I am also happy to hear that Erik ten Hag will stay with Manchester United after winning the FA Cup. Since he is not leaving Manchester United but is staying, it must be a good decision. Manchester United is still a young team, and they have enough good players in their squad and if they can bring in some more good players then the squad will be more complete. Although not faring well this season, Manchester United have certainly seen a lot of progress as they have qualified for the FA Cup. The team is still very strong as we have seen Man United win the FA Cup after beating the mighty Manchester City. However, I think that Erik ten Hag will be able to succeed if every player is trained well next season.
It is appropriate for Ten Hag to be retained because Ten Hag has shown a little better progress, so Manchester United management must be patient with the process that has been carried out by Ten Hag and must even be fully supported.
The success of winning the FA Cup last season might be a strong reason for Manchester United management to keep Ten Hag, and I think it would be the right decision.

There are mix reaction about this with still things are not clear because we are having media already talked Pochettino is going to have this job and few are expecting Thomas Tuchel is new coach but now suddenly media is talking about extension about Eric ten Hag mean no certainty, and we can have few more changes in coming days even we all know after the win of FA Cup something this was coming but Manchester United which is having services of one of the players in club world fail to keep things at their best is strange and mostly were feeling coach fail to bring results as expected but now giving extension mean something is cooking.

Whether this good or bad decision time will be best judge about this but as we have last few seasons there are no positive hopes for the Eric Ten Hag to have better results because he is having not good strategy for handling this all.

I think the minimum acceptable result that is expected from a United coach is top 4, right? Here's how bookmakers see the teams' chances:

Manchester City - 1.10

Arsenal - 1.25

Liverpool - 1.53

Chelsea - 2.38

Newcastle United - 2.75

Manchester United - 3.00

Tottenham Hotspur - 3.00

Aston Villa - 4.00

So far, I see that United has dropped out of the list of elite clubs and will only fight with the underdogs, and even in that group it is not a favorite. It is unlikely that the appointment of another coach could change this picture much, but the fact remains: for United, getting into the top 4 is the end of dreams, their chances of winning the title are estimated at 1 in 26.
For the top four spots things are looking interesting because we all know three clubs are having no problem for the staying here with last fourth spot is going to the headache because few clubs are trying to improve their strength and fixing their problems which they face in last season but still there is no guaranteed about this who is going to stay for this spot, and we are having five clubs even I am personally having feeling Chelsea and Newcastle Untied are having not strong case but still they can take charge from the start which could be interesting.

Manchester United, Tottenham and Aston Villa could be in fight for this spot with things are clearly indicating this could be not easy and all have to give his best if they want to have this hot seat which is dream for these top clubs with momentum is important, and they have to give their best for staying into these spots.

But with the current situation, if Ten Hag is retained, the team will still not be able to improve. The club should replace Ten Hag with Mauricio Pochettino, who left Chelsea last month.  I believe the new owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe will have to make a change. He doesn't want to see the money he invested in the club gradually decline.

MU leaders should have fired Ten Hag right after the FA Cup final. However, the emotional victory over Man City brought a new wave of support for coach Ten Hag from the fan community. Fans continue to put their trust in Erik ten Hag. This fact is making it difficult for Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who decides the future of Ten Hag.

You cannot say that, you don't know that. Manchester United will improve next season, Erik Ten Hag did improve Manchester United in the first season, Yes? So, I don't know what you're saying.
Mauricio Pochetino? Lmfao! A coach who has been dumped by another club should be replacing Erik Ten Hag? How do you people make sure analysis? I'm disappointed truthfully.

It's a great thing to see that, they have finally backed him to end all of these dirty and unnecessary manager speculations. Erik Ten Hag is the best man for Manchester United.
Go see Manchester United fans and players backing and supporting the manager online.

If you was in charge of a big club as Manchester United, you'll really make such a awful director or CEO. Your decisions are filled with hate and dislike.

