in the standings where in the previous season they finished in 12th place. However, management has made a decision, and Pochettino time at Stanford Bridge has passed.

Enzo Maresca is the new hope and he will face a tough task that awaits him ahead, if he fails his fate will be the same as Pochettino, maybe even shorter. Pochettino legacy young squad seems to have developed for the better, they appeared more solid towards the end of the season. However, it is possible that Enzo Maresca will make some changes to support his strategy, to be fair we also have to give him a chance, who knows, Enzo Maresca could be luckier than Pochettino in the future.

I get what you are emphasizing on because when we look at it in your direction Pochettino really tried towards the end of last season because from how Chelsea started the season and to end in the 6th position mean that Pochettino was able to discover some of the club's weakness and made some amends for the team hence their ability to end the season well even though the F.A cup trophy that Manchester united won denied Chelsea of having a spot in the Europa league next season.

Checking at Enzo Maresca career as a manager so far I can see that apart from Leicester city that he succeeded in bringing back to the premier league he hasn't really coached a strong team though for once being an assistant manager to Pep Guardiola at Manchester City in 2022 and 2023 means he has learnt a lot from a successful coach and that was the more reason he was able to bring back Leicester city to being promoted to the premier league so let's be hopeful that he can make good improvements for the West London club Chelsea FC next season.

It is appropriate for Ten Hag to be retained because Ten Hag has shown a little better progress, so Manchester United management must be patient with the process that has been carried out by Ten Hag and must even be fully supported.
The success of winning the FA Cup last season might be a strong reason for Manchester United management to keep Ten Hag, and I think it would be the right decision.

The problem now is that if Manchester United even sack Ten Hag, who is that good coach they will sign and like to coach Manchester United with their poor performance they experienced last season? Honestly, good coaches are not that available now. All of them have fixed positions with clubs and they don't want to leave their teams, because they are progressing. In fact, even a good coach available for Manchester United will not find it easy for one or two seasons because they must fix some of the problems the club is facing.

Manchester United's performance was not as good as we expected this season, but I will say they still tried by ending the season with a trophy. Being the winner of the FA Cup is not really easy. Playing the final against Manchester City and winning the match was a great achievement.

I am also happy to hear that Erik ten Hag will stay with Manchester United after winning the FA Cup. Since he is not leaving Manchester United but is staying, it must be a good decision. Manchester United is still a young team, and they have enough good players in their squad and if they can bring in some more good players then the squad will be more complete. Although not faring well this season, Manchester United have certainly seen a lot of progress as they have qualified for the FA Cup. The team is still very strong as we have seen Man United win the FA Cup after beating the mighty Manchester City. However, I think that Erik ten Hag will be able to succeed if every player is trained well next season.

I don't know why but I feel the only reason why people are now of a different opinion about ten hag is maybe due to the fact that he actually won the FA Cup in the last game of the season because I believe that this man has obviously gotten some support back because of this trophy, i mean this is actually the same person that the whole united team and fans wanted him out because of how badly Manchester united actually performed but now it seems he won the FA cup and then everyone is now thinking other wise.

I think Manchester United made a mistake in allowing Erik Ten Hag to remain as Manchester United's head coach. Manchester United should have sacked Erik Ten Hag, even though he won the FA Cup for Manchester United. Erik Ten Hag has managed Manchester United for two seasons now, and Manchester United hasn't performed well in major competitions. Erik Ten Hag's performance next season will not be far from what he displayed this season at Manchester United because Erik Ten Hag failed to sign players that would help him perform well at Manchester United.

They were they in Europa League 2022 and they didn't reach the final, that was when the got evicted from the knockout stage of the Champions League and did some play off and they couldn't win the final match, what is that assurance they are going to win this one, the team doesn't look that energetic and very okay, even if he remain the better option for the management to lead the team, how are the going to win the Europa when team like Leverkusen were humbled by Atalanta in the final.

Erik or no Erik, there should be a mass substitution of some players, I don't know where to place Rashford but he had one of the worst season this time and if there is no better plan for him in the future, they should sell him and buy some players they will be using. He was a useful attack for Manchester united but I don't know what went wrong between him and Ten, there relationship is not cordial and no bond again, he better sell them off for new ones.

