Could you make the faucet work like before. Now after clicking claim free btc you need to wait 60sec whereas before it would go through instantly. Very irritating

It would go down for minimum several days - without masked IP and DDoS shield it'll get DDoSed very quickly and new CF-like service will be needed. But BTCSTOCKZ propably thought about calling police or something. Anyway - "can't happen".
There is no need to call anyone or anything, Primedice kills itself. Maybe you missed that it was down for several days, just to go down again, then went on barely-working-mode, to soon die again.

It works bit like "router", to mask orginal IP and let CF take care about DDoS attacks and shit.
Yes, I know what cloudflare is, and I even use it. I dont understand what you are trying to say here.
