I bet here a lot in 2015 and from UK, you clearly did not have a license, so you can get sued for this as it's illegal, I will be taking this further if I don't get replies in PM from owners/MICRO
Who are you to black mail them,if you think they are doing something illegal ,you have to move through the law rather than crying over here,from my experience they are one of the best dice sites for a very long time and they never had any issues till now.They are not obliged to reply you if they are operating from another territory. Huh, what do you mean by "steal it"? Even if a user from a restricted country somehow gets balance on their account, they can freely withdraw it to remain in accordance with laws.
If they instead choose to play with it on the site...they do so at their own risk, since they're the ones bypassing PD's country-based restrictions at that point.
