Yes I cant understand you because you cant accept your own mistake and you blame others because your own mistake. It is not scam and I believe no one is supporting you for your mistake that you did consciously. Problem in withdrawal may happen anytime anywhere with any reasons. If you keep calling them as a scam and keep asking them to give what you have lost, you are embarrassing yourself.

Calling a site as scammer just because they asked you to wait for 24 hours? Do you know in some cases people got their rewards after few months just because of their silly mistakes, so accept that you didn't confirm the email which is causing the issue from withdrawal.

Since you asked the support their will do investigate and accept yout withdrawal request when everything is okay on their side until that you have no other choice.
