Most of the giveaways on pd forum is about posting and making topics or talkative user.
What if someone doesn't want to spam the forum with posts? I am sure rarely someone reads what someone has said on the PD forum :/
Posting on the forum and taking threads only Increases spam better identify alts and do giveaways for old pd users who are getting bored with these posting giveaways.
They wanted an active community and there is nothing wrong in it,but they have to make sure they encourage big time old players too ,almost all of the give aways are focused on new players and to attract new players,they have to give some importance to VIP members too. What if someone doesn't want to spam the forum with posts? I am sure rarely someone reads what someone has said on the PD forum :/

like the highest roller or wager of the month competition and so on.We have a video/fanart competition too, and yes, making pd forum active is a main goal there, you encouraging posting is important. Of course spamming is not allowed, and the mods do their best to filter them out. Also giveaways.primedice.com is not only for pd forum, but also bitcointalk contests are there too!
And today is the last day of uploading the entries, if I am not mistaken. Thinking of fanart, I suddenly remember Sweeeet's fanart last year ( the one with the Dinosaur(s) ).

It is reasonable as PD is going to make the forum getting bigger and bigger to build the community. Regarding the spams, I believe PD has their own rules and system about it. Of course they should not only focus on those who active on forums but also to those active playing on the site.

The number of rolls and the number of registered players are not so that important compared to the number of btc wagered on site. If you are a gambling site owner then I'm sure that you would prefer to see bigger btc wagered amount than bigger number of registered players/rolls.

The 17,000,000,000 Rolls are all btc wagers except the rolls that are 0sats bet.
With that being said. May I suggest that the minimum bet would be 1 satoshi or more.

I wonder what percentage of those 17,000,000,000 rolls were actually made by a human rather than a bot. Either the autobot or some kind of programmer bot using the sites API.
Either way I am surprised that the site actually could handle the load and it will reach 1 trillion rolls probably in a year or so.
It does not really important whether the bets made by bots or by real human, the most important thing is about the bet amount. It will be bad if the bets made by real human has lower amount than the bets made by bots.
Also, it is not a big surprise if a big professional site like PD can handle the huge load of rolls. I would be more surprised if they cant handle it well.
Actually it does matter. You need to understand that up until now PD had a very generious faucet policy. So there were many people who created hundreds of accounts and make thousands of bets per second just to take advantage of the faucet policy.
These people probably contributed nothing to the site except slow server responce times and losses for the operators.
If PD never had a faucet or they had a demo BTC play money instead, how many rolls do you think they would have to this day?
I bet its probably less than half of what it is now.
