-Could be an explanation on what happened to you.
-Depends, some regulated gambling site has the right to take the cheaters money

Well I most certainly did not cheat. They never made the claim that I cheated and they never made the claim that I violated TOS. I think that type of comparison is not helpful.  Overall I lost money with my betting.  Then I lost a fortune when they embezzled my funds. Why they chose to refund one of my accounts with a bonus, but lock me out and stonewall me on my other account, I don't know.  All I can do is speculate on that, because they refused all attempts at communication after dealing with the first issue. I will take whatever steps are need to collect however.

The fact remains that they never made the claim that I violated TOS. I'm curious why you bring this up?  Do you think that an online operator like primedice has the right to embezzle customer funds if said customer *does* violate TOS.  TOS covers a lot of things.  If I created a primedice account, deposited 10 bitcoins, then got on the primedice chat and called someone a 'faggot', wouldn't I be violating TOS?  In that case do you think it is ethical and legal for primedice to then embezzle all customer funds, then refuse all communication with the customer?

-Depends, some regulated gambling site has the right to take the cheaters money (I'm almost sure sites like Pokerstars can do it) by the law and redistribute them to others play with freerolls bonus etc.

Btw don't pay anyone to help you here on the forum outside their support, you will only lose more money...

Arent Primedice and Stake owned by the same group of people? We have even links between them on their homepage so is pretty logical thinking that they use the same TOS.

Did you try contacting the admin via email for official proof based statement?

Didn't I make that clear? I opened a ticket with primedice support within 48 hours.  The ticket number was 10908. I resolved one of the embezzlement issues with the now of Primedice, Mladen Vučković after 2 weeks of emails back-and-forth. Then when I brought up the second issue, the second embezzlement from another account, they cut off all contact.

Now they have closed both primedice accounts entirely and they embezzled the remaining 0.157 BTC in the 'gforce37' account.

Are you telling me that they can move the funds whenever they want?

If yes we need to follow all movements and they seem to go here

https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/16qfh6U6zBuWtqtjfRLWxAu8HyEJNiB5Nd

a 9000 moved BTC address.
Seem to go there or it is possible to prove it?

I cannot find the TOS for primedice, assuing is the same of Stake.com

Not fair to quote TOS from a totally different site.

maybe OP is using 2 accounts? and they have locked one?

I was using 2 accounts. One was username: gforce37 the other was username glapattack.  Now they completely eliminated both accounts.

EDIT

EDIT** Also, I never asked for a bonus 0.9 BTC Mladen gave that to me of his own accord.  I just want what is mine, what I deposited to *both* accounts.  He can take back the .9 BTC if he returns my 9.8 BTC

Idk if Primedice actually seizes funds but that’d be a reason why they’d do it considering the clear breach of terms. Edit: Just kill me now goddamnit...

Well you are seeing the pattern of a deposit then the coins are immediately moved. I'm not sure why they did it like that, but it was never a problem until that date 5/17/19.  Normally when the coins are moved my primedice account balance would be credited.  I would make a series of bets then I would withdraw funds.

I have found my a long message thread with support person Mladen, which I now realize is Primedice CEO and founder Mladen Vuckovic.  He personally handled the missing 14.2 BTC and he credited my account with 15.1 BTC after 2 weeks or so of back-and-forth.  He said "Looks like it was everything ok with your account. One of your deposits did not show up on blockchain."  This is not true from what I saw on the blockchain.  The deposits confirmed immediately on the blockchain.  After this refund then he stonewalled me with regard to the other account.

Not fair to quote TOS from a totally different site. BTW I placed hundreds of bets with my 2 accounts total of 107 BTC over several months. If they felt I violated TOS then fine, disable my account and give let me withdraw my funds. They never did that.  They never claimed that I violated TOS.  At one point one of the support said that It was a double spend.  That is not true at all. I asked for evidence that there was a double spend and they gave me nothing. Then they just stonewalled me.

Primedice.com = SCAMMERS

I can't believe they are still in business. I got ripped off by Mt. Gox and others, but they all went out of business. My friend was ripped off by Bitfinex, they gave him some kind of equity for debt swap.  Primedice ripped me off and they are still in business three years later. Unbelievable.  What can be done?  To add further insult to injury they closed my accounts due to 'inactivity'.

The 14.2 BTC was deposited to a different Primedice account with a different deposit address.

That's probably not a withdrawal - it was moved by whoever owns the address, which the OP claims belongs to PrimeDice but it doesn't seem to be linked to any known PrimeDice wallets and there is no 14.2 BTC deposit to that address. I think the OP is not telling the whole story.

The 14.2 BTC was deposited to a different Primedice account with a different deposit address.  I'll see if I can find that address.  Like I said though they finally credited my account for that plus a bonus 0.9 BTC

14.2 BTC deposited to account with username 'glapattack'
9.8 BTC deposited to account with username 'gforce37'

I'm not sure why you are interested in the 14.2 BTC part, which doesn't seem relevant, but here are screen shot showing from my transaction log
you can see the TXID starts with '64336eb'

The 9.8 Btc was accredited on the account and also withdrawn from it.

Do you are the only one who has access to the gambling PC?

There is any possibility that anyone else was using your pc?
