I would assume so. He keeps all months posts on a spreadsheet. But he also removes spam posts from the counts so I can't answer this clearly. All I can say is that it is taken well care of by Stunna and you need not worry about it. Just simply join, post and promote PD, and request the pay on the 17th

All payments are paid in one transaction so that shouldn't have any effect...
Payments are usually done at 19th so if you collect payment at any time before that you will get them as soon as everyone else too.
