Where did you see the Happy Hours? You mean the Happy Hour that was made buy a High Roller? Then you should look up what a Happy Hour means, since I heard there wasn't any since the start of PrimeDice vol 3, due fact they gave out lots of btc in the last day of PrimeDice vol 2.

This was confirmed as not being an issue with the site, but with the user having an incredibly weak password that was guessed. Primedice had no control over this.
