A blockchain will be able to determine which of them is the copyright owner, and who has the right to use 1 token, whether there is such a mechanism in the blockchain and where it can be seen.

This is good information. I had wondered how you planned to convert PBT tokens from the Waves blockchain to the Ethereum blockchain. Interesting that gitwave will be the means for that transfer. Also interesting to learn that leasing will take place only on the Waves platform, but that makes sense given its built in leasing capability. Thanks for sharing all this.

Wishing these gets filled up in day 1 it would create a big hype to invest 

One PBT can be in use at a time. Whether that holding is in wallet, or being leased. So, if someone is leasing it to someone else, they cannot use it at the same time.

Is there a mechanism against double waste of PBT tokens, say 1 token leased, now it is immediately available for two candidates for 1 job, from the one who rented and from the one who leased, how this situation will be solved.

PBT token is created on the Waves platform and is compatible with Ethereum blockchain. Using gitwave one can transfer token from Waves blockchain to Ethereum blockchain and keep it in any wallet.
Once the ICO Campaign is over, tokens will be distributed among investors, shortly after it will become available on Waves DEX, after that, through gitwave one will be able to transfer it to any wallet, platform or service.
Leasing of tokens will only be available on Waves platform, buying and selling — on other platforms.
