Cryptocurrency is still in the developing stage, we're not done yet to badly think that this platform will be sinking. Instead, the market continue to spread and have a huge market adoption which means that prices will move sooner, the effect might just getting late. Will have to wait for it...

I think Binance still safe to trade, but maybe problem about Data of their users leaked and sold in a website might be a big punch for them. But since first, they not force us to do KYC so it is user's choice to do KYC. I am not do KYC, but not resist a lot of bad news come 1 by 1 like when hacked, data leaked, and now when i post this Binance look suspend their deposit and withdrawal and for people who don't know about it maybe they will ask other people. About bitcoin i think still safe price to buy but when price down again, at least prepare back up so we can buy it more in lower price.

These other exchanges listed are great except poloenix which has had several issues before but just trying all their possible best right now to come back to life again after exchanges like this binance made them become a bit irrelevant for a short period of time.

But, the rest are perfect and I think they have learnt lessons too from bianance so that they don't become a victim of hacking also because really, there is no way binance could have seen what happen to them that easily when they were almost sure that they have one of the strongest security in place, so these other exchanges too should not completely relent and think what happen to binance cannot happen to them also, it can happen to anyone. It is just so sad that they chose to pick on binance.

There is no good and safe trading advice. Perfect time to buy was half year ago. Then price was increasing for 5 months and now is more or less stable. It is hard to expect that price would keep increasing. It is also hard to expect that would decrease much unless recession will hit us early. If you need to buy, then buy slowly. Buy some each month. That way you it dont matters to you if right now price is super expensive.

You will make less profit or you will get profit latter if your average buy price is higher. To make this risk low you buy gradually. Every month a bit. That is how investors are doing. Investors buy because of fundamentals.

No-one can give you 100% good advice because there is always risk attached, particularly in crypto.
For exchanges, generally bigger means better and safer. But there is no absolute guarantee of safety on any exchange really.

If you are not ready to face the risk of trading short time,then why not go for long term holdings?from there’s surely you’ll be safe while in studying how to trade rightfully.

The market condition now is not that bad compared to its status few months ago.

Though there's a hacking incident in binance recently, it was resolved immediately and they handled it well so I think it can still be labelled as one of the best exchange nowadays.

There was never a restart from binance , probably you wanted to say when they were hacked ! It’s stronger now and you can trade there ! Price of tokens either bitcoin or Altcoins won’t remain stagnant or move in one direction , it will always go either up or down ! So you should watch it and take profit when it goes up and buy back lower !

It is still in a normal condition that bitcoin and several altcoins goes down their prices. Fluctuation nirmally occurs, it is not just intended for increasing but also trends to decrease even as we dont expect to happen. Sometimes fluctuation of bitcoin and altcoins surprises us that we dont expect to go that way. However no one ussually knows what to happen in the future of the prices, we just hope that market would improve and give us profit in the long run.
