Eth's being stagnant is one of the most actual problems now, I hope it will be fixed because it will not bring something good with the current trends.
We know that this situation is not just for Ethereum and the vast majority of altcoins are in this situation. In the technical point of view Ethereum been in this situation for a long time. and its values vary of $ 300 or $ 600. However the values do not break the resistance due to a basic problem that has not been solved, in this case transaction fee values which is still very expensive.
Not just really on Etherium itself but on all coins in the market do have that kind of movement where it is almost heading to the floor at the same time when it would stop then it tends to consolidate but not literally a meaning that it would come do die. For now as an investor we would really hesitate if we would buy up or not because we dont know if it would dip even more or would tend to have a pullback. If you do make shorts then i would say this is the best time. Many of the icos that made good financing are now selling their eth, like EOS and others and that is putting plenty of pressure on eth prices these months. It will recover next yr.

The ETH exchange rate stalled due to many reasons. But at this point the entire exchange rate of the market is falling rapidly to a low level, predicting a bleak market at the end of 2018. Therefore, long-term investment in 1 to 2 years in the future should be considered instead of short-term investment at this time.
As practice shows, we can not rejoice in the short-term growth of the value of coins, because the situation on the market changes every day. The current continuing decline for several days confirms this!
Eth has been stopped for the last time and I think you jasut have to wait because it could not continue for so long. Have a patience because Eth is not dead.

I don't think we should be too much concerned with the price stagnation of ETH. As we see, during the last 2 weeks the crypt-market behaved differently than it was before. When the Bitcoin got pumped, the other coins didn't follow it as it happened always before. The other coins started growing a little bit later with a slight delay. And Ethereum also started to grow later and not that high as Bitcoin did. That is true. But I don't think there should be big concerns about that because, as we see, when Bitcoin started to dump, altcoins followed it with the slight delay too. I think Ethereum still has big potential and its price at the moment is attractingly low. I think buying it for 400-430$ is a very good investment, as it can easily reach 500$ in a single day.
etherium is of course very popular in altcoin because of many etherium / ERC20-based projects, some may be panic and sell some of its etherium assets
Better believe it was as a rule deserted by bitcoin as far as market cost increment. As I have check its proportion and extent before generally ethereum has been deserted I don't have a clue about that in the event that it is the piece of the what they say that it is because of market value adjustment for cryptographic money in the market. I do trust so ethereum is outstanding amongst other crypto for the time being beside bitcoin so it is highly unlikely that it could be deserted by bitcoin.

Dont worry about it mate, i am pretty sure that sooner or later, ethereum will pump too, just wait and let see what will happen next, if you believe in ethereum, hold onto it because after the pump in bitcoin, altcoins will pump next.
This is not something restricted to Ethereum, but the other altcoins also, just see that Bitcoin's dominance is rising against the total market cap. Bitcoin is trying to reverse the bearish trend since the beginning of the year and will pull the other altcoins upwards later
No there are much faster and scalable crypto protocols in the space and thats why people are getting out and jumping nto these new ones like EOS,ADA,CS...

We cannot predict when ethereum price will rise up the best thing to do is to hold that for a long term.
Many holders were stabilized on their asset, that's why weren't seeing eth price change quickly after all sorts of variations of the price from previous months. Investors and traders now were very much observant and they won't risk their asset when no signals of pumping price.

There's many reason that ethereum is not moving maybe because of fraud or maybe there's need more increase of bitcoin so ethereum will moving up too. And I think because many ico now many people most choosing altcoin instead of ethereum. Yes there's too much fraud in ICOs now and they are abusing smart contracts and this will kill your industry of ICOs. And this has been foreseen and said by some "experts" that it will take no longer to see ICOs gone out of the market soon. No current movement on ETH and it's not only on it but most of the alts are sharing the same fate.
