This time down from a long time, this is very bad when mod or any official don't have time to make update about it, why it goes down and what is the reason for it, it seems this problem from server or serious from back-end, players are getting panic with this problem which have big amount into their account.

No it's not. As long as you set your own client seed after the server has committed to a seed (by providing you a hash of it), there's no point in updating your seed each time. That's the whole point of the nonce system. The only caveat would be that if you're playing in a predictable fashion, the server could "look into the future" and know how you are going to perform, and possibly take action
Which is exactly what I had used as an example scenario. PD knows all future bets in advance.
I just find it downright odd, that a website has to go dark, totally offline, for an hour a day, or every other day.
I can't think of any site I know of that is "dark" like this.
Either their tech people are seriously not on point, or something fishy is going on, or so I would think.
I mean, if a huge, HUGE website, like Facebook has a full makeover, huge upgrade, the downtime is pre-announced, well in advance, and there is likely little to no outage.
I ran a website, and when I did upgrades, there was no downtime at all, the site was built, and then if redone, the index page was the last thing to be changed, which linked into the already built and pre-tested new version. Update that simple landing page, and boom, new site up.
Meh, it would take much more than an hour if you wanted to fake bets and stuff. Maintenance is always crucial for a website and maybe it's not worth it to have another server online when doing maintenance on the main one (especially when we're talking about a thing like betting ...).
Maintenance? As in what? What needs maintenance? And if it does, why is it not pre-announced here, or in the chat.
"Maintenance will begin in 30 minutes and last approximately 1 hour".
