I went for Arsenal 2-3 Liverpool in the bitcointalk league, I think both defences are kind of weak but both attacks are good.

I will say that Liverpool with kill Arsenal today since they have the best player that has played for the team.
His name is Mane and I would expect him to score some goals today in which one person has already mentioned
both teams are defensively poor but offensively they are red hot!

Bring on the goals before ringing in the Christmas day and New years.

Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool are not going to have it easy against Arsenal like the last time at all, If Arsene Wenger employs a tactics where they exploit Liverpool's defensive problems, they are going to run out winners in todays game.

The gunners just played a cup game few days ago they managed to beat West Ham in the 1/4 finals and won with woth the help of Welbeck also Wenger kept all of this main players rested to to keep them fresh for today's match currently they are without a lose in 5 consecutive games across all competitions while visitors are sitting fourth with one point ahead of Arsenal . They just had an easy win last round came against Bournemouth but before that they had to consecutive draws so this game will be a challenge for them despite that their newest signing Salah is on fire leading the EPL top scorres with 14 goals and it will be difficult to predict the winner for this clash and better option for over 2.5 goals.

Looking forward to the game tonight. Arsenal always struggles against the top 6, and I belive Liverpool's counterattack with 'the fab 4' is going to tear apart the gunners defense tonight. I also think Arsenal are going to miss not having Ramsey, and possibly Coquelin, no control of the midfield could be a death sentence against Liverpool. I think we're going to see a lot of goals so I'm going for Over 2.5 goals. It's going to be a quality match, that's for sure.

Tonight it's Arsenal vs Liverpool. It's the first reverse matchup in the season. Liverpool have a clear advantage in the last 3 matches as they managed to score 11 goals in Arsenal's net in these matches. Liverpool is in 4th place with 34 and Arsenal is just behind with 1 point difference. Arsenal play on their home ground and they always play good at home. I expect it to be a great match with lots of goals.

It is true that liverpool is showing a great performance this season and it is improving season after another, with the best recrutment they had done in the last Mercato which is Mohamed Salah.
Arsenal in the last period is being volatile, there is stability in their games.
But we can't deny that it is a hard match and no one can predict its score, but my bet here will be X2&2+.

Mmmm... Arsenal hasn't been doing well vs half decent clubs like Southampton. I bet for Arsenal and of course, I lost. It's Wengers fault. His lax management style doesn't work anymore. Not with that group of players at least. He needs a John Terry type to get the squad together during tough times.

This cup is less significant then FA Cup because the winner can't get to Community Sheild but that does not mean that teams would not giving it any importance . I would loved for United to progress but they didn't now Mourinho will suffer for more fails with the club again . Not sure either Chelsea or Arsenal will make it through yo face City at final because Wenger shines in cups against Chelsea but at the end it's more likely to see City triumph.

But I gree with you, no matter how insignificant the Carabao Cup is, Manchester United is a big club and they should be fighting for every domestic cup all the time.

it's just was going to be interesting to see what Mourinho could bring in the table if he won Bristol but he didn't and the draw would matched them with City but he didn't play with his first team that is why they lost as most of the players didn't have much time to play and most of them didn't play with each other long enough to be a team but after they lost and the draw was declared I bet Mourinho we're more happy of him getting out from this competition then play in again against City for two more games that possibly will show the superiority .Now he better focus on the other two competitions.

When it comes to any cup games I would rather take the underdog than take any of the huge Premier League favorites. There is massive value going with the lower league teams as they will be far more motivated to win.

How come Man.Utd lost to a mediocre team of lower division like Bristol City compared to Premier league giant team? I think it was an error from Mourinho as he didn't take the cup seriously while all other teams like Arsenal and Man.City all won their game and are ready for the next round. This is a double error when Mourinho don't stand a chance to win the EPL title anymore as I think it is rock solid now that Man.City will win it.

Anyway tomorrow a great game Arsenal vs Liverpool and usually in Premier league when two strong teams are playing each other 90% of the time we see BTTS(both teams to score) Yes result.

I want Bristol City to surprise again. I want to see them beat Manchester City and qualify for the finals. That's not impossible, they've surprised everyone by beating Manchester United. Although it seems impossible, but the fact is not impossible, in football, anything can happen, Bristol City to the final will be more interesting especially for me.

He hates to lose against pep even when they were managing barcelona and real madrid. Back then his record against pep is not that good as well but atleast he has done a good job.

City's player has quite high morale right now and they will keep on going with their unbeaten track record. If top team like united has hard time dealing with them then againsts the low tier team it will be an easy win for them

Put yourselves in Mou's shoes. He just lost embarassingly vs Pep in a league game... He's probably licking his chops and salivating at the prospect of playing vs City again. Bottomline, those guys at the top love the competiton.

I watched the game and I'd say that Bristol deserved to win the game, they showed more hunger to win and i believe Rashford should have been replaced far earlier in the game. Maybe Manchester United didn't want to face City anymore that's why they intentionally lost the game.
