That is exactly what I thought, except here I am now, missing over $7000 worth of coin, coin that I deposited, but was not added to my account balance. I would never deposit 14.2 Bitcoins into a site that I didn't trust. But now it has been 12 days since this happened and the ticket has been open with support for 10 days. Also I am hearing from at least 3 other users that there is a scam going on.

I think they should reply to you right away but since it is a weekend give them until tomorrow for expecting a reply to this issue.