Manchester United management have retained their coach after a disappointing season. It's a brave decision and one that commands respect. Pioli, Allegri, Pochettino and Xavi all lost their jobs at the end of the season, but ten Hague kept his job. Who would have thought. The decision to keep ten Hag could prove to be a mistake if he doesn't make any changes in the way he interacts with MU players.

the problem is that disappointment arose when Chelsea fans were very confident that the improvement at the end of last season was a sign that Pochettino was able to take Chelsea to a higher level but instead he was fired and replaced by Enzo Maresca.
no one doubts Enzo Maresca and I'm sure Pochettino was fired in a good manner, but the problem is that the fans confidence seemed to have disappeared after the news of his dismissal was made official and Chelsea fans who don't understand Enzo Maresca experience will definitely be a little doubtful.
and in fact Enzo Maresca is a former assistant coach of Guardiola when he was still with Man City and this means that a big opportunity awaits Chelsea because Enzo Maresca knows the way Guardiola gives training to Man City players and maybe he can apply it to Chelsea to create a very strong performance in the season next.

my guess is that at the start of the season, Chelsea will experience a few bad results and this is very natural because the new coach needs time to get the right strategy, but if Enzo Maresca can find the key to a viable strategy, Chelsea will definitely become even stronger and be able to compete in the future EPL top flight.
the most important thing is that if the new coach is successful in bringing Chelsea to a higher level, at least Todd Boehly must try to retain the new coach.
I feel like Chelsea will definitely get better, they just need some time and because the team is mostly consisting of players who are playing with each other for the first time, I feel like it was normal to not get a great result. Pochettino could be changed, they can get another manager that's alright, but I think it is going to be something that will take a while before they could just have a good result in the end. Look at United, they decided to keep Erik Tan Hag.

Because they are very well aware that they are going to end up with something that will be great, we should not really be considering the situation to be all that complicated, it is something that will not take that much time and they should be fine in the end.

Has the Man United board done a sensible thing? I think it makes sense. They need to support this guy with all the resources, and Man United will be great again. He deserves at least one year after the FA Cup final. Winning 2 trophies in 2 years while dealing with so much drama and many setbacks isn't bad. He loves the club, and as expected Man United board has shown their support for him, so I'm sure he'll do well with proper backing and more confidence.
I support the stance that Ten Hag was given another chance because it has always been obvious The Manchester United owners has been the core problem but at Lear now they don't have much as Jim is now among the owners, who will think will make things better.

Now we're going to see the kind of support Ten Hag get from him and how he is able to utilise these resources to produce an efficient result more than before to show there's a chance of him to bring United back to their days if glory
It was confirmed by Sky Sports that Ten Hag is not going anywhere and get its contract extended with other terms and conditions personally this is a good decision by Man U management. Ten Hag is doing good with Man U team and players.
In addition, ineos is preparing a new deal for ten hag to extend his time in manchester united. I'm glad that I discovered that Ten Hag will not leave the team. Ten Hag has stated that he was frustrated by waiting ineos decision about his future. Two trophies in two seasons isn't too terrible for him at Manchester United. Although these trophies are not major trophies. Ineos made the correct option to keep him longer with the club.

Many people have speculated about him, but Ineos has now confirmed everything. What's next for Ten Hag?

1. Sell players and purchase new ones.
2. Create a future plan for the club.
3. Winning more trophies for Manchester United.

ten hag can do that. He is having more time to build his dream team.

The review by INEOS to the ten hag's performance in manchester united is finished. Ten Hag stays for another season as per the latest announcement came from media. INEOS is still witnessing a beneficial influence from Ten Hag on Manchester United and INEOS decides to keep him for another season.

Here are some details about him at the present.

1. Talks with INEOS over a new contract for ten hag are still ongoing, expect to be finished in the upcoming days.
2. Ten Hag is beginning to develop transfer strategies for the summer transfer season by following his philo to "trust young players".

