LOL. 2-1 for West Ham. However as you said there is still hope that Liverpool can make it..although it is getting harder..
Better for Liverpool to find a way to fix this or else losing vs West Ham will be a bad record
Yeah you got a ground now LOL
But we still have around 30 minutes to go and managing two goals for Liverpool is not that big deal. They always found a way to win and today they will do the same.

We are in Anfield man!

West ham plays pretty decent so far.
Liverpool tries to score but they ar not so dangerous as they used to be in previous matches.

Fabianski made an error and Salah scored. 2-2

Oh! Shit!!!

What the fuck was that from Fabianski, could that be a result of the pressure ? Damn It!

Come hammers, you still can do this, can't you ?

Lots to play for, but a westham 3rd goal could be game over
Not happening. Since the 2nd goal they did not get a ball to threat Liverpool. Now they are busy defending the furious LFC.

Hell yeah Liverpool, you are ruining many bets right now. Cmon!
Well we still have 15 minutes to play in the first half then we have the full 2nd half. Team like Liverpool even manages to get a winning goal in the injury time. They are playing well so far in this match. There were few good attempts to goal but did not really gone back of the net.

I am not worried. The final result will be a win after all.

I am not entirely surprised lok, because i had initially predicted a Liverpool draw.
Maybe perhaps Liverpool can go against all odds and win again,

About 27 more minutes excluding added time.

I predict the final score will be 3-0 with Liverpool win.  the match will take place at the Anfield stadium and I'm very sure Liverpool will try to score lots of goals to please their supporters at home.
Doesn't seem to be the case at the moment. Let's wait and see how it turns out in the second half. It entirely depends on Westham's concentration levels

...
Watching the match while relaxing in my living room. I would just love to see Westham pull off a shocker thou it seems almost impossible but who knows, things can happen Cheesy

I'm at work, trying to watch the game on the computer while I (he'hem) try to get some work done, lol.  It's not working.  I keep getting interrupted, people coming into my cubical to ask me stupid questions about things that don't pertain to Premier League in the slightest.  Roll Eyes

Oh well, it's on DVR so I'll just have to watch it tonight while cooking dinner or some mundane task.

No clean sheet for Alisson today, which is surprising.  I don't expect LFC to start gliding along on cruise control, Klopp would have a cow and heads would roll.

I do not understand why people think that Liverpool would play to just spend time after scoring only once. I mean they are literally the undefeated champions basically and they have a chance to make a history this season, don't you think they would want to guarantee that?

I understand 2-0 because at that stage you can just start to defend and in case other team scores one goal by some luck you will start to attack again with your full force and even make it 3-1 probably but if not at least make sure other team won't score a second one. But, with 1-0 you are risking getting scored once and ruining the win streak, that is not really something Klopp would probably aim at. So I say 2-0 is a bigger chance today, definitely see it ending that way as well, either 2-0 or 2-1 end game result.

Arteta is really doing an amazing job on Arsenal players,  if it was Emery,  Arsenal might have lost or draw against Everton,  because his substitution is mostly awful,  but look at the turn around Arteta is doing,  Mustafi looking like a Prime Cafu,  it's been a while I saw him play so good as he has done today,  COYG!

2 clubs that changed coaches when the competition was running showed good results from that decision, namely Tottenham and Arsenal.  Arteta, who was a little doubtful, started to show good results.

I see a Liverpool 1-1 draw, what do you see??

Liverpool will win the match but like some previous result from their games, just win with little score 1-0 for LFC.
I tend to disagree with the fact that you made mention about  Tottenham Hotspur doing fine under Mourinho,  in my opinion much was expected from the Mourinho,  but he seems not to be getting some things right,  particularly the defense of Tottenham,

As regards Liverpool match,  they will win West Ham,  perhaps the margin might be by a goal or two perhaps more,  Klopp might rest some key players against against West Ham today

I understand your point about mourinho but its all pundits pushed conspiracy against mourinho
If Pochetino who lead the team to 13th was sacked, why is everyone expecting a miraculous shift from mourinho even after kane and son injury?

I feel like its a double standard campaign against mourinho and spurs team because arteta was celebrated for moving from 11th to 9th.
But mourinho is not doing enough from 13th to 6th??

I think we have to do better with our analysis

To the guy who predicted Liverpool & West Ham to be 1-1, whattttt? Grin
Football can be unpredictable but I don’t think this game will cause any surprises. It will be a comfortable home win.

Regarding to defense system and its power under management of Mourinho, I see you forgot a fact that with any team, their defense systems are positively or negatively (depends) affected by the power of their attack systems.

Attack components is the best way to defense. With some injuries on their stars (Kane, Son), their abilities to attack components decreased and their defense system has been under more pressure from their components. More conceded goals, consequently.

Liverpool would want to finish their race to their first Premier League, after long waiting decades so they will put all their strength and human resources to the match. They will win it.

Reassuring him that his performance is ALWAYS stable and he can do it Tongue
BTW the worst thing that can happens is that your substitute score the only goal just minutes after you are out. Too bad!

It's still unclear why Guardiola still gives him permission to take penalties. It's obvious that Aguero is no longer at his prime and should be replaced in some matches. Man city is one of the few teams that have a great squad with talented players that are on and off the field. I would've preferred a City draw though. It would've meant Liverpool would have less games to win.

Wtf are you talking about past his prime?  Lol.  He's the second highest goal scorer in the league (with Vardy just leading by one goal).

https://www.soccerstats.com/scorers.asp?league=england

Not just that, if you had to pick a guy from your club to find himself in goal scoring chance from whole premier league, who would you pick? Aguero would be my first pick in every single season in the last 5-10 years. There just isn't a more complete and crafty forward in PL.

Granted, he is shit on penalties this year for whatever reason, but he would play every game for me and maybe take a break from penalties in the near future.

Yup...  He's a legend...  An immortal imo (esp. if I he doesn't leave City during the two year CL ban).  He's given so much for the club and him winning the CL with City would be well deserved.

The coming weeks in the EPL, will he fun-filled.

Meanwhile, will Liverpool wrap up the trophy tonight with a win against West ham or it will be delayed by one more match?

I see a Liverpool 1-1 draw, what do you see??

What makes you think they'll draw? It's at Anfield and I expect Liverpool to comfortably win. And Liverpool have to win 5 more games before they secure the title. The earliest they can win is against Bournemouth on 7th March, but I think that's also only if City drop a point by then, otherwise it will be on the 21st of March when they play Crystal Palace.

It looks like Liverpool could be in with another record breaker this season: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51163821

Quote
Manchester United hold the record for the earliest Premier League title win, with Sir Alex Ferguson's men claiming victory in 2000-01 on 14 April.

The earliest Premier League title win by games remaining, rather than by date, is five - a record also set by United in 2000-01, as well as Manchester City in 2017-18.

Think they need to win 8 games and draw one to beat Man City's record 100 points by one.

I don't think that West Ham will be the one that stopped Liverpool awesome record. I expect +2 goals difference for Liverpool today

If West Ham play like they did against City, for sure they'll lose. They actually have some good players but all these teams try to play tight on the good passers/attackers like City/Liverpool.

I think the best they can hope for is to draw, and that's if Liverpool can't score. But Hammers must attack and try to win so the game doesn't become negative.
