Yes, it's very true. in this League liverpool may be very difficult to win because they are using a strategy of less fit.
But it all depends on each Team. The winner in the League is the team who have a good strategy

It doesnt matter if they are lucky or win the game with a penalty at last minutes, as long as they win then they win. Liverpool VS Exeter City
It is clear that Liverpool is the big favorite for the match at Anfield. Exeter City will hope for a stunt but on its own it may Anfield Liverpool expected that they will simply do the job. Coach Klopp would not want to take any risks and he is expected to send a strong team in the field for the match against Exeter. Although Liverpool does not stick in the best shape I expect that they will win.

I will be surprised if Aston villa managed to play in the Premiere League next year it's clear thing that they are being relegated only two wins from 22 League games is a very low results

Yes, I do agree, Cup games are usually low scoring games, compared to the respective league games, but considering the last 3 out of 4 cup games Aston Villa played at home ended with 2 goals or more, I just couldn't resist this pick.
