I don't have any way to verifying that the screenshot is not doctored though, and I have no way to verify your story about the w/d issue.

I am not quite sure why you are playing at PD though, considering how much BTC you have, and considering how much time your new programming job is taking up.

It is not the first time I read about a balance being withdrawn a few minutes after making a big deposit. How can a 'hacker' know that someone is going to make a big deposit, log into his account and withdraw the balance right after the deposit? If that happens once it might be a coincidence but this has happened multiple times. Maybe someone has active to the staff part where they can see the deposits. Primedice let's strangers into their test enviroment so maybe one of them has planted a backdoor somewhere.

Sorry to hear about this horrible incident but there is no hope you will get refund, I think it is just waste of time to make complain again and again, all staff is busy into PD4 to make it stable and fixing the bugs so that I am pretty sure this time you will get same reply it was your fault.

What is my PrimeDice username? Robert84. I've messaged MICRO, Edward and Stunna. Stunna and Edward didn't bother replying to me which is fucking disrespectful considering I lost 13.00 BTC to their website. MICRO replied with the shitty generic staff member replies claiming he can't refund me because of his bullshit excuses and how it was "my fault". Well guess what... It wasn't my fault at all.

Let's start with what happened.
I deposited 13.00 BTC into my primedice account after depositing many times throughout the day (6 BTC) with no problems. I never had problems before so I was not suspecting anything to happen. I was wrong! I deposited 13.00 BTC. Here is the TXID:

Now what happened is a lot of waiting. I waited for one confirmation, and I instantly refreshed my balance multiple times. I commented in the chat asking why my deposit didn't come, and some useres said to wait for two confirmations. Okay, no problem I thought. I waited until 6 confirmations (constantly checking for a balance and checking the withdrawal logs, nothing there. I even said in the chat "there is nothing in the logs" multiple times which is REALLY strange). At 6 confirmations when I got nothing, I contacted the  support. This was my exact message.

Not showing in balance! No script, no tips, no withdraw, no bets.

Now this is where I was pissed off. After a few back and worth angry messages from me, I decided to post on bitcointalk which is where I get accused of being compromised on my side which is absolute bullshit. I will explain why at the end. Here is what MICRO said to me in one of his posts;

According to him, I had to look away and send him a ticket. If you check the chat logs, you will see that I was in the chat and did not send a support ticket message until much later than that. So why is it that I did not get to see the balance when I was constantly refreshing right after it confirmed for the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth time? And there was nothing in the logs AT ALL related to that withdrawal. Again, chat logs can prove that I was sending angry messages to the chat regarding my withdrawal.

Here is the part that I don't get.

My deposit was credited at 16:33:35, and the first cashout was made at 16:38:00. So in that 4 minutes and 25 seconds, how the hell is it possible that I did not get a single cent in my bitcoin balance? I saw 0.00000[some small amount] in my balance for the whole time from then until now.
Again, how is it possible that in 4 minutes between the first balance credit and the first withdrawal that I did not get to see anything in my balance while I was constantly updating it?.

Now, here is the reason I find it hard to believe that the site accuses me of being compromised.

USERNAME/PASSWORD/DB_LEAK: The username and password I used on Primediec was 100% unique, and has never been used on any other website before so this is out of the question.

SCRIPTS/MALWARE/BOTS: I'm always using an iPhone/iPad, and no one can install malware on an iOS device (if they could they wouldn't waste time with 13 btc)

BRUTE FORCE: After a few accounts the account gets locked out.

The only possible option I can think of is a fault from Primedice.
1: Didn't update my balance which led to the money disappearing.
2: I know for a fact I was not "compromised".

MICRO spoke about this earlier in the thread.  Some people got skipped, because in an effort to cut out the abusers, they took some people out.  As for why, it could be anything like your account looked suspicious, or looked like it was a throwaway FB account just used for giveaways.  He mentioned some legitimate users might miss out as well.

If it happened to you, my best advice is to make sure you participate in the next FB giveaway early on (so that you don't get skipped by number, since sometimes its only first 100 posts etc.), and make sure you're using your actual FB.

0.004BTC is easily recovered within another 1-2 giveaways.

He said his bets on My Bets disappeared.  Those are stored locally on the user's PC, and MICRO/Stunna mentioned this.  If a user's account is compromised its their own fault, as Stunna said, our servers don't hold passwords, so even if someone got a hold of PD's servers, passwords would still be secure.

The only way his balance could change like he mentioned is if someone else had access to his account, which is quite possible since he didn't have 2FA enabled.

I have a strong password and 2FA, been part of PD for 2+ years now, and never once had an issue.  It's not a publicity stunt, people just don't know how to secure their own accounts.

Either way, like I said, bets on the My Bets tab are stored locally on the user's PC, meaning it's quite possible for them to disappear if he deletes his cache or whatever.  The bets themselves can still be looked up if the person has the Bet ID.

In this kind of cases any site will not provide you with a refund because they already provided a security feature to secure your account but if a user doesn't use it then, they can easily defend it is not their mistake. Even though you're telling correct but if they refund you then many other scammers may try to do same. It is a hard way to learn a lesson but no choice now and need to move on. Sorry for you loses.

This issue of yours is something common that happened here alot of times, commonly it is due to the failure of player unable to secure their own account so you probably wont get any reply at all
