Support ticket has been sent. Now waiting for reply from the support team. "unauthorized" error message when try to login my account but there is no problem creating a new account what is happening?  Huh Huh I cleared my browser history, cookies and cache and still it doesnt work. Hope they fix fast! Its been 3 days. Sad

They asked me the same question and I replied those answer 13+ hours ago.  Sad They asked for recent BET ID and recent bet amount etc, I gave to them. Not sure why they're asking these question Lol. Hopefully I can get back my account really soon.

As MICRO said there will be a compensate plan for the waiting time. Let's just wait for our account coming back. PD is one of the oldest platform and I believe that they're not going to shut it down easily. Just feel frustrated about their support are quite slow...

I understand the size of the database, but two days later still many users have problems with your accounts.....

Are you sure about this 2 days have passed away to have this issue, it's still less than 24 hours till now so if understand how big is database, than you must have some patience regrading this issue after submitting the support ticket, surely they will sort out all problems and these will get fixed on schedule.

My account and those of my friends are blocked from 45 hours ..

You want to talk about fair ? I am asking legitimate questions for months now, being ignored/tossed aside each time. Every time with another excuse, so
forgive me if this poses as headache to some, but i'll get my answers one way or the other. We deserve to know, micro is not allowed to hide something that should be public data.

There are more important issues at hand, some users have lost their account data (including me) and are looking to receive help with the issues (possibly here) we don't need this whole text cloud around right now.

You have nothing to worry about. You will get your balance and we will probably include bonuses for waiting.

We are just working with ours masive db to fix some stuff. And dev has been working whole day so he needs some rest to.

We will fix this issues asap. And we will try to compensate for the wait.

Also please don't submit more than 1 ticket about it. There are people spamming support with this issue atm so its making things much much slower.
