That change was mostly made due to bigger fee being set so if we take 20k fee on 100k its pretty big %.

If you want to ask the mods you should ask that in chat, they're not very active on the forum and a reply from stunna here happens seldom, besides that they are not involved in the giveaways and might have the same question. Sometimes Micro passes by, but sending him a support ticket with any question pd related will go faster.

Primedice is conducting happy hours more frequently than they used to do(it's what i've noticed), so i think that's why they've reduced the claims to 5k or maybe a lot of folks have started claiming faucet.

Even with 5k plus, if only 1000 user claims faucet and wins twice, as it is expected with 10x payout with 20 rolls (1 hour), the minimum amount that can be tipped, it costs 1 btc for PD, and that is the minimum, as they do HH every day now, i think it is reasonable that they reduced it to 5k. And dont forget this 5k is the plus amount besides your faucet, so the "loss" for PD in a Happy Hour is much more than i just wrote. Enjoy while it lasts, i guess this can't go forever, but christmas is coming and they want to be generous Cheesy

Barbarosa has the point, i didn't see any official annoucement from Admins or Mods if we need to meet both of those requirements or just only one either it have more than 1000 chats or wagered 10 btc. But whatever about the answer, you are too late because this giveaway just only for 100 people and until now there are already around ~170 people who wrote their nick.