It was confirmed by Sky Sports that Ten Hag is not going anywhere and get its contract extended with other terms and conditions personally this is a good decision by Man U management. Ten Hag is doing good with Man U team and players.
It seems true that the club has made the decision to keep Ten Hag until next season. And this will probably mean that Ten Hag has a lot of work that he must complete in order to get maximum results in the next season. Because currently Man United is not in good condition. Indeed, they won the FA Cup and managed to get tickets to the European League. But Man United has had bad results in the Premier League. And that's a job Ten Hag needs to fix. Because of course his fate next season will depend on these results. If Ten Hag next season can make Man United improve again then of course I'm sure Ten Hag will be there for longer. And Man United must also focus on getting good results in the Europa League next season.

Last season Man United failed miserably in the UCL. And Ten Hag must not let Man United also experience failure in the European League next season. Because I also miss the glory days of the Man United club.

I'm not a United fan, but in my opinion, Ten Hag has the characteristics of a system that he applies to the team he manages. unfortunately in the 2023-24 season, an unpleasant one for United as a whole. I mean, whether it's for Ten Hag, the players, the club and the Red Devil supporters. Manchester United last season experienced a very unfavorable situation, especially a storm of injured players. United should be able to appear more focused next season, and hope that there will be no problems with injured players next season once it starts. Even if Ten Hag is fired, the new coach they appoint will not immediately be able to bring United back to their feet. After all, the problem is not only the coach, but also from various factors. IMO, that's why in the end the club decided to keep him at least until his contract ends. What is certain is that Ten Hag and Ratcliffe have to rebuild their squad for the new season which will start simultaneously. yeah, as Ten Hag once said that he would rebuild Manchester United with Sir Ratcliffe together. This means that support for Manchester United returning to its best performance cannot be separated from Sir Ratcliffe's role in supporting the coach by bringing in the players needed for the team's squad needs. Ten Hag should be able to overcome the problems that hampered him last season. perhaps by finishing in the top four of the Premier League, Ten Hag will again be trusted to handle the Red Devil. Moreover, if Ten Hag is at least able to provide the Europa League trophy as you say. But before we assume too far, let's just follow every development, whether in terms of new arrivals or players who will be released in this summer's transfer window.

At the beginning of Pochettino's arrival at Chelsea, many of us actually doubted Pochettino. Moreover, Pochettino was only hunting for young players at that time in the player transfer window. But it turns out that Pochettino has indeed succeeded in making Chelsea improve and even in a short time Pochettino has succeeded in providing Chelsea with several young players who have great potential to develop even better. But unfortunately Pochettino had to part ways with Chelsea when he had started to build a strong foundation in the Chelsea squad. And now Enzo is trusted to continue the footsteps that Pochettino has built. And now it would be very natural if we also doubt Enzo Maresca. because we haven't seen how he performs at this club. But once the transfer window is over and the season restarts then that's when we will start to be able to assess Enzo Maresca. But based on the contract that Enzo signed, I think that this time Todd Boehly will no longer easily fire the Chelsea coach again. because with the 5 year contract that Enzo signed at Chelsea, I think the club this time will provide long-term development opportunities for the Chelsea squad. So maybe the club will be more patient this time before making decisions that will be taken in the future.

You are right, Chelsea will not magically improve after Enzo Maresca is appointed coach. Enzo Maresca needs time to adapt and introduce his strategy to the players, he even needs time to get to know the character of each player before formulating a game plan against a team. The process of adapting to a new coach does not always run smoothly, some of the main players may even doubt the coach's abilities due to lack of experience from a technical or other perspective.

Chelsea should keep Pochettino, who has found his team playing well towards the end of the season. I don't know clearly what caused Pochettino to be fired other than Chelsea management being in a rush for quick improvements, even after Enzo Maresca coached us we didn't really believe Chelsea's performance could be much better.

I feel like Chelsea will definitely get better, they just need some time and because the team is mostly consisting of players who are playing with each other for the first time, I feel like it was normal to not get a great result. Pochettino could be changed, they can get another manager that's alright, but I think it is going to be something that will take a while before they could just have a good result in the end. Look at United, they decided to keep Erik Tan Hag.

Because they are very well aware that they are going to end up with something that will be great, we should not really be considering the situation to be all that complicated, it is something that will not take that much time and they should be fine in the end.

I was surprised to see the news that Manchester United are going to keep Eric Ten Hag and give him a contract extension. Chelsea and Manchester United are knows to easily sack coaches when they don’t do well as expected. No warning of any or even a second chance, they just go ahead and sack them which to me is not making any sense at all. It makes the players destabilize especially when the new manager brings his own players he prefer to the team and want to integrate them into the existing teams. It becomes tougher and takes more time for those players to blend together. Which after they don’t do well by end of the season, the management will want to sack and bring new manager. I am glad Manchester United are gradually moving away from such instincts, with time they can gradually improve their performance and have a long term squad that will dominate the league.

