This is an argument for those who belong to the classification, "people who beg constantly'' and those who seem to be allergic when somebody begs. How both party can talk to one another without starting the ''go to hel* you begging goat. . ."
But the thing is that being informative doesn't help. Beggers don't want to hear about rules or obey them. They simply don't listen. They're there to BEG, they do it on purpose and are fully aware of consequences. Being agressive is the only way.
I understand your frustration about this, however, this is life, nothing is perfect.(not even Micro)
But instead of whining about them, instead of calling them names, be informative.
As you say, they know the rules, which is not the only info you can 'tip' them. Be informative of alternate ways to earn satoshi, strategy, affiliate program and 10million other things.
