Rewards from referrals have to be claimed manually.
Once a reward for a referral is available, it's status will say "Ready to Claim" in green and the button on top will display "Claim xx Credits".
If you don't see this button and you are confident that you are eligible for the referral reward, contact support via the "Send Feedback" form found inside the account settings menu or ask in the Telegram group.
P.S. I don't work for them.

Because so many people use the query system synthetically with one goal to make the maximum number of requests per day. In addition, they create multi-account referral registrations to receive additional rewards. Therefore, there is a validate procedure.

It's part of the changes brought by the Tokenomics Engine Going Live.