I think Erik ten Hag could have been fired if Manchester United managed to get a new manager at this moment because after all, based on some sources, Manchester United also approached Tuchel but Tuchel still wanted to rest. Therefore, if for example Tuchel accepts Manchester United's offer, then of course Erik ten Hag will be fired but indeed, Manchester United's good fortune did not get a new manager so Erik ten Hag will still be the manager of Manchester United. But indeed, basically Erik ten Hag is not entirely bad even though in his second season Erik ten Hag failed to make Manchester United compete in the top four. But anyway, because Erik ten Hag managed to make Manchester United still finish in the top zone in the Premier League standings and managed to get the FA Cup trophy then it is also not a bad result at all.

The review by INEOS to the ten hag's performance in manchester united is finished. Ten Hag stays for another season as per the latest announcement came from media. INEOS is still witnessing a beneficial influence from Ten Hag on Manchester United and INEOS decides to keep him for another season.

Here are some details about him at the present.

1. Talks with INEOS over a new contract for ten hag are still ongoing, expect to be finished in the upcoming days.
2. Ten Hag is beginning to develop transfer strategies for the summer transfer season by following his philo to "trust young players".

Congratulations to United fans who wanted Ten Hag to stay for another season, your wish is coming true now. The lengthy review by INEOS was extremely frustrating for United fans. I expect Ten Hag's contract will be extended for at least two to three years.
This man staying at another season will have a way of affecting Manchester United because they will not be better, they won't improve with him in the team, they obviously need another coach that will change the players thinking faculty and turn them into an elite team again.
I am totally against Ten Had staying at old Trafford.I know I am not a united fan,but I know United have been a big club,so when they arent up there competing for the Titttle,it makes the game boring, and I know quite well that with this man,United aren't going anywhere. If they are giving this man a new contract,I am sure Man u will finish below how they finished this season come next season.
You cannot claim that Erik Ten Hag's presence next season will lead the clubs to perform poorly; they must observe his performance next season before you complain. Because Erik Ten showed development before the past season ended, and I am confident he can help the club next season, all that is required is to add new players to the roster that is now in place to make the club stronger than before. I am glad to see Erik Ten Hag prolong his contract. Even with Erik Ten Hag's dismissal, it's difficult to find a coach capable of transforming a club's roster. He does not mean that just because he didn't perform well last season, he will do so again. You cannot be praying bad to a club i think you don't like the club Cool let see how they will do next season. and i will support if Erik Ten Hag didn't do well next season they should sack him and bring new one to the team but now they should give him a second chance.
I think the poor performance of Manchester United last season is the reason why most people no longer believe in the leadership of Erik Ten hag to bring a positive change in the team next season. Yes the new season has not started but a manager that won the FA cup but failed to qualify the team to champions league next season should not be relied on as a good manager that will bring a good change to the club. Ten hag was too poor in the selection of players last season and he made a lot of poor substitutions that made the Manchester United team to drop points so on this note I think the team needs to give him some condition before accepting him fully as the manager for next season and he should guarantee the club a good performance for next season of he wants a total support from the Manchester United team.In as much as I don't support the sacking of the United coach but I think he needs to live up to expectations next season if he wants to retain his job as the coach otherwise he should kindly step down for a new manager to manage the team.

I think it was the right decision by the Manchester United management to fire Ten Hag. United management gave Ten Hag plenty of opportunities to strengthen and stabilize the team. Despite winning the FA Cup title, we have seen poor performances from Manchester United throughout the season.

United management gave Ten Hag complete freedom to strengthen the squad. Big funds were provided to add talented players to the squad. Ten Hag spent a lot of money but failed to strengthen the team. Hojlund and Antony were added to the squad by Ten Hag at a huge expense. But we have not seen better performance from these two players. Ten Hag is not yet experienced enough in terms of player choice. Perhaps this is why United management sacked Ten Hag.

