He said: Full Members use the Full Members signature. The user I quoted used the full member signature without beeing full member yet. Since Members (with out the full infront) may not use color in their signature, the "bar" appears black instead of blue.
He specified mine as an example even though he has the same member status & signature as mine, that lead to this confusion.
At least here your lower and upper lines are smaller than mines, so part of the message from signature has no floor or ceil(part of the @Primedice). More or less what happened with the member that tried to use the full member signature.
My signature has all the @Primedice covered.
Mine is fully covered here like the same as in OP but yours is shown with some extra length up and down after the text.
I think its browser issue at your side.
