I think it's only one claim per person but you can play for the different prizes. Say, you first tried playing for the 0.001 Bet and you get rewarded 0.05 btc first. You can play another game with a higher bet which is 0.01 BTC then be rewarded 0.1 btc less the 0.05 btc that you already got from your first attempt. I'm not quite sure of this one tho.

This was responded either by PM to Intensity here or through reddit (don't remember which) a month ago.

Just to update you guys about it, his entry was made here, https://www.reddit.com/r/Primedice/comments/4b6vm2/primedicecom_bingo_competition_win_up_to_4_btc/ He is qualified as per the 200+ wagered criteria, but unfortunately did not complete the grid on 5th April and on 10th April (5 days extension was given for participant side errors on copy pasting and duplicate bets).

First thing you should do is to write something similar to your above post in trust of bolivar account.
You should also open a thread about this issue (not sure in which section maybe scam accusation) also sharing as much eveidences as you can about what you are stating is true.

Once some defalut trust users (just like Lutpin,mexxer and some others quite active in busting scammers) will be convinced you are right about this they will likely leave negative trust to bolivar account turning it unusable for scammig purposes.

Best evidence would be a signed message from an eventual bitcoin address you posted with bolivar account that you are still in control of.