the problem is that disappointment arose when Chelsea fans were very confident that the improvement at the end of last season was a sign that Pochettino was able to take Chelsea to a higher level but instead he was fired and replaced by Enzo Maresca.
no one doubts Enzo Maresca and I'm sure Pochettino was fired in a good manner, but the problem is that the fans confidence seemed to have disappeared after the news of his dismissal was made official and Chelsea fans who don't understand Enzo Maresca experience will definitely be a little doubtful.
and in fact Enzo Maresca is a former assistant coach of Guardiola when he was still with Man City and this means that a big opportunity awaits Chelsea because Enzo Maresca knows the way Guardiola gives training to Man City players and maybe he can apply it to Chelsea to create a very strong performance in the season next.

my guess is that at the start of the season, Chelsea will experience a few bad results and this is very natural because the new coach needs time to get the right strategy, but if Enzo Maresca can find the key to a viable strategy, Chelsea will definitely become even stronger and be able to compete in the future EPL top flight.
the most important thing is that if the new coach is successful in bringing Chelsea to a higher level, at least Todd Boehly must try to retain the new coach.
I feel like Chelsea will definitely get better, they just need some time and because the team is mostly consisting of players who are playing with each other for the first time, I feel like it was normal to not get a great result. I hope Ten Hag's decision to stay in the team results in a great result for Manchester United as you mentioned, because the Red Devils have been longing for success for years. They were eliminated from the Champions League and had a bad ranking in the league. They won the FA Cup, but this should not be considered a success for them alone, because one of the few teams that comes to mind when England is mentioned has been away from success for years. I hope Ten Hag achieves something next year

Wheel of Whales 🐳
Manchester United management have retained their coach after a disappointing season. It's a brave decision and one that commands respect. Pioli, Allegri, Pochettino and Xavi all lost their jobs at the end of the season, but ten Hague kept his job. Who would have thought. The decision to keep ten Hag could prove to be a mistake if he doesn't make any changes in the way he interacts with MU players.
At least now the Man United club can focus more on the transfer market if a decision regarding Ten Hag has been made. And Erik Ten Hag must not waste the opportunity he has been given to handle the Man United squad. Especially about how he builds relationships with players and also about how he unites the squad and makes the players at the club not inflate each other's egos. I also admit that Ten Hag's tactics are quite good. Ten Hag's only weakness is in building relationships between fellow players. And actually I personally think Ten Hag will be fired. but it turns out my guess was wrong. And it seems that the Man United players also initially thought that their coach would be fired. Because the news circulating always reports more about Ten Hag who has the potential to be fired. But all this speculation is now over. And maybe the Man United players can also breathe a sigh of relief because they don't need to adapt to a new coach and can just continue their training with Ten Hag.

In addition, ineos is preparing a new deal for ten hag to extend his time in manchester united. I'm glad that I discovered that Ten Hag will not leave the team. Ten Hag has stated that he was frustrated by waiting ineos decision about his future. Two trophies in two seasons isn't too terrible for him at Manchester United. Although these trophies are not major trophies. Ineos made the correct option to keep him longer with the club.
Yes but this is were the real test come on Ten Hag, finishing in a more reasonable position next season domestically and winning a more major trophies or at least showing dominance in Europa League also.

Many people have speculated about him, but Ineos has now confirmed everything. What's next for Ten Hag?

1. Sell players and purchase new ones.
2. Create a future plan for the club.
3. Winning more trophies for Manchester United.

ten hag can do that. He is having more time to build his dream team.
This they have to do but I wonder how many clubs will be interested in some of their players in a reasonable fee outside Saudi clubs though these players were bought quite expensively.
I also hope he doesn't have issues with other players this season.

Underestimate- nothing
It is appropriate for Ten Hag to be retained because Ten Hag has shown a little better progress, so Manchester United management must be patient with the process that has been carried out by Ten Hag and must even be fully supported.
The success of winning the FA Cup last season might be a strong reason for Manchester United management to keep Ten Hag, and I think it would be the right decision.

If the management should make the mistake of changing Ten Hag then i can give you assurance that the condition of Manchester United will be worst the only place i see the problem of Manchester United coming from is one their midfield, then defense and their goalkeeper onana, I don't really enjoy how his always losing guard. That guy needs to be worked on or even changed. And I agree with you they need to give Ten Hag some time. And that is what I expected from Chelsea but since they have decided to sack their coach. FA might not really change anything next season if they don't work on them self. And they need to work on their team work. Too.

At least winning the FA gave them hope that they can actually do better they were lucky that Manchester City did not really show any serious interest in winning the FA if not can they really stop those guys they can't because they don't have the capacity. As for me I think the management should still give Ten Hag more time to put things in order that is what he needs time.
