Anybody can explain what happened exactly with PD and what is the cause of this problem to lost access to my account, the list of question is just headache for me and it didn't make any sense, when that issue happened due to lost of some database which is mistake of developer, than why we have to send our personal info there?

It is very complicated issue with db.
Kinda made it hard for us to check ownership of some accounts. So that is why we ask those questions.
We already gave out huge amount in bonuses to try and compensate for the inconvenience and waiting.
We will try to make it up to you all after we sort out all accounts that were affected.

Me and developer have been working at this for 8 hours straight and sorted out a lot of users and gave out a lot of bonuses.
He will take a break now for a bit and i can use one to Smiley . Only got like 4hrs sleep last night.
Trust me we are working on this very hard and we are trying to compensate for the inconvenience we caused you by this.

After creating a Support Ticket, I've received a list with questions to get access again to my account.
Apparently my password is not enough. Does that mean the passwords got compromised? Or did break something in the database? I'm curious: what happened?

Password does not help us since all passwords are hashed and we cant see them.
I got an account but no money there and I sent you evidence that there were please look at my request (15336 and 15622)

For the rest please submit ONLY 1 ticket. That is very important.

Some people send 10 - 50 tickets and its very hard for me to do the legit ones fast.

I also submitted a ticket yesterday(only one) no.15363 and are also just waiting for my account Ga*******y26 to become authorized. My BTC was sitting at 3.56 BTC at time of failure so I'm a bit anxious to see my money again Cry

I have another account my wife uses (Oc******e27) that had more BTC in but I pulled out most just in case it also gets sucked into this mess. I hope the bonuses they promise are substantial. I have lost some serious coin on the market since BTC is on the up recently.

Come on Micro and Stunna, prove us wrong and set our minds at ease by fixing this problem.

I had 0.001 balance before PD maintenance. It has been withdrawn, but i couldn't log-in onto my account, it said "Unauthorized"