Congratulations to United fans who wanted Ten Hag to stay for another season, your wish is coming true now. The lengthy review by INEOS was extremely frustrating for United fans. I expect Ten Hag's contract will be extended for at least two to three years.

I have read this news and I am very happy to hear it. In the end, INEOS wanted to retain Erik ten Hag and I think that was the right decision. However, this team is still young and needs further progress with the same coach so that results can still be maximized. If it weren't for Manchester United's success in winning the FA Cup, perhaps I would definitely not agree with Erik ten Hag staying and he was willing to provide answers to everyone's doubts.

✂️✂️

As you said, Chelsea ended the season well. Given the injury issues earlier in the season, Pochettino's departure was disappointing. The players seemed to be responding well to him.

The new coach doesnt worry me. Being Pep Guardiola's assistant at Man City is no easy achievement for Enzo Maresca. Using even a fraction of Guardiola's tactics may transform Chelsea. Not competing in European events could be beneficial. They can focus on the Premier League and Maresca's strategy. We hope the newcomers fit and the injury curse ends. If all goes well, Chelsea may return to the title race sooner than planned.
Pochettino has actually managed to build a fairly strong foundation at Chelsea this season, relying on the majority of young players actually makes Chelsea run quite slowly but definitely in the league, we can even see how step by step Chelsea are moving forward in the right direction and it is proven towards the end of the season they are finally able to cut the gap with the team that is at the top of the Premier League standings this season,  But unfortunately the slow process actually makes Chelsea owners not want to keep Pochettino until next season, and prefer to replace Pochettino with another current coach.

Enzo Maresca is of course a smart coach and has experience in handling big teams, Leicester City return to promotion to the Premier League is certainly proof of Enzo Maresca performance so far, but I think, Leicester City and Chelsea of course have different ambitions, targets and team levels, so maybe building Chelsea is not as easy as he has been building Leicester City so far,  Chelsea is a big team and of course it takes good experience to be able to meet the big expectations of the owner and also the Chelsea fans next season, is he a student of Guardiola?
It will be interesting to see how he approaches his squad next season, whether he will succeed in doing what Guardiola does or indeed he is no better than Pochettino.

The problem with judging Ten Hag is the problem with how you position United. If as a top club with temporary problems and the goal of returning to the throne, then Ten Hag is definitely a bad coach (even Solskjaer was closer to the title). If we consider United an ordinary average team for which playing in the Europa League is the norm, and getting into the Champions League is happiness (just getting there, not winning), then Ten Hag is a completely suitable coach.
Regardless of various assumptions, Man United is still an elite Premier League club, this is proven by the way they maintain their existence by spending large budgets in the transfer window, especially during Ten Hag tenure as manager. Management and club officials have decided that Ten Hag will be retained for next season, which means they are ready to act and take all risks with Ten Hag. Of course there will be a major overhaul in the Man United squad, with Ten Hag apparently set to let go of most of the players who have minimal contribution, for Sancho perhaps the door to returning to Old Trafford is closed.

Meanwhile, it feels like it's still too early to guess Man United chances of success next season, because we haven't seen how they execute their plans in the transfer window. Personally, to be fair, I would rank them as one of the elite clubs, who still have hopes of becoming a team challenging for the title next season. Who knows, Ten Hag could be lucky enough to meet fans expectations, or at least be able to present one of the trophies next season.

I think the minimum acceptable result that is expected from a United coach is top 4, right? Here's how bookmakers see the teams' chances:

Manchester City - 1.10

Winning those trophies for Man UTD isn't enough to say is what the club want, the EPL title is what they want or the UCL, I believe they wanted something bigger than those two trophies Erik ten Heg have won in his two years with the club. Fine they can't get any other manager to replace Erik ten Heg that's why they gave him another contract, to me the board is confused in making up their minds in letting him go.
Although is good to let him (Erik ten Heg) know his faith but at the same time I don't think the atmosphere is going to change, don't be surprised if we get to see a more disappointing Manchester United next season because with Erik ten Heg in charge things ain't going to change until he changes his mentality, relate with the players before starting the season, let them be on your side or else is going to be a failed project at Old Trafford next campaign.

