Unbelievable that people still think it will rise again to 300-500, let alone the 1000+ range. It tells us how many people here are either underwater or desillusionized by everything that has happened so far. Looks like the shorters will be able to make off more money from the 70% suckers again. Why do people never learn; it really is beyond me.

indeed, too many people too bullish. too many people still holding on to their bitcoins.

unless bulls push it soon above 300$, a severe sell off in a wash-out style is probably needed

No way, you need to at least dump to $150 to trigger stop losses and at least dump to $100 to trigger another panic sale. With short swap at historical high already, I doubt bears can achieve any selloff from now on.

Besides, only retail investors were panic in the recent crash. All addresses holding more than 100K coins didn't sell at all recently. That is a vote of confidence from largest stakeholders.

As for me: 50 - 100 dollars, as that is a solid estimate. We won't be there in the short term, but we'll get there in the mid- or long term.

If you think the price can only go down from here you may be surprised. Also, remember you actually have no idea where the price will be short, mid or long term unless you can move the market. I presume you can't move the market because you are talking your book on a forum Smiley

Nothing is predictable as BTC is proving to be an out-of-hand crypto for an average Joe, and not even the middle level players can try to get it upto where they want it to be... It all seems currently that it's completely under the control of Chinese who are holding big share of BTC, and can get dumped and devaluated anytime...

Way too many people believing into 1000+ $ prices at this stage. This reminds us on last year in 2014: Bitcoin prices were at 1000-1100 and people believed in 10,000 - 100,000 $. We know what happened thereafter:
The 2014 Crash

they said story don't repeat itself, why it should repeat itself only with bad things?

realistic price is around 350$ this is cheap price for now.

for all other who speculate that price would be 5k at end of year, continue to speculate again and again.
