Can't wait for a Leicester vs Chelsea match, guess we'll have to play them probably at home before I'll be comfortable since they're the team currently on the same wavelength as Chelsea although their defense is very solid. I don't think Tottenham, United and Arsenal with the way they're playing can force their way into the top 4 discussion.  As for today's match Liverpool vs Manchester city, here's my prediction.

Liverpool wins with a one goal difference, could be 2-1 or 3-2. I know many might be backing Manchester city but I beg to differ as with the leave of determination the Liverpool team has displayed in the past few weeks and also the clear message sent by klopp from Liverpool's champion league match (resting vital players) I don't think liverpool would be interested in ending the game with a draw. Klopp will be using this match to make a statement. Liverpool wins today and wins the league.

To all liverpool fans; today you're definitely not waking alone, go get those 3 points.

But VAR is a big problem in English game. Will it spoil Liverpool City game?
I hope it does not. VAR is actually doing more harm than the good for EPL.

Sheffs were just unlucky or the score could be 2 - 1 for Sheff although I was siding for Tottenham to manage some points from the pool and I also had them in a three fold. I won the rest but except them.

I will say it before other people do. Spurs were lucky. I think we could have won the game, but we should have lost 2-1 but thank you to VAR for helping us,,, and Sheffield deserve to be in EPL. I do not know where we are going after another draw but at least the fans saw we played well at most times, even Son looks like he recovered.

But VAR is a big problem in English game. Will it spoil Liverpool City game?

Big match today. A long expected match. I have funds reserved to gamble on this match Already have a multi bet and a single bet with two other teams. In the multi bet I have 1.5 goals and in the single bet I have Liverpool to win in Draw no bet.

We need to show them (City and rest of the team in EPL) that we are the boss!

I want Manchester City win more than 2 goals against Liverpool, maybe 3-1 is the right choice for Citys victory. Wink

You will be doomed 🤪

I see an opportunity to win a bet in this match with Leicester, at least I want to try a little luck with him tomorrow.
I dont want to say that my hunch is right, but I just want to say that I am lucky with this.

Lets hope forward to other luck at the Liverpool vs Manchester City match. I want Manchester City win more than 2 goals against Liverpool, maybe 3-1 is the right choice for Citys victory. Wink

Choosing one of Liverpool or Man City as the winner is certainly not easy and certainly risky. I, as a gambler, would choose a safer bet such as total goals or both teams to score
This option is better to anticipate if both teams draw, right? I personally also believe that Liverpool will continue to extend  unbeaten record at EPL.
This match is very crucial for both teams. Playing at home Liverpool is keen to win and get away from other teams on the league board, in the other hand the city also needs full point to close the gap with league leaders.
Right, maybe draw results are very possible in this match because both of them clearly don't want to lose points.

What a game that was. Arsenal was also attacking but their build up wasn't too strong while on other hand Leicester focussed on keeping pressure, passing up the game and it did paid off in the end. Amazing goals from Maddison and Vardy. Loved the way how the foxes played today.

I wonder what's up with Emery now.  Roll Eyes

I don't find this result as a surprising one.
Leicester is a better team than Arsenal they have proven this during the league so far. And apart from that bookers had Leicester as the favorite of this game. Maybe the fact that they won it so easily made it a surprise.

I actually meant that they are different and pumped up this season. They have 5-6 matches with teams from lower 6 (some of which are struggling to find their form back). Real test will start in December when they have to face Manchester city and Liverpool in rounds just before and after Christmas.

True. If they manage to get some points from the matches with Liverpool and Manchester City it would be a real success.
However, I don't think that they are going to do it. City and Liverpool are so strong that they cannot find difficulties with any other team on the league. The only thing that can stop them is being in a bad form due to fatigue.

I say it will be an easy Liverpool win unless something unexpected happens,

I don't think there can be an easy win anytime this two sides meet up. Liverpool and Manchester City are yo two best teams in the league and has a repertoire of talents at their disposal. A lot is riding on this game, a Liverpool win means they go nine points clear with city still having to play 4 more teams in the traditional top six and also the surprise package Leicester City before the end of the first half of the season.

While a City victory would open up the race a little bit more. It's the biggest match in English football at the moment. And it's impossible to choose. I chose Liverpool though.

Big game tonight between Liverpool and Manchester City in Anfield. Liverpool with 10 wins and 1 draw in this season is unbeatable Wil clash the super Manchester City with 8 wins, a draw and 3 loses in 11 games, both teams are ready for the battle and I expect many goals in this game and both teams will score, in my opinion Manchester City will be careful more than Liverpool because they know if they lost this game they became 4th and became so far from the leader. But I will bet for Manchester City to win this game.

We will see tonight's game how the two best teams in the EPL play on the field, if Manchester City suffered defeat tonight I think later the match after Christmas will be shown again by Manchester, but I am sure for tonight Liverpool is more dominant to attack.

I did not expect to see Tottenham 1:1 draw against Sheffield United,
after they had nice win in Europe Champions League. Maybe they where tired a bit.

I hope Arsenal will win away...but it is still 0:0 there

No one expected the draw result for Spurs imho, I believe many people placed bet for Spurs to win the match especially Totenham play at their own home stadium. I lost my bet on this match unfortunately as I placed a bet for Spurs to win the match plus over 2.5 goals.
Today, I place another bet for Manchester United with odd more than 1.6x. Will I win this bet or will be there another disappointment from Manchester United? I hope they can play like what they did against Partizan on Europa League. United really need 3 points on EPL today, as it may boost their spirit and it will bring them up on the table.

It was surprising for Leicester to end 0-0 but in the second half Leicester were able to change the situation on the Arsenal field and were not able to compensate. This was an amazing surprise for me, this bet was not in vain I won with a big profit.

Never watched the match, I was busy. the one I watched is the one on right now, Leicester-Arsenal. Will watch the highlights to see what happened in the other matches.

Chelsea though look promising under Lampard and with an average age of the team well under 25 years old they have a bright future if Lampard can keep the team together.

Sighh .. all these VAR bullshit make me sick. I know Sheffield United would make Tottenham in trouble.. they should have won it !

Yupp that's true we have abraham 22 y.o , pulisic 21 y.o , tomori 21 y.o , mount 20 y.o , reece james 19 y.o in the line up and else CHO (Hudson-odoi) 19 y.o and Billy gilmour 18 y.o on the bench!
Exactly 24 years 88 days .. chelsea fielded youngest ever team in english premier league ( club history ) and managed to win 6 games consecutively ! What a transfer ban blessing Grin

Whoops! Managed to get 1/6 prediction correct Lol. I enjoyed the Tottenham game today. Tottenham's team isn't in perfect shape and even small teams like Sheff United are now exploiting and taking advantage of them to rank up. Too bad. I'm also looking forward to tomorrow's matches.
Spoiler alert:  I'm a Liverpool fan! I hope we win tomorrow at Anfield! YNWA

1 out of 6 is not that bad next to 2 out 6 that the others (including me) got right.

Tomorrow will be interesting  Grin
