Why is website loading stuck? I just keep on seeing the primedice logo getting scrambled and rearranged again and again and nothing is happening.
Also, why aren't stake and pd's withdraws instant? When other sites can offer instant withdrawls then why cant pd?

Think I did something stupid or my timing was really bad. I sent a deposit right before the site went down and thought I wrote down the right account name and password but the deposit address is different and nothing is in my account.
Can you verify if the addresses where changed due to the upgrade so I can eliminate one aspect of figuring out where I sent my funds too?
Much appreciated if anyone can answer that aspect for me.

I get the need to defend a site from attack but look at the timeline. There was no warning that the site was going down or that addresses where changing because of that. At first I was led to believe that it was my issue and I backtracked to find this was not the case, but still
nothing was cleared up till I talked to different support to piece together the issue through drips and drabs. Sure they where only working with the information they had available but I am giving my side of the issue and how it feels to not know where my funds are! Patience is something I do not have much of as we head towards 4 days of waiting.
Also have not seen anyone with the same situation post,pretty sure it was just bad window of going down before my first confirmation hit.
Only other people I could see being effected are people using old addresses without checking the site.

Basically a lot of casinos had issues with this where a gambler would quickly send a deposit, bet and if they lost they would attempt and double spend their deposit. So practically gambling risk free. Hope you guys have some protection against these types of actions.

I will give you an example, I deposited 1btc, played it (not confirmed yet) and then lost it, now I have an option to double spend the inputs I used I will use it again in another transaction and with higher fees so basically I will not lose anything to PD but If I won I will wait until my transaction got atleast 1 confirmation and then free money for me.
But of course they will know it if any player is doing the double spend or not, they do not have this thing for quite some time because they already make their deposit instantly like many of other site do. So it just impossible for people to doublr spent their input. Anyway if you lose, you will just stay the same, there is no way you can get it back with double spent
They will only know if people double spend after they lose their bet. It's easy to tell when a transaction is double spent. Problem is the receiver unless they are a large pool cannot do anything about it. If the roll is a winner then they won't double spend at all.
Stunna says that they use a threshold monitor and hopefully they will detect possible double spend transactions and make those confirm before crediting the account.
This is actually one of the reasons why many people were praising Bitcoin Cash because they removed the ReplaceByFee option which made double spends possible.
Yes this all seems like it's still risky but I guess the reason why they allow it is most likely to take advantage of people's greed and fear.
Someone goes bust after losing a 20 streak martingale game, they panic and want to go to break even. They deposit and instant confirmations allow the bad judgement to continue and causing even more losses for themselves.
If they have to wait until it confirms which can be anywhere between 10-30 mins, they might come to their senses and quit gambling for the day.

Personally I am looking for ETH and/or LTC on your first update to accept alt coins. Can you give us a hint on how many coins primedice will support on this new version? happy to play with some of my coins without the need to exchange it first to bitcoins, this way players will definitely save some money transfering from wallet to exchange to primedice. goodluck

The captcha is at times not always visible, its usually hidden and then authorizes itself if your IP and your computer is clean enough, if it still has to verify something then it asks for you to do the captcha.but it is not a captcha to see

However it looks like now you are forcing users to create their own client seed? I don't think this is wise since most people will chose a nonrandom seed like "1234567890" or "111111111111". In the end I don't think it will alter the roll but it seems strange to do.

Thank you, basically the confidence that the transaction will not be double-spent is calculated and it is credited at 0 confirmation if it's above a high threshold. We tried the same at stake and have so far not been doublespent.
