Why not use one of the campaigns that pay fixed BTC for 50 posts? Or scratchticked, since they don't check for constructive posts and are automated? I see no sense to have multi-accounts in this campaign, no benefit and you risk being banned and lose your money.
You won't get banned if you don't spam. These campaigns are much more profitable than the fixed ones, if you make enough posts.
No, Malin Keshar is actually right; I hadn't noticed that some fixed campaigns accept Members - I thought the minimum was always Full Member. You see, assuming no one makes enough posts to get the 2.4 btc, if you have several accounts here, you're just distributing what you would normally do with one account through several. In the end you make the same amount of btc. Now, the fixed campaigns tend to pay better for those 50 posts than PD does, so sending your alts there and keeping the main account here will make you more btc. The only reason that I can see to keep both the main and the alt accounts here would be if the alts are below the Member rank.

Who is the highest? I don't think there's any other deal where you can get 2.4btc. Some might pay out higher per post but they're capped in several ways.
You're right I didn't think about that. I guess it depends on how one looks at it.
Well, I don't know if anyone actually gets the 2.4 btc, but I'd bet most people do perhaps a few hundred posts at most (it should be possible to check this in the last transactions). So, apart from limited admissions to the campaign, there are a few others that do pay better for the average member, and in that sense PD is not really the highest paid campaign.
