Who will be under pressure today whether Man Utd or Man City but i think Man Utd conditions not in the good shape because since Solskjaer announced as permanent manager Man Utd performance seems not really good however the odds for United was very high @6.2 and putting small amount of money seems good for them and i wish they motivated to win

I have a question for United supporter. Which club do you guys hate more City or Liverpool. I am really curious which club is "lesser evil" from Man United perspective.

if have to choose between Liverpool and ManC, I would prefer ManC for winning this EPL Season. United supporters are not willing if Liverpool approaches the EPL championship gains. however united must winning this match for the top four league tables position.
it is the hope of the United supporters, but the facts in the field will be different, all will depend on team play, not the expectations of the supporters. Liverpool will be champions and UCL will also be champions, their games are fantastic this season.

Can't speak for United supporters but I know some City supporters that call United as a 'better shade of red'.  Lol.

Anyway, big match.  Not too excited tho.  Weird.

A good game with many goals on the horizont I am reading different sports newspapers online and it seems they all agree that this game will have quite some goals.

I am skeptical because I think we may even see a draw here and even a 0-0 game would not be a surprise for me.

Even i have seen lot of time, when ever big games are their the result use to be 0-0 or very less goals, so i had my bet on under 2.5 goal hope that today i win it. As today the derby match will be very boring without goal.

It's last chance for Manchester United if they want to secure a spot in next year champions league. They need to go for a win if they still want to play those important games next season.
City was lucky to get a win in their last league game, I still see tonights game as an open game where United has a good possibility to surprise.

Been a while since I posted in this forum but without doubt, Manchester United will not be going into this game all fired up since they know that it wouldn't make any difference when it comes to Champions League qualification and seeing Liverpool win the trophy will hurt any true Manchester United fan, City are going to undoubtedly win the match.

@buwaytress - You’re one of my favourite posters here mare, you just get it. Your views are so similar to mine it’s funny.

Any way today is the day....Probably the first time ever I’ll be really desperate for Man Utd to win.

PLEASE do us a favour OLE Cheesy

Appreciate that LFC, likewise, I think how you post;) One of these days, mate, I'll make that trip across the channel again so we can knock a couple back. I have a scenario in mind come May but I don't want to jinx it! I think we're from the "same era" (though I'm quite a few years older haha) so it all makes sense for us!

Oh and yes today is definitely the day. I usually go to Fairlay for my underdog bets but someone swept up the entire offers available... 1 BTC++ on United at over 7.4/1 odds just a few hours ago: https://fairlay.com/market/manchester-united-vs-manchester-city-22/?referral=2130e697-c138-436a-a753-de8ca2436301

Looks like we're not the only ones hoping! Go Pogba and er Lukaku! =D

Yeah definitely, we’ll meet up one day, I’d like that too. I think we are from the same era. I’m older than 30 but younger than 35, I’ll obviously be more transparent when we meet but I don’t like anybody here to know my real life age, exact location, name etc Cheesy

There are a few people here I’d meet but a lot more that I wouldn’t Grin

I tell you what would be amazing, 0-0 tonight, deep into injury time & somebody crap like Smalling powers a header into Ederson’s net ..... cue lots of LFC fans jumping through the roof Cheesy

Man Utd are capable of a win I think, they’ll have to give it everything though. Sometimes a really bad result can mean a good result is close. They will not want to be embarrassed by City & top 4 is still achievable.

The derby of Manchester is going to attract a lot of attention tonight.
If City wins this game then it will be very hard to lose the title this season.

I think that both teams are going to win so I will go for a bet of over 2.5 for both teams.

City & Liverpool are so far ahead of United, Chelsea & Arsenal. Spurs are a lottoe better than those 3 but not much better consistently over a 38 game season. It’s like nobody wants those other 2 CL spots, they’re competing with each other to see who can mess up the most.

It’ll be LFC & City competing next season too, no way can the others fix their problems in one transfer window.

Yeah, no one can deny that no matter what happens with the remaining 3 games we have left, this has been a season even the neutrals would have enjoyed. The way City won it last season was just god awful, thankfully we gave and are giving them a run for their money. It's really quite amazing to see the point gap. Most other seasons we'd have won the league with 88 points, it's already our new club record for EPL... the first in such a long time we've seen consistency. We only had 6 losses this season (leage cup, FA, 3 away CL groups, City), at least 3 of those we were not playing a shadow of our strongest team. So I can foresee another strong season ahead. The portents do look good... you know when United fans are gnashing their teeth and even considering to roll over for the derby to prevent us from closing our own gap with them on league wins.

People anyway will be glad that someone is making City work hard. Klopp probably loves that anyway and even though we're right up there with City we're still the underdogs, and I think that tag suits us.

Manchester United will face Manchester City this week, this is a decisive match because if Cityzen can win then they will go back to be above Liverpool. But when Manchester United won then they would give Liverpool the chance to win, there was a history of both clubs that were so thick. This is a dilemma, of course there are many interests from various parties and this is a match that will determine everything.

Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool will be linked to this match. Every fan must face different results.

A late goal from Christian Eriksen helped Tottenham secure a 1 - 0 victory against stubborn Brighton. Tottenham had 29 goal attempts and kept the ball possession with 78% but were only able to win by a lone goal, Thanks to Eriksen's long range effort. Tottenham retain their 3rd position with 70 points, 3 and 4 points ahead of Chelsea and Arsenal respectively.

Honestly tottenham was the only understandable one. After all they did played against Manchester City and you can totally lose to them considering they are going for the championship (and now they are out of champions league they gonna work so much harder). Manchester United played Everton who is 15 points away from them so I can understand why its an upset and its literally 4-0 so its definitely an issue but at least Everton is just one step behind them.

Considering how much issues United had this season it should be expected they play like shit almost every other game. However Chelsea literally had no reason to get a tie with Burnely, hell they shouldn't even had 2 goals conceded, maybe 0-0 is fine if you can't score but getting scored twice is really not the way you can keep your team high.

Not an United fan, but if I were a supporter, I'd say Liverpool. A Man Utd fan definitely doesn't want Liverpool to win a league title, that would mean that Pool will get closer to Manchester United in terms of league titles won (right now: Liverpool 18, Man Utd 20). And if one day, Pool gets to win two or three more league titles, there'll be no debate as to which club is the most succesful in both english football and european competitions. I think in terms of intensity, the rivalry with Liverpool can't be compared with a local derby, hence why I think United fans hate Liverpool a lot more than City.

I’ve got a feeling Man Utd will get something against City tomorrow, maybe only a draw but I think they will be highly motivated after the 4-0 embarrassment to Everton.

There’s two games tonight - Spurs vs Brighton & Watford vs Southampton.

Although they will be highly motivated but their squad and strategy is not even better than City. They will need a miracle to win or even to get a draw. As we know, City's offensive side is great while on other side United's defensive side is so bad. City will try so hard to win the game as it will give them higher chance to win the EPL title, I believe Pep will ask his players to play all out.

Based on records and strategies City may be better but United certainly don't want to miss this opportunity playing in front of supporters will be a moral addition for players
I predict no defeat for United, win or draw.
