We would all like a PrimeDice type idea that brings in the money, but it comes with a lot of work and investment, and ultimately trust and time.

It's not of our business really, but he probably gains more customers by advertising through our signatures, which will pay for the costs he has to make to pay us.

I don't think he would run these signature campaigns for a loss. Should obviously be a win-win situation...

It's up to you, but you would have to offer something slightly different to make people want to try your dice site. Also you would be competing against established brands which have a huge head start.

One of the biggest assets an established dice site has is trust - you can't write that stuff, it comes over time with a developed user base.
