What was the most valuable lesson you got from Gambling with Primedice?
I think Primedice was perhaps one of the first dice sites that I ever used. And the most valuable lesson I learnt was that each roll is completely and I mean completely independent of the last.
I would basically run the bot and try to get like 5, 10 or even 15 losers in a row and then bet big on the next roll and guess what ... also a loser. It sure was a fun learning experience but you gotta realise that there is no secret to dice really, the house edge is against you and there really isnt any edge on your side.
Also the faucet on Primedice was the highest I ever received, I think with a high ranking account you got about 1000 sats from the faucet each time.

Starting from advertising, marketing, promotion, and some other things, Stake can be said as the priority one by the management.
Although there are still few hundred online players in daily basis at Primedice, but I think it wont last longer.
The most important thing is the bonuses, which has become really worse at Primedice. I had received a good amount from one monthly bonus only in this year. And the fortnightly bonus has become completely trash. I don't receive a good amount there with deposits, wager and losses. My deposit activity has already decreased by 90% at Primedice within last few months. I do believe that Primedice active user count will go down more in the near future. Although there are still few hundred online players in daily basis at Primedice, but I think it wont last longer.

I dont know how their management is seeing the future of these two sites,
My pov, it is clear that the management give bigger focus on Stake than Primedice as we all can compare ourselves.
Starting from advertising, marketing, promotion, and some other things, Stake can be said as the priority one by the management.
Although there are still few hundred online players in daily basis at Primedice, but I think it wont last longer.
Coming up to speed of response by the support, it is understandable if Primedice is faster due to what is said by Mahdirakib.
Even at Stake, now 1 VIP host is handling more than 500 users (at least this number based on my own VIP host) so it is not surprising if the support is slower than Primedice.

Stake has more support member than Primedice, but they have thousands of more games and sportsbook which brings more support related inquiries. Moreover, Stake online users count always remain 150× to 300× of Primedice average active users. So, it is reasonable to have more questions from the user at Stake than Primedice.
The number of games, sportsbooks and users are huge in stake as compared to primedice which is now only a ghost town as compared to its sister site. Take a look at the chatbox on Primedice and compare it to what it was back in 2016-17, the flux of users there and the amount of trash talk and troll talk was beyond anyone imagination. Today it is just full of a number of users just waiting for some rain from the rainbot.I dont know how their management is seeing the future of these two sites, but clearly the support staff on stake is never going to be enough. Some of the PD OGs may say that the maturity level of PD users is way more than stake which is why less tickets on PD than stake.

Well, compared to stake.com support, which we all know is managed by the same team, stake.com's customer support is not as good compared to primedice. It takes much more time compared to primedice, maybe because stake.com has more players and problems than primedice.
Yep, the delays in response are related to the more support inquiries from the users. I just checked my last 7-8 chat history with the support agent of both platforms. Primedice support always replied to me within 1 to 5 minutes, where it took at least 5 minutes to get a response from Stake support agent in most of the time.Stake has more support member than Primedice, but they have thousands of more games and sportsbook which brings more support related inquiries. I read his terms and conditions in order to see if they there are or not. I didn't find inequitable terms and conditions. Also, I checked Primedice's customer support and found out they have an excellent support team.

Anyway, there's nothing wrong with that, just making it simpler & clean. lolWell, compared to stake.com support, which we all know is managed by the same team, stake.com's customer support is not as good compared to primedice.
