Pep Guardiola is indeed splashing cash at every problem he has at the club, Gone are the days when teams nurture players from a very young age, This time its all about the money when you want to compete with the elites. Which is making it hard for the small teams to make any difference at all. At least in the EPL, the TV rights money are equally shared among the clubs.

That's a poor shopping experience, it's very bad and goes against a he financial fair play rules. I don't know if the teams themselves find it as means of enriching themselves by overpricing players for city because this is very bad and unfair.

City needed to improve thzir defebse because it was the reason that they got to hold back their attack was quite good, but defense was in shambles. Most notably at outside back. if you have all the money in the world and a spoted weakness it makes sense to throw everything at that position instead of gambling on cheaper options and getting a flashy winger signing.So I get what they're doing solely through the lens of having endless cashi would have done the same thing to improve my weakest spots in the team.

We are mostly focused on top teams but I think West Ham is starting to look interesting. They've got Joe Hart in the goal, got Zabaleta in defence so with Ogbonna they look like it will be solid defence line, they are after N'diaye for their midfield improvements but already with Feghouli and Lanzini it looks pretty decent, and up front they've got Arnautovic and will most likely get Chicharito in a few days. They seem like pretty solid team to cause problems even to the teams running for the Premier League title. They can take place in the table of Everton without Lukkaku. I can see them being just behind the top 5.

I think next season Pep will get something special with Manchester City. I think Pep's first season at Manchester City is not so bad, but because Pep has a good tradition in Barcelona and Bayern Munich, people are expecting high on his arrival at Manchester City, so he looks unsuccessful when not too bad.

manchester City will continue spending as they got a player to arrive in the next few hours shere he will join the club at Los Angeles in the US and according to some French press reports, Mendy will be the most expensive defender in history, with a transfer value of £ 52 million. While Monaco have ruled out Benjamin from the team that will play in the friendly match against Sporting Lisbon currently under way in Portugal so it will be defintly another big move from city to rebuild the defense.

Alvaro Morata is a better striker than Benzema, statistics clearly show that, and Alvaro Morata's game is more effective than Benzema. He just lacks the trust of Zidane. It is a joke. I think morata could be the main striker chelsea next season. he has the quality to compete to be the highest goal scorer.
In madrid he still lost to ronaldo, but in chelse no one named ronaldo. Morata can grow much better and will become important conte players.
