Don't think so.. if they do though I think there's problems on the server side. Though haven't heard a forced seed change as of late yet.
Do they normally force seed changes? That would be, to say the least, odd.

I also can confirm it back online again and now running smoothly, roll speed is now back to normal without any delay or issue, it seems that issue got fixed now, maybe it was problem with server but it is okay now.

Primedice is still down on my side almost for 3 hours now till i can't access to my account there, is there any update about this issue when it should get fixed and it will be back online? stuck on loading screen after so many refreshes and change of browser but problem is same.

Weee that's odd. Before the site went down for the 2nd time awhile ago, seeds were still unchanged.

Hopefuly after this maintenance they wont force me to change my seed. I am hunting 9900x payout and already had more than 12k reds with that seed. I hunt it to be able to make an entry for the recent contest from primedice. If I have to change the seed after got so much reds that will make me sad.

Forced seed changes I don't think should happen, as technically that could be viewed as (in a way) the house cheating. As all bets; every bet once a client seed is set are already pre-determined and known by the house until either a server seed change (which happens when a client seed is changed) or the client seed changes (at which time the server seed changes as well).
If the house forces a seed change, one could interpret that as they knew a huge 9900x payout was about to hit... perhaps a gangbusters hit; as in huge win; so they drop for maintenance, force a seed change, and thus reset the chain of outcomes.
Yes you could pick up where you left off. But the house has already pre-determined on a 9900x, or 100x (doesnt matter); Bet n1 n2 n3 are down to the exact roll number. The only variable is whether or not you change your payout factor (odds); and whether you are rolling over or under. There is no randomness in terms of random per bet. Once seeds are set. All rolls are known via the nonce (roll)
