or If you say he cheated you before. then you should say how he cheated your system (even if he cheated the system. you guys don't have right to halt his withdraw. all you can do is fix your system flaws and vulnerabilities instead of halting his withdraw)

Well what I find odd is that if they are willing to hire a lawyer then most likely the funds are legimate.

Since no hacker would hire a lawyer to get his funds back which he obtained illegally.

Either way, matters like this should always be discussed in privately. No idea why people keep posting them out in the open hoping to get a positive resolution since most of the time it just makes the admins annoyed.
