You cannot use the live chat support? they have other means of contact. Just go down of their website, aside from bitcointalk, they also have other social media accounts and even got their own forum for you to discuss the problem and reach a support. It's below of the website and see the 'community' section and you choose what channel you contact them if the reply here is quite delayed.

If the account is really disabled, then we should wait for an answer from the support team on the site here. It would have been better of course if they would have handled the situation before it escalated to the forum.
Let us hope it will be solved soon. They exist for a long time, there must be some kind of logic why the account is closed at the moment.

Indeed this is really commendable to survive continuous 8 years and still running very strong. Because in these years many sites have come and were doing pretty well but due to whatever reason has closed after working for couple of years or more or less. So in that way 8 years is a long time. More success to users and site.

Are you sure that it's the exact domain that primedice has? don't you think that you've become a victim of a phishing link and that's why after depositing you've been blocked? Primedice won't scam their users and knowing that it's a big amount involved, they've been known as one of the oldest and most reputable dice sites that we have in the community.
