downloaded the stuff, but cant get it to work yet.
We haven't started selling the miner, so the mining server executable works only for the testers for now (you need a license key to get it working).downloaded the stuff, but cant get it to work yet.

What speed increase does a 7970 offer compared with a, say, 4core 2 year old PC (64bit) ?

Nvidia's opencl performance is way weaker than AMD's...also, you'd need to code a CUDA accelerated miner for it to work well.
