I’d give Emery until the end of the season. If he gets CL football then keep him, if he doesn’t then replace him. It’s about progress, CL qualification would be progress, no?
Yep, it would be progress

But the problem is the division he is already creating in the dressing room and trust me in the long run it will have far more devastating effects than it is right now.
Look how Arsenal have are playing already lately, blowing away solid leads in matches you would really believe they could win.

A couple of players like Ozil and now xhaka are not happy and if it spreads through the dressing room, it will be poisonous to the team.
I am not a person who likes predicting doom but if things don't change, 4th place will be out of reach for Arsenal this season again.

No, I do not see Emery getting sacked.

Arsenal should look at Manchester United and learn the lesson of what happened after Sir Alex Ferguson left the club. Emery needs time to try and get things going.

The end of the season is still long so for Emery to improve his strategy for Arsenla, at least Arsenal can replace Leicester in third place so Emery can be considered a good coach because rivals at EPL are very tight.

Mourinho is indeed rumored interested in the London job whether it's Tottenham or arsenal , but if you ask me ... Tottenham would be his destination.
Mou to Spurs? I can already see the players starting a mutiny within the club just days after Mou gets the job lol Spurs players aren't used to someone with such a strong character as Mou.

Plus, I don't think Mou and Levy will get along too well, the portuguese will probably ask for some signings before accepting the job, and Levy's response will be "fuck off!", not a great start, is it? haha  Grin

Allegri is my pick for the Arsenal job.
I don't know man , even there's a reporter called that Jose Mourinho + Daniel levy = a disaster lol

But Why not? As long as the club granted whatever Mourinho wanted , there shouldn't be a problem I guess. The odds for Mourinho to become Tottenham manager was @2.2 ... and it's @1.6 now , strong signal.
Allegri also favorited for the arsenal job ... bookies give the odds @2.5 and second place there's pochettino @3.5

Every video I have seen did just what they did during the live telecast. They paused it just when it happened. And it wasnt actually son but aurier.

It isnt that bad to watch this procedure as it wasnt broken just dislocated. Embarrassed
That day everyone thought it was a broken leg , thanks it's not that bad even though it's a dislocated still that's make me prickling man  Lips sealed

And who to replace him? Mourinho?
As much as I hate Mourinho, he'll surely improve the current defense but I prefer Allegri [as mentioned by others] or our former player "Mikel Arteta".

I would like to see Mourinho again in competition but he is not for a team like Arsenal. The club which wants to have stability on the bench.
Mou probably will improve current Arsenal defence in the first season and what after? Look at his job in Manchester United. First two season, they have one of the best defences in the league, but in the third, players look like they are together for the first time and forget to play football. Plus, to be honest, Arsenal hasn't top-quality defence players.

Oh everyone wants Emery to leave the club asap. I am really not getting his mindset that he is putting behind Arsenal play for last few games. He is resting key player - Ozil for PL and CL and using him in Carabao Cup lol. Seriously we need someone new to save Arsenal Cry .
18 months have passed and yet, he still doesn't have a clue on how to choose the best team or tactics when dealing with different teams.

Devastating game for Chelsea tonight. They are already behind as they have conceded 4 goals at home. There is still time but I don't think that they are going to revert the situation.

currently the score is 4-4 now  Grin

That was a huge comeback for Chelsea. I didn't expect they are going to make this come back especially when you are back in the score with 3 goals.
Lampard has really built a strong team.
Am a chelsea fan but I hate that game, I hate such a comeback with so much controversy. I already felt defeated before the pickup. I didnt place bet on that match, it was more unpredictable as other champion league matches but might see better games in the other round next year. I enjoy a stiffer bet at that time.

Arsenal fans moan a lot. They wanted Wenger out & now they want Emery out. Who is good enough to shut Arsenal fans up? Football goes in cycles, nobody is going to make Arsenal better than City & LFC right now.
It's not about making the team better than LFC or Man City instantly. What fans want to see is progressive improvement.

I believe whenever fans are not satisfied they will obviously complain. This happens in every big club be in Manchester United, Chelsea etc. Wenger had to go, anyone who thinks he would still succeed is not being realistic. The club was slowly sinking, and they had to "moan" as you said. Same story with Emery, after spending lots of money and making weird decisions, I too would not be happy if i was an Arsenal Fan.

It's not even about being better than City or Liverpool, it's about competing, mustering something close to a title challenge, picking up three points against some of the big six, Arsenal look more like mediocres this days, everytime they play, you just feel they wouldn't win or they'll blow up any advantage they hold up in the game.

This for sure isn't entirely emery's fault, Arsenal for me do not have top quality players, I do not know what the manager(emery)tells the board, but they need a coach who can make demands, request signings that'll suit his pattern and stuffs like that, Emery isn't doing any of that, he doesn't even look like he has a pattern.

There are predictions hovering after that he might get sacked after this weekend's game if Arsenal loses against Leicester. Will love to see fan's reaction if that happens Cheesy.
Emery is indeed one chap Arsenal needs to get rid off ASAP. He has completely lost plot. For example i don't know how he even thought of picking Xhaka as the captain  Grin , Someone who has zero leadership skills and is mistake prone. Even picking David Luis would have been a much better choice.

Horrible tackle made by son , andre Gomes suffered a horror leg injury ... wish the very best for him to recover from this. I can't see the video anymore , it's too horrific damn.

I knew tottenham would win this game , until son being sent off and there's gomes leg injury which provide  12 minutes added time and cenk tosun successfully score an equaliser goal at 90+7' ... crazy game

I am also fan of Allegri for Arsenal job as he can do some good and strong decsions for this club which is looking for good and strong manager for some long time if its happen then surely this could be very itneresting as Allegri is very expereinced and can change the tables in any league.

Allegri is a very good coach and I think that he will not have any future in Arsenal's bench.
Arsenal is a team with a medium performance and this is going to happen with Allegri on the bench. If he joins Arsenal he will just destroy his career as he will not able to get any championships and he will struggle for getting a cup as a title.

The two red cards in succession was very key in Chelsea's so called comeback and I know there are a lot of people who are going to dispute this fact but Chelsea didn't deserve to draw or even win the game and am glad that VAR was able to rule out the last goal as a handball.

Manchester United was much better organised than Arsenal, with a very glorious period until Alex Ferguson, with much more money. Watch them now, they look very bad in transition. Arsenal fans must expect something like that, perhaps worse after Wenger era because they are more centralized to Arsen Wenger vision. There is a serious possibility that problems are just coming here.
No more wenger out , it's Wenger in now Grin . Arsenal fans is too early to feel not satisfied with Emery works ... I just feel he is still doing a good average work for arsenal considering they are not setting any target to win the premier league isn't it? Grin , 4th position is the main target.

However it's been a destiny for both Emery (n.) Emirates and Arsene Wenger (n.) arsenal to be there managing arsenal ... would be hard to get a new manager with a similar name to Emirates, arsenal or something involved arsenal Grin .

It can go both ways. transitioning from one system to another can take time. I don't think that of Arsenal would be like Man United. The problem doesn't rely on the who is the Coach (although that plays a pivotal role as most Coaches have their own concepts, principles, routines etc), but the team itself. When a team has adapted and perfectly a particular style of play, it's so much harder to keep up with ut when everything isn't the way it was at the beginning – Things break. Take for instance, Real Madrid has the same coach before and even after Ronaldo left. But their performance within those time periods differ by a huge magic. It's a collective effort.
