Hull have some chance to get something from this game. They defeated Bournemouth by 3-1 and have a system that is working, even with all their limitations, and Manchester United already have a 2 goals lead entering this game.

For me will be a defensive game with few goals, so my be would be in under goals

I read somewhere that Mourinho is not too happy with more new matches. The final games from EFL cup is coming at a time when United have a lot of important games in PL and UEFA league. there is a possibility that this time will be playing without a special effort. unless this is the only Mourinho's tactical game

Like I said yesterday, Southampton were able to keep a clean sheet and win the match. On top of they they were also able to score a goal in the end to only make matters worse. Good defensive display by Southampton and its nice to see a comparatively smaller team go through and get a chance to win some silverware.

Dunno what to say about Liverpool i mean i expected to see them in final with Manchester but seem like they will not be here even MNU might got bad game but still they have 2 goals advantage. But for Hull to achieve this they will need to play really good they can win but dunno if they can win with two goals margin.

The match will still be interesting and there won't be any more complaints, that's a great match without the decision of the referee errors.

I'm not. I would have looooved to see a Man United vs Liverpool League Cup final. The fans from both sides would go crazy. Anyway, yeah... Liverpool is starting to have a bad run. I personally am betting on Chelsea +0 at 2.19 odds. I'm also thinking of betting on Swansea +0 at 2.22 odds vs Southampton. The Saints should be a little fatigued after a tough match vs LFC away. Swansea on the other hand is the team showing they don't wanna be relegated. And of course, <3 Llorente.

i think that Liverpool wanted to go to the finals but Southampton did good in this game as they defended very well and Liverpool didn't lucky in front of the goal and they made it hard for themselves when they lost the first leg 1-0 and that helped Southampthon a lot in getting the finals unfortunately Manchester United woulld like to secure a title this season with Mourinho so they should not miss this chance.

True Southampton did defend well and was predictable that they would defend as they had the 1-0 lead in the 1st leg. Winning the 1st leg does help go a long way as it put's a lot of pressure on the other team in this case Liverpool as they needed to score 2 goals to take the lead and when you have a team defending it makes it very hard. So it was going to be tough for Liverpool and it showed. I agree I think Man Utd want to win the EFL Cup and so would Mourinho as it's better to have a trophy in a season then no trophies.

Unpredictable, I hate with this result. And damn,,,,, because liverpool vs southampton I lost 0.25 BTC. liverpool performance is very unstable, I think a new contract Coutinho could trigger him and team spirit to advance to the finals. But the prediction was wrong.
