Since Stake's players are required to be verified level 2 in order to keep playing at Stake starting from January next year, are PD's players also required to do the same thing?
As I'm no longer playing at PD, I checked my email but there is no email about level 2 KYC verification recommendation. Does it mean that PD is not doing the same as Stake or is it because I'm no longer playing at Stake for so long time?

I also think the same as Mahdirakib.
Prime Dice has in-house games only. Since they do not have third-party games, I guess there will be no issues. The license providers and the game providers mostly ask the casinos to collect KYC, and they give instructions regarding these matters. I guess KYC should be optional if a casino does not have any third-party games. If PrimeDice did not email their users to update their KYC, then I guess it is still okay. I do not play on stake, either. But I have an account which I used before. I did not check if they emailed me regarding level 2 KYC.

Similar thing may not happen at Primedice. There is only one in-house game at Primedice, where Stake have a few many in-house games, thousands of slots game and sportsbook. So, the rules won't be applied in the same way on both platforms for the crypto gambling regulation. They haven't sent any message to the users by asking to complete the KYC verification.

Primedice still a reliable platform although they didn't get much exposure here since what I think their main focus is now on stake. But people could still trust since it belongs to reputable casino and they stay for long time here operating without giving any issues to their players. Although maybe some people got disappointed on the changes but one thing people could rely that they are far better than any of those new casino around. Yes they are well tested that's why many people still love to gamble on their casino.

Primedice is better than the new casino for it's instant withdrawal processing system. They also process big withdrawal instantly. However, their wagering contest prize pool is indeed disappointing. Yesterday I had played with a small deposit there after almost two and a half months. The only good thing used to be their bonus system, which isn't good anymore.
