Stunna never said that. He said fixed rate might be coming. And later he confirmed again that he might introduce fixed rate soon . He never said that will be done and when . Sometimes it is funny how people can "rage" about not getting free money...

Just opened for the lulz Primedice on Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 16GB. There is no menu, half of the links ain working :p
Chrome/Firefox/Internet.

Hm that is weird. For me mobile version is working great, for betting and chat and everything else. Side menu works great now. All links working and on its place. Only thing is that balance is not showing in top right corner , probably coz my screen is to small and can't fit. But i see balance in landscape mode.
Its on windows phone 8.1 btw.
It has the same view as pc/laptop screen, but the sidemenu doesnt show or move.
It might be that its setup to switch to mobile at lower res. I will ask dev about it and see whats up.

The code is arguably similar but couldn't someone have just edited his code and replaced it with malicious content?
Yeah, not really even similar. "It's in the same language" is a funny argument, when JavaScript is the only language the browser runs...
