I don't think we will see a significant drop in cryptocurrencies this year, on the contrary, I believe that 2021 will be a year of growth. At the moment, we are already seeing how BTC and altcoins have shown new highs. ETH and DOT have already made their upward push and hit a high price. As for XRP, this is a dark horse at the moment, but I would not write off this coin at the moment, but the likelihood of its growth is slim. I have disqualify with xrp as my favorite coins because this year get many trouble and delisting from many exchange market, I think better choose with ethereum and have give us proof how price going up and hit close with $2,000. I think waiting what the next way for bitcoin price give moment for ethereum become stronger coin with higher value, maybe ethereum can raise up above $3,000 at the end year and have potential with trusted by investors.

well, actually I am really waiting for the decline of these coins. however, it seems that day by day, the price is getting stronger. for ETH, if there is a decline this year, I think the price is still under $ 1000, but it is above $ 500, so the range is between $ 500 and $ 1000.

The trend is your friend. And it’s only going up for the last months. If ETH will ever fall back to $300 or less I will eat up and accumulate so many ETH again. But I will not sell any of my ETH below $3000 and after that I will take some profits. Strongly believe this cycle we could surpass $5000 per ETH. From my profits I will take some positions in other alts and take as many profits in the bull market before we fall back to a huge pullback. Hopefully this is not until September and we have much room for growth. $DOT can eventually fall back to $5 and XRP is difficult to say, but I imagine $0.01 is easily a level we could see again..

You really have to feel easy for now, its too early for the dumps. The Bullrun has just started and Elon musk had just bought BTC. Ain't that something that we have to look up because more than likely many will follow including the ones from another market. You will get burn for trying to liquidate as early as of now, you probably will be forced to buy back for a higher price. While the majority of us are just watching doge growth, you guys already plan to get out?

I think the dump market will happen in the future, but right now, we will see the pump and dump in the market, but that is not a big dump. I think the market is not yet getting the bull run, as bitcoin price is still up and down and trying to make a new ATH. It will be an opportunity for us if the big dump happens in the market because that will be a big discount to us, and we can buy the coins that we want at a low price.

But not many people will see that the big dump happen an opportunity to them because many of them are scared to buy the coin, and they know the price can jump down too deep. After staying for a while at the low price, the price increases, and while they don't watch the coin, the price still increases. After the price is back to the high price, they realize that the coin they want already increase, so they late to use the chance to buy the coin.

If the dump market happens, that will be our job to analyze if that is a good time to buy or waiting for more to buy at a lower price. So use your skills to analyze the coin to buy and sell.

dump market = big discount, when happens then the opportunity is wide open. every year there will definitely be a dump moment, but we can't predict exactly when. My advice is = wait patiently.

I don't think that's going to happen to Ethereum and DOT, they are doing great and there's no issue on them that will make them being dump by investors, it's Ripple who is likely to get dump and if that happens it might go down to $0.05 because of their issue with SEC and exchanges delisting them.

In future exchanges will surely delist the XRP coin if they cannot solve the issues with the SEC, if they continue facing problems like this surely the price of XRP will drop even lower value in the coming, nobody doesn't have any clue when the bear market will enter again.

I doubt there will be a big dump because of the acceptance of different platforms to buy Bitcoin in an easier way.
We don't have that last 2017, that is why whales can manipulate everything.
But with small investors having a chance to buy now especially in the restricted countries of exchange, Bitcoin and Ethereum will not be dumped in high amounts.
Think about it, FOMO could happen once they sell. I wouldn't want to be on that position.

I guess these people are too afraid to invest early as if they would lose the money soon. Then it's just right to assume that they don't fully understand the market situation because they're just going with the flow when it is convenient for them and as a result they always fomo during the hype or worst fomo when the price is at the peak.

People should understand how to use the pump and dump to avoid more losses as if it didn't happen in the past that they kept repeating themselves in that situation. Anyway, I have a few doubts about of the big dump, OP were trying to say it's not like this year is 2017 although we still can't deny that there is high possibility there's dump coming but who knows?

panic will create "fear" and if the fear show up to most of crypto investors for sure the big dump will coming
but for a smart investors they will keep calm, even a big dump show up, because they always know what should they do when the price dump hard anytime

Panic is the killer of many coins, the moment people start to panic, they cause the prices of many things to drop and become very little, which is why many coins crash not because they worth less and they should go down, but because the owners of those coins ended up being in huge panic mode and they sold all their coins. That is the trick here, if we are talking about keeping the prices of these three coins and every other coin, we just need to have smarter movements.

There is no doubt that prices of coins would go down, they always go down, there is no way to keep prices going up all the time constantly, that would make people unlimitedly rich and that is impossible, so we are going to have downs and that is 100% a must. So what do we do? We should go up 100%, go down 20-30%, stable for a month or two, go up another 20% and fall another 10%, and keep doing that basically, that way we would be going up in the long run, but will have falls here and there without too much panic and big crash.

We have been at a good market for a while now and I think many people will find it hard actually predicting what lowest amount all these coin will hit when bear market start especially considering how much they have grown so far with a lot of them growing pass their ATH while leaving a new ATH. As for Ethereum, this might be hard to say, especially when a lot of people are still waiting for ETH 2.0 which might even cause more growth. XRP on the hand, it's future looks like it is hanging on a tight line owing to the case they are facing, if it rules in their favour a new bull run will be witnessed as a lot of people who dumped will rush to buy while if it is against them, the price will dump badly. DOT on the other hand, has pulled a lot of weight, growth etc, and as more projects joins, the more stronger it becomes thus might not dump badly as might be expected to.

DOT may go back again to the one-digit rate $5 - $7

XRP may become the coin with the worst performance when the bad news will be rolling out with the bearish trend at the same time and it will make XRP to be traded below 10 cents.

We are just on 1Q of the year so speculating will be difficult.

As always, price prediction relies on current market behaviour. For example, ETH is going strong, the most speculation will be, it will just continue to rise to disregard that its bubble or trend might blow up soon. The same goes for other altcoins, shit or not.

While the BTC price is climbing, expect that most speculations towards altcoins are positive specifically those at the top that is well-performing these days.