Saying the club will face more disappointing times ahead says a lot about you truly, y'all can just observe and not say too much. T's the same way y'all said he was going to be sacked and how he will not be able to win the Fa Cup Competition Finals against Manchester City. It all ended wrong with y'all biased analysis and decisions.

Erik Ten Hag and the players are ready for growth and development and they want to win trophies which I think they will eventually get. Erik Ten Hag has been the most successful manager since he joined Manchester United behind Pep Guardiola as he has won two trophies for the club.

I will not spend much time educating y'all because you have refused to learn what you don't know. Lol! The fans wanted Erik Ten Hag and most players, it feels good to see that sky sports and them agenda to sack Erik Ten Hag failed woefully. Lol.

Chelsea at the end of this season has really shown their seriousness in trying to build the squad as well as possible, they are reported to have reached an agreement with several teams regarding player transfers.
Maybe this could be good start for next season considering that this season Chelsea appeared to show surprise at the end of the season even though they failed to get tickets to one of the important competitions next season.
But at least what they are doing can provide gradual change and become team that is on the right track, they have experienced various problems before, including quite frequent changes in coaches.
Now is the time for them to focus on future developments and hopefully the new coach they currently have can make all this happen, Todd Boehly must bury his ego and not try to change coaches again in the future.

No one knows why the decision was taken and maybe Todd Boehly has a different view from most people in seeing the problem. I agree that Pochettino is much better and maybe needs to be given time to give his best for Chelsea. Changing new coaches also does not necessarily give good results because it takes hard work to build a team from scratch so it takes time for the results.

Fans are too demanding of the best performance instantly even though the coach has tried his best and that's football. Pochettino gave something much better at the end of the season so that Chelsea managed to finish in a much better ranking. Since the decision to sack him was taken, Chelsea will start rebuilding the squad to be more solid next season.
There have been plenty of mistakes Chelsea have made in hiring new coaches and firing them, so we probably wouldn't be surprised if Enzo Maresca was also sacked at the end of next season. Enzo Maresca is not a coach on par with Pochettino, so many people have expressed doubts on his coaching abilities.

A new coach means Chelsea have to start everything from scratch. They had reset all their plans to factory settings which meant they had to start all over again. Several important changes will certainly be considered, including bringing in several new players, but adaptation is still needed. Several players who are not in the plans will also be sold, which will make Chelsea reduce the burden of higher salaries.

I just see same thing repeating itself next season in Manchester united performance. Manchester united is bigger than winning only FA Cup and the fans are happy. It means that the club greatness is no longer there, and this is why the club is keeping Ten Hag and praising him that he has done well.

When will Manchester win EPL trophy again, I don't see that confidence and quality in Eric Hag because he does not know when to make right decisions to turn things around for the players when the club is facing pressure. He does not understand the strategy to use to counter his opponents when the game is getting tough for his men. Manchester united needs a quality and professional coach than Eric Hag if the want to win EPL.

Manchester United will improve next season If the management adds more players to the team, I believe Ten Hags will be the best manager for the club. Although Sir Jim Ratcliffe agreed that a new manager should be appointed after Ten Hags failed to improve in the Premier League games. However, ever since Tuchel said that he would not accept the Manchester United job, I realized that Ten Hags would retain his position. Man U management did the right thing by keeping him, but I don't think they should extend his contract. I've heard rumors about extending his contract, at least they need to wait and add more players to the club before deciding if he deserves to be extended.

