I'm was gambling on PD whey before LN came out and I still gamble a bit there but not my favorite place to be due to unresolved issues. Since when it's not allowed to give your opinion here and if you have any problem with the site? I look at the LN thread and ton of PD trolls wrote there but no one complaining about service.

I will assume nothing will be done as apparently it something I did even though I gambled more in those few hours. No malicious codes here.

It looks to me like Giftcoins/Luckynumber is sending out his minions to slander and cause drama. Petty tactics really. I'd stick to promoting the site elsewhere as I doubt you're going to sway anybody in here.

Seems some users are more privileged that others. I never experienced fast support reply or fast cashout...maybe I need to gamble with more than 2BTC? lol

i told you i have the worst internet in the world and iam using PD about 6 months and for me its the fastest dice site in rolling and thats why i stuck with it cause my internet sucks.


i cashout many times (about 15 times ) some of them instantly and some few hours but anyway i got my money, and most important i use my pd account as wallet so i have btc in my pd acc more than what i have with blockchain cause i trust the site

i used email support four times and they responded each time, maybe there is difference in local time so that they response the next day but not days and weeks as you said.

finally its klein rude comment which pushed me to write this comment.

I had a good game last night until my greed took the best of me. Was able to cash out rather quickly, took about 2-3 minutes for the transaction to him my wallet. When ever i've contacted support or Stunna i've always experienced fast and prompt response.

I know it varies with different people and support but the few times I've contacted them it's been good.

I have never advertised it what-so-ever.  If someone asks me for it I will let them buy a copy, but I make sure to never advertise it.

edit: the piece of code Stunna mentioned was a 'seed randomizer script' posted in the chat by a brand-new account.

Maybe to yourself they are quick, I can't argue on that.

But my experience with PD support email is terrible. Days and sometimes weeks to answer emails. Always very rude and unhelpful.
I was even suggested to stop playing in PD by support itself, because apparently they could not handle supporting a customer that asks legitimate questions.
All is fine now, although my experience with PD lately is minimal. The 5, 10s lag time to place a bet sometimes just made me lose interest as well.
All in all is a good game, but too many flaws: the chat is a mess, the lag is intolerable, the cashout processing is too damn slow, the email support is unhelpful and clearly disinterested in users concerns.
The failed deliveries of version 3 also don't make it look any good overall.
And I doubt that the current problems would be fixed with a new version. Hope I'm wrong.

By the way, what about that guy that found out the secret key for the day (as some said) and took quite a huge load from the house? Nobody really cares about this, right?

That's really unfortunate. You need to develop the discipline to stop when you plan to cash out. Of course, if it led to winning then it would be a different story, but the discipline factors still holds.

The cashout button wasn't working man, btc would stay in the PD balance the whole time.

people when there are big wins of btc sometimes it takes 24h just to process the payment and then all other payments are slow as well
so dont worry you will get your payments soon ))

Some time cashouts have some problem but all is working very good and fair and PD support is also very quickly responding to all emails

I was waiting 3 hours to cash out and lost it all. Really dissapointed.