Obviously, even though Pochettino failed in the first half of the season but anyway, the fact is that even though slowly but Pochettino managed to make Chelsea finish in a good position. But indeed, about Todd Boehly, I feel that Todd Boehly has a big ego because he has good finances, so Todd Boehly always fires coaches and of course it is a bad way. But yes, fans also can't do anything bigger because of course, Todd Boehly with a lot of money he has, then Todd Boehly feels free to do what he wants. Therefore, I personally will just look forward to the results later, whether the decision to hire a new manager every season will have a good impact or maybe it will be worse.

I do not see Pochettino as a failure to Chelsea, Pochettino is the most successful manager of Chelsea, he built the players and finished the season in a better position. Todd Boehly appointed different managers who were unable to improve the team as Pochettino did, the management should understand that it is difficult to build a player that the coach didn't bring to the club. Chelsea wants to finish in the top four every season, and they always fire their coaches each season because money is not the problem, all they want is to win a trophy every season.

Leicester City who has been promoted to the EPL are without a manager and now Graham Potter is the man they have on their radar after all that happened while he was the manager of Chelsea. Potter did very well at Brighton that the club was too hard to play against, that made Chelsea to get the man Potter but he couldn't transform the Blues to be as strong as they were, things went side ways for the fans to seek for his removal as the coach of the side and if things goes as planned by the Championship winners I believe he'll be the new manager of Leicester City but the question is can he make them more better to even challenge for the EPL title next season? What's your say on this about Leicester City and Graham Potter...

Now after the arrival of a new coach, Chelsea has to start again from zero because every new coach who comes to a new club needs to adapt to the tactics he is carrying out and build chemistry with the players. Usually the coach will find difficulties in his first season, this also applies to Enzo Maresca who will start managing Chelsea next season.

Pochettino is actually a good coach because he can provide the best results until the end of the season. Previously, Chelsea had slumped to 12th place, but over time, Pochettino managed to bring Chelsea to a better position, it was not easy because of course it took time to adapt since Pochettino's arrival with the players. Even Chelsea's main squad was once a team that made things difficult for the top teams, actually Pochettino was quite good but unfortunately he was not retained by Chelsea management.

If only they kept Pochettino of course it would be even better because they are just waiting for improvements to be able to perform better next season apart from in the EPL as well as in other competitions, but with a new coach it will obviously take time to adapt again because and I believe they won't will be able to progress more quickly because changing coaches will have a slow effect on their progress, many teams often change coaches but they don't develop so quickly. Chelsea will definitely need more time to perform better than everyone expects.

Now we're going to see the kind of support Ten Hag get from him and how he is able to utilise these resources to produce an efficient result more than before to show there's a chance of him to bring United back to their days if glory
I have doubts about him and it would not be wrong if he was given this opportunity, but is it possible for Ten Hag to restore Man United's glory with the current players, because the current players are not an understatement, but all the Man United players are not able to make a game that is capable of underdeveloped their rivals and even did not meet management's expectations, that's why Ten Hag must have the courage to reshuffle their squad because it could have a bad impact if it is maintained.

With what Todd Boehly did to change coaches it was as if he didn't want to see Chelsea develop better. Doesn't this make sense when, in Pochettino hands, he was able to provide a few changes in a positive direction but was not given the opportunity to improve it next season. So don't be surprised if next season Chelsea will return with a bad performance and go through a period that is most disliked by all fans. In my opinion, if Pochettino was given one more season to prove the results would definitely be better. Boehly decisions continue to be questioned and as long as he is in his hands, Chelsea will always lose direction, especially in the Premier League.

Chelsea's performance since the new ownership keeps depreciating drastically, Tadd Boehly wants to make Chelsea a better team, but to me he lack technical advisers because the decision of changing coaches after a failed season is not a good decision because anyone in a new environment needs time to adapt to the system; but Tadd Boehly thinks that since they have money to sign expensive players, the coaches should have used them to bring glory to the team, but he don't know that the managers need to get used to the players and implement some tactics for them to be able to lead the team which can take them some times.

I hope Tadd Boehly can now give this new manager time to adapt because any successful manager always start from scratch unless if the team have world class players that are extremely good.
